The position is to support the China business team for all office related work and to be the PA for both the Head of China and Chief Representative. Depending on the calibre of the candidate, there is a possibility to allow the individual to also oversee the marketing and media functions.The job is divided into 2 main parts:1、Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Beijing team:Prepare business correspondence according to instructions and, where necessary, compose it independently with the utmost clarity, accuracy, and efficiency Manage logistics for meetings/events/seminars/etc. (set up rooms, order lunches/breakfasts, etc.) in a tidy, tasteful and cost-effective way. Also includes venue selection and coordination.Provide local support to legal/compliance issues in relation to Beijing Representative OfficeAct as the Office Manager to manage and ensure the office is run smoothly and efficientlyAnswer phone calls, often liaising with Executive Assistants and the Offices of Senior ManagementPrepare Travel & Entertainment Expense Claim Forms on time and per Fidelity standardsFiling, photocopying, faxing, distributing mail and other ad hoc dutiesIn collaboration with Fidelity Systems & Corporate Services, oversee day-to-day office administration (procurement, maintenance and repair of equipment like printers, laptops and the facilities; office renovation, etc.)2、For Business & Marketing Support:Stay abreast of asset management industry trends and challenges in ChinaWork closely with regional Marketing / Corporate Communication teams for brand management, profile raising and marketing support programs in China. These programs might take the form of events, advertising, collateral builds, due diligence trips, or any combination thereof.Oversee marketing-related components of the China Web site, including developing a clear strategy and enhancing features as the web effort move forward. Liaise with Dalian and other teams to maintain and update China website content.Work with Sales Team to support marketing programs and facilitate client visits.
