Title fields of the touch screen can show in these formats: - Gray-filled box with white text - the application is available to select - Magenta border on gray box - field has been highlighted with the cursor control device (CCD) - Cyan border and text - the application is not active for that selection. 4. To make an available selection active, do any of these: - Push the adjacent LSK. - Touch the selection on the screen. - Use the CCD to move the magenta cursor over the selection. The MAIN MENU page can show these indications: - FAULT flag (amber) - an EFB application has a fault - MEMO flag (white) - attention from the flight crew is necessary for an EFB application - XFR flag (green) - the DU is in transfer mode. 6. The FAULT and MEMO indications show adjacent to the related screen selection. 7. Push the XFR button to show the display from the other EFB DU. After you push it: - Function buttons are inactive - Green XFR indication shows on both DUs - To disable the transfer mode, push the XFR or MENU buttons. 8.
