Processes the work piece when the engine bed, to guarantee the working accuracy, must install the work piece correctly, causes its relative engine bed cutting builder motion and the cutting tool holds the correct position, this process is called “the localization”. For because of exogenic processes and so on cutting force, force of inertia, gravity is not destroyed the work piece already the correct position which decides, but must exert certain cla hole the size precision, but must achieve the hole the position accuracy requirement. In single unit small batch production, after lineation adjusts the hole spool thread position method processing, because the drill bit rigidity bad, easy to distort, therefore the production efficiency is low, and the precision is bad. Uses the drill jig generally in the volume production, the drill jig calls the jig, through drills the set of guidance cutting tool to carry on the processing to be possible to determine accurately between the cutting tool and the work piece relative position, is the jig main feature.Key word: Machine manufacture, universal jig, unit clamp, drill jig, lathe fixture, pump body.第1章 绪论1.1机床夹具概述1.1.1机床夹具夹具是一种装夹工件的工艺装备,它广泛地应用于机械制造过程的切削加工、热处理、装配、文件。通过专用夹具的设计让我了解了设计夹具时的大致过程,针对不同的机床和零件的被加工表面设计不同结构形式的夹具。夹具由定位元件或定位装置、夹紧元件或夹紧装置、对刀及引导元件、夹具体组成、连接元件、其他元件或装置。而本次设计是镗床夹具的设计,根据零件外型及加工表面的位置要求选用一面两销定位,因此,定位元件用两个定位销;而夹紧元件用压板以保证零件在镗削力的作用下正确的位置不改变;次夹具的对刀及引导元件选用镗套来保证夹具和镗刀的相对位置;本夹具的夹具体主要是底座,用于支承零件及连接镗套等;次夹具的主要连接元件是螺钉、销等。在整个设计过程中遇到了很多的问题,通过各种途径想方设法的解决。解决问题的过程中,不仅仅只解决了问题相关的知识还学到了很多。这次设计结束我不但了解到箱体类零件的工艺,还学到了整个工艺设计的方法和过程。 这次的毕业设计综合了所学的专业知识,对以后工作,特别是工艺规程和专用夹具的设计中起到相当大的作用,对毕业生来说是一次相当大的锻炼。参考文献1.李益民主编 机械制造工艺设计简明手册 机械工业出版社,19932.薛源顺主编 机床夹具设计 机械工业出版社,20003.徐茂功主编 公差配合与技术测量 机械工业出版社,20004.赵如福主编 金属机械加工工艺人员手册 机械工业出版社,2000英文翻译mplexity of the parts of the machining process to produce a set of protocols, according to teachers in a designated Road, processing a pair of dedicated fixture design and write a design specification.
