两种材料修复老年牙体楔状缺损临床疗效观察 目的 观察并比较FX玻璃离子和光固化树脂两种材料修复老年牙体楔状缺损的临床效果。方法 196例患者共502楔状缺损患牙,每个患者都随机选一侧患牙,采用FX玻璃离子充填修复,另一侧采用光固化树脂修复,连续观察1年,比较其效果。结果 采用FX玻璃离子修复257颗牙,成功243颗,成功率945%。采用普通光固化树脂充填修复245颗患牙,成功197颗,成功率80,4%。结论 FX玻璃离子修复牙体楔状缺损远期效果明显优于光固化树脂,是一种较理想的楔状牙体缺损修复材料。FX玻璃离子; 光固化树脂; 楔状缺损Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe and compare the clinical effects of Glasionomer cement FX material and other two composite resin materials on curing old people with wedgeshaped defect. MethodsOf the 196 patients with a total of 502 teeth of wedge-shaped defect, each patient, selected at random, was filled and repaired with glasionomer (glass ionomer) cement FX material for one sides teeth, and with lightcured composite resin for the other side. All the patients were continually observed for one year so that their effects could be compared. ResultsFor the 257 teeth filled and repaired by using glasionomer cement FX material, 243 succeeded in restoration. For the 245 teeth filled and repared by using lightcured composite resin materials, 197 succededin restoration. ConclusionWith regard to longterm effect, glasionmer cement FX is superior to ligbtcuredcomposie resin material in treating the wedgeshaped defect and thus an ideal filling material for tooth repair.Keywords: glasionmer cerment FX; lightcured composite resin material; wedgeshaped defect牙体楔状缺损是一种常见的非龋性牙体硬组织疾病,临床主要治疗方法为充填修复。笔者分别采用日本松风公司生产的FX玻璃离子和光固化树脂,共修复502颗有楔状缺损的牙齿,随访观察1年,现将结果报告如下。1材料与方法11临床资料 收集2004年6月2005年6月到本科治疗牙体楔状缺损的患者196例,其中男108例,女88例,年龄4060岁。共有楔状缺损502颗牙,均为两侧尖牙或双尖牙同时存在楔状缺损,统一患者(经本人同意)一侧采用FX玻璃离子修复,共257颗,另一侧采用光固化树脂修复,共245颗。深及牙本质的先用Dycal垫底,有牙髓及根尖症状的先行完善的根管治疗。12主要使用材料充填材料为FX玻璃离子(日本松风)和光固化树脂(日本松风),粘接材料为FLBOND(松风公司)。
