一、 工程概况青岛市浮山所改造工程D1、D2高层住宅楼，基地位于南京路西侧，北临江西路。建筑物西、南两侧为规划建筑。工程占地面积3800m2，总建筑面积52000 m2。地下二层，地上二十八层，建筑总高度87.2m。本工程地下二层地面，地下一层、设备层、三层至二十八层的卧室、起居室、餐厅的楼面为4mm厚C20细石混凝土。一、 施工顺序D1楼与D2楼平行施工。施工时遵循由上向下的施工方法。二、 施工计划设备层至二十八层 2001.11.1.2001.12.10地下二层至地下一层 2002.3.202002.3.30三、 施工准备（一） 材料1、 豆石：青岛午山石场的豆石，粒径为512mm，含泥量不大于3%。2、 砂：平度大沽河出产的中、粗砂，要求颗粒坚硬洁净，含泥量不大于3%。3、 水泥：采用枣庄市台儿庄区水泥有限公司生产的普通硅酸盐水泥，强度为32.5Mpa。水泥应具有青岛市建材准用证、出厂合格证、复试报告。4、 水：采用饮用自来水。（二） 作业条件1、 施工完的结构办完验收手续。2、 室内墙面弹好+50 cm水平线。3、 安装好水暖立管，并堵牢管洞。4、 完成配合比试验，配合比（重量比）： 水泥砂石子水=1 混凝土的坍落度控制在10mm30mm。四、 施工方法1、 清理基层：基层表面的浮土，砂浆块等杂物应清理干净；楼板面有油污的，应用510%浓度的火碱溶液清洗干净。2、 洒水湿润：提前一天对楼板表面进行洒水湿润。3、 贴灰饼：根据+500mm水平线做灰饼，灰饼材料为13水泥砂浆，灰饼尺寸约50mm50mm，灰饼距墙面约300mm，灰饼间距为1.5m1.8m。4、 刷素水泥浆：浇灌细石砼前应先在湿润后的基层表面刷一道11的素水泥浆（内掺10%水泥重量的801胶），并进行随刷随铺。5、 铺细石砼：铺细石砼后用长刮杠刮平，用30Kg重滚筒纵横交错来回滚压35遍至表面出浆。振捣密实，表面塌陷处应用细石砼补平，再用长刮杠刮一次，用木抹子搓平。细石砼的坍落度不大于30 mm。6、 撒水泥砂子干面灰：砂子先过3 mm筛子后，将11（水泥砂子）干面灰，均匀撒在细石砼面层上，待灰面吸水后用长刮杠刮平，随即用木抹子搓平。不允许撒干水泥。7、 第一遍抹压：用铁抹子轻轻抹压面层，把脚印压平。8、 第二遍抹压：当面层开始凝结，面层上有脚印但不下陷时，用铁抹子进行第二遍抹压，注意不得漏压。并将面层的凹坑、砂眼和脚印压平。9、 第三遍抹压：当面层上人稍有脚印，而抹压无抹子纹时，用铁抹子进行第三遍抹压。第三遍抹压要用力稍大，将抹子纹抹平压光，压光的时间应控制在终凝前完成。10、 养护：地面交活24h后（细石砼表面开始泛白），应及时浇水养护，一天不少于两次，至少连续养护7天后方可上人。11、 细石砼楼面成型后约两周，在各房间门口地面弹线分格，用切割机切割分格缝。缝宽5mm，深度为20mm。五、 质量标准（一） 保证项目1、 细石砼的强度和密实度符合设计要求和施工规范。2、 面层与基层的结合必须牢固，无空鼓。（二） 基本项目1、 细石砼表面密实光洁，无裂纹、脱皮、麻面和起砂等现象。2、 有地漏和带坡度的面层，坡度符合设计要求。地漏与管道合处严密平顺。（三） 允许偏差项目1、 表面平整度允许偏差5mm。2、 地面分格缝平直允许偏差3mm。六、 成品保护1、 细石砼施工时运料小车不得碰撞门口及墙面等处。2、 地面上铺设的电线管、暖、卫立管应设保护措施。3、 地漏等部位安放的临时堵头要保护好，以防灌入杂物，造成堵塞。4、 不得在已做好的地面上拌合砂浆。5、 地面养护期间不准上人，养护期过后也要注意成品保护。特别是不允许有坚硬物品从地面拖划过。6、 油漆工刷门窗口、扇时不得污染地面与墙面及明露的管线。七、 安全生产1、 进入现场必须遵守安全生产六大纪律。2、 晚上地面压光时，必须有足够的照明，不得随便移动临时照明线。3、 在室内推运小车时，注意在过道是拐弯时，小车把挤手。4、 清理楼地面时，垃圾不得从窗口、阳台向下抛掷。5、 施工电梯吊运砼时，注意关好安全门，不得将手、头伸出安全门。g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.You may need to make a claim to an employment tribunal if: you dont agree with the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you your employer dismisses you and you think that you have been dismissed unfairly.For more information about dismissal and unfair dismissal, seeDismissal.You can make a claim to an employment tribunal, even if you haventappealedagainst the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you.
