二、商务工作情况 （一）各项指标完成情况。 1.社会消费品零售总额。 2015年州政府下达我县的社会消费品零售总额目标任务为76090.4万元，同比增长13.5%。截止3月，由于州统计局还未反馈相关数据完成情况，因此还不知具体任务完成情况。 2.进出口贸易总额。 2015年州政府下达我县的进出口贸易总额目标任务为5万美金，同比增长16%。由于我县培育不起来外经贸企业，导致我县外贸进出口额没有实现零的突破。3.边民互市总额。 2015年县政府下达我县的边民互市贸易总额为23000万元以上，截止3月，全县完成边民互市贸易总额4070万元（其中：进口总值1824万元，出口总值2246万元），同比增长3.9%。 （二）切实抓好项目建设工作。 1.平河乡和平加油站建设项目。 平河乡和平加油站建设项目位于绿春县平和乡中学下方886米，总投资600万元，库容60立方米，加油机2台。该项目已经州商务局批复，目前，该项目已开工建设，预计今年年底竣工。 2.市场监管公共服务体系项目。 根据云南省商务厅 云南省财政厅关于申报2014年市场监管公共服务体系项目的通知（云商市201495号）文件要求，认真做好项目申报工作，为进一步加强绿春县的市场监管公共服务体系建设，确保商务综合执法工作正常开展，使其步入制度化、正规化、常态化的轨道，促进绿春商务事业又好又快发展，于今年1月份与县财政局联文向省商务厅申报了绿春县市场监管公共服务体系项目。 （二）认真抓商务领域安全生产工作 。 一是做好成品油站年检工作，严格对成品油站的监管。根据红河州商务局关于转发云南省商务厅关于进一步做好石油流通市场管理有关工作的通知的通知（红商务发201520号）文件要求，我县对成品油站进行了年检。全县经过年审合格的加油站共有11家，其中：中石化3家；中石油1家；社会加油站6家。二是不断加强对成品油市场运行的监测力度，督促各加油站制定和完善各类突发险情应急预案，定期对加油站员工进行安全生产培训和消防演习，把安全工作落到实处，确保成品油市场稳定。于今年1月，召开了加油站会议，与全县各加油站负责人签订了安全责任书，安排部署了服务标准化示范加油站创建工作。三是根据云南省发展和改革委员会关于封闭运行车用柴油有关问题的通知（云发改物价2015237号）文件要求，认真开展了国IV标准车用柴油的转换工作，确保从2015年4月1日起全县范围内加油站不再销售国普通柴油，国IV标准车用柴油严格执行云南省物价局关于实施第四阶段车用柴油质量提升价格政策的通知（云价格2014186号）规定的价格政策，并统一更换标识，保障油品供应。四是认真开展好商务领域安全生产大检查工作。为进一步落实各生产经营单位安全生产责任制，我局主要领导与全县11个加油站负责人与5个超市负责人签订了安全生产责任状。层层签订责任状，做到责任明确，目标清楚。一季度，共开展安全生产执法检查专项行动5次，出动执法人员12人，执法车辆5/辆次，检查加油站11个、超市5个，发现安全隐患27处，下达整改通知书限期整改2户，责令当场整改14户。五是认真开展好行业部门百日消防安全大检查工作。自行业部门百日消organization
