Module6Unit1 What do you do on Sundays?一、 教学目标:知识与技能目标:1. 学会单词Sunday,eat,sleep和词组go swimming,watch TV。2. 学会和运用句子What do you do on Sundays? I进行问答。过程与方法目标:1. 能自然的把学生带到周日气氛中,轻松快乐的进行学习。2. 用小组竞赛来激发学生的学习兴趣,通过游戏让学生对本节课的重难点进行练习。情感态度目标:希望通过本课学习,让学生感受到生活的丰富多彩,能开心每一天,热爱自己的生活。二、学情分析三年级的学生活泼好动,课堂中多设计一些学生活动环节,吸引学生的注意力。三年级的学生已经学过一些运动的单词和词组,教学中要注重新旧知识的联系。三、教学重难点:1.学生能听说读写单词Sunday,eat,sleep和词组go swimming,watch TV2.学生能在生活中灵活运用句型What do you do on Sundays? I四、教具准备: 气球,单词卡片,小刀,多媒体课件五、教学过程: (一)Warming up. 1. Greetings. 2.Lets do morning exercises.Do the ABC exercises.设计意图:通过字母操,既让学生对26个字母进行巩固,又轻松愉悦的把学生带入英语的学习氛围。 (二)Leading-in. Hiding a word card in the balloon.Let the students guess “Which word?”Show the card“Sunday”Teach the word.Have the students know the meaning of on Sundays.Then lead to the title“What do you do on Sundays?”Then teach and practice the sentence.T:Whats this?S:Its a balloon.T:There is a word baby in it.Who can guess which word in it.S:S:S:T:Now lets see which word in it.Oh its Sunday.设计意图:通过让学生猜气球中的单词,让学生复习学过的单词,培养学生的发散思维,同时也很好的引入了新课单词Sunday。T:Sunday is a happy day.Because we have a holiday.But I cant see you.I dont know “What do you do on Sundays?”So today lets Module6 Unit1 What do you do on Sundays?Teach the sentence.设计意图:通过Sunday把学生带入星期日的情境,引出本课的课题“What do you do on Sundays?”创设情境,自然引入新课。(三)New teaching.1.Have the students answer the question “What do you do on Sundays?”T:Who can tell me“ What do you do on Sundays?”S:S:S:设计意图:让学生练习回答问句。2.Show the pictures and the words .Have the students ask and answer with the pictures and the words.T:Who can ask and answer with the pictures and the words.S:S:S:设计意图:通过图片的提示,让学生进行问答的练习。T:You do so many things on Sundays.Do you want to know “What do I do on Sundays?”3.Have the students guess what the teacher do on Sundays. Show the pictures of the teacher that she does on Sundays.Then lead to show the words:sleep,eat,go swimming, watch TV.Have the students learn to read the words and do action in different ways.设计意图:通过老师图片,创设情境,让学生学习新知。(四)Practice1.Have the students practice reading the words and phrases in groups.T:Now practice reading the words and sentence in groups.S:设计意图:通过小组练读,以优带差,给学困生一个再次学习的机会。 2.Have a match.Play balloon.T:Now lets have a match.Play balloon.I will find two players and the other students are the cheerleaders.The players must read the words ,do action and play balloon.the cheerleaders must follow them.Im the judge.设计意图:通过游戏对本课新知进行复习巩固,激发学生的学习兴趣。3.Show the Sam.Lead to teach the text.T:Oh Sam is coming.Do you want to know “What does Sam do on Sundays?”Now lets listen to the coarseware.And do action if you hear the new words and sentences.设计意图:通过Sam 出来打招呼,引出课文部分的教学,使教学过程连贯自然。4.Play the coarseware.Have the students do action if they hear the new words and sentence.设计意图:一边听,一边做动作,既复习了新知,又能激发学生的学习兴趣。5.Play the second.Show the questions.Have the students think about the question and read after the it.设计意图:让学生带着问题去听,能吸引学生的注意力,锻炼学生的听力。T:Now lets think about the questions and read after it.6.Have the students answer the question.设计意图:检验学生听的效果。7.Practise the text in groups.First read by themselves.Then practice in groups.设计意图:通过小组课文的学习,以优带差,同时有能很好的培养学生的团队精神,通过让学生表演,加深学生对课文的理解。 8.Have one students of each group choose the number.设计意图:让学生公平而又有序的到前面进行表演,还能解决学生没有注备好就表演的现象,因为先来抽签的未必排在前面。(五)Production and Summary. 1.Have the groups act in order.设计意图:检验学生小组学习的成果。 2.Read the words and sentence on the board.设计意图:及时回顾本课学的知识。 3.What else do you do on Sundays?Have the students try to answer.Then play the coarseware.Have the students listen and look.Try to make the students feel happy on Sundays.Let them love their life.Be happy everyday.设计意图: 通过让学生感受周日的快乐生活,让学生知道生活是很快乐美好的,希望大家快乐每一天,热爱自己的生活。从而完成本课的情感目标。 (六)Homeword. Have the students list five things in English that they do on Sundays. 设计意图:增加作业的趣味性,让学生把英语带入到生活中去。
