Making the person throw up could bring the poison into further contact with the mouth and throat.T: What should you do if you find a person who has been hurt in a car accident, SD?SD: Leave him/her in the car. If they are moved by someone who is unskilled, they may be paralyzed (瘫痪) for the rest of their life, because they may have broken their back or neck. Try to get help from a doctor at once.T: What should you do if you find a person with a knife in his/her back, SF?SF: Leave the knife in. If you pull the knife out, you may cause more damage. Many hospitals remend that we use the letters DRABC to remember what to do when we have to think fast, when dealing with emergency. What do the letters DR ABC stand for? And what do they mean? Keep the legs strait. (b) Place the hand of the persons upper arm under his or her chin. (c) Bend the persons leg so that he or she will not roll over.)3. Reading the text again carefully and copying down useful expressions.
