Warm-up:a. Ss watched some photos about their International Day on Christmas Eve. b. Ss sing a song together.“Christmas is here” Good morning, boys and girls. How was your Christmas Eve? Were you happy?通过播放孩子们前天平安夜活动的照片，吸引学生兴趣。2. Lead-in: Ss in eight groups choose their own group names about countries.3. Task One:Guessing Gamea. Ss listen and guess.(Chinese New Year, Halloween)b. Ss look and guess.(Easter, Mid- Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival)4. Task Two:a. Ss try to answer: “How do people celebrate Chinese New Year?”b. Ss review some phrases:(clean the house, have Chinese New Year feast, watch fireworks, visit family members, get red packets, watch a dragon dance)c.
