电梯井操作平台施工方案一、 工程概况裕龙科技大厦位于青岛市崂山区，海尔路东侧，南于青岛啤酒城仅一路之隔，东挨裕龙公寓一期。总建筑面积为45521，地下两层，为人防工程及车库；地上二十六层，一、二层为商业网点，三至二十六层为高级公寓住宅。总高度为89.7m。主体施工阶段，电梯墙板模板采用钢大模，由于电梯内筒从上至下无楼板隔断，考虑施工安全和支设钢大模的方便，在筒内设置操作平台形成隔断，防止材料和料具从电梯内筒坠落，操作平台随着楼层的增高，而逐渐提升。二、 搭设原理利用三角形的稳定原理，制作操作平台。利用筒体砼侧壁不变形，斜撑槽钢下端支撑在下层电梯门洞处的楼层楼板上，上端斜依在门洞对面的砼板墙上。当受力时，槽钢下端有下滑的趋势，只要阻止槽钢的下端的下滑，即可制止操作平台的下沉。从而利用这一原理，安置操作平台。三、 制作要求1、 采用10#槽钢和3mm厚的钢板作为主要材料，槽钢和钢板要选择无锈蚀的、无变形的。2、 制作时，各连接点的焊缝一定要饱满，焊缝长度不得小于10cm。如果焊缝长度不足，需加焊钢板。3、 操作平台板面比楼层标高低100mm，吊装大模时，可在大模底角垫设槽钢，使得大模螺杆孔相对应。4、 操作平台的吊环设置在稍偏中位置，使得平台受拉力后，旋转一定角度，顺利将操作平台提升。5、 槽钢作支架，钢板仅作盖板，见详图。四、 安全注意事项1、 操作平台每次安装，必须派专人检查斜撑槽钢下端必须伸过门洞砼边不少于10cm。2、 安装过程中，必须等操作平台安稳后，才能将塔吊的掉绳卸除。3、 每次提升操作平台，必须清除平台上的各种料具。4、 每次安装内筒大模时，先试吊，等确定安全后，再松动吊大模的钢丝绳。五、 稳定性验算假设操作平台受均布荷载为2500/，操作平台的自重不计。 q=mg=250010=25kN/转化为中心集中荷载为N=qA=252.062=106.09kN以A点取距： Fch=NL/2 Fc=106.092.0622.362=23.13 kN根据外力平衡的原理： FBy=N=106.9 kN FB= FBy/sin50=138.5 kN FBx= FBcos50=138.5cos50=89 kN FA=FCFBx=23.1389=112.13 kN C点垂直于AB杆件的力为F=Fc/sin50=13.13/sin50=30.2 kNAB杆受到的弯矩：MAB=FLBCLAC/LAB =30.23.1340.399/3.533=10.69 kNm单肢斜撑的弯矩为1/2 MAB=5.34 kNm=M/=5.34106/39.7103=134215N/2则斜撑杆件的抗弯能力满足要求。AD杆受到的弯矩：MAD=qL2/8=252.062/8=13.26 kNm单肢杆件的抗弯矩验算=M/=（13.26106/39.7103）2 =167215 N/2则AD杆件的抗弯能力满足要求。体系受力简图如下：g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.You may need to make a claim to an employment tribunal if: you dont agree with the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you your employer dismisses you and you think that you have been dismissed unfairly.For more information about dismissal and unfair dismissal, seeDismissal.You can make a claim to an employment tribunal, even if you haventappealedagainst the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you.
