济宁市2010年初中英语学业水平考试说明（转载）济宁教研室 张莉第一编 考试说明为指导和规范我市初中学生英语学科学业水平考试，依据2001年国家教育部颁发的全日制义务教育 普通高级中学英语课程标准（实验稿）（以下简称课程标准），结合我市初中英语教学的实际，特制定本考试说明。本说明列出了考试性质、命题原则、考试内容及要求、考试形式及试卷结构、样题与参考答案，是英语学科学业水平考试命题和学生复习备考的依据。一、考试性质 初中英语学业水平考试是初中学生英语学习的水平考试，属于义务教育阶段英语学科的终结性考试。它是检测初中学生综合语言运用能力发展程度的重要途径，也是反映初中英语教学效果、学校办学质量的重要指标之一。考试的成绩既是衡量学生是否达到毕业要求的主要依据，也是高一级学校招生的依据之一。二、命题原则（一）科学性原则以课程标准规定的五级目标要求为依据，以考查学生综合语言运用能力为目标，全面、客观地考查学生经过初中学习后所具有的语言水平；试题要具有代表性，覆盖面广；要将语言知识的考查置于真实、充分的语境中进行；试题的难易度要适当，力避偏题、怪题；主观性试题和客观性试题的比例适当；确保英语知识正确，语言表述规范，选用的情境素材健康，联系社会实际和学生的生活实际。（二）基础性原则重点考查学生的英语基础知识、基本技能及其综合运用能力，适当考查学生运用英语获取信息、加工信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力，并体现对学生文化意识、情感态度等综合素养的考查。试题要符合学生英语认知水平、认知规律和发展要求。（三）公平性原则命题面向全体学生，试题内容尽量避免客观因素影响，尽可能照顾到经济、文化、城乡、民族、性别等背景的差异。三、考试内容及要求 考查的知识和能力范围为课程标准五级目标要求。（一）语言知识要求考生掌握并能运用课程标准五级要求规定的英语语音、词汇、语法、功能意念和话题，具体如下：1、 语 音 了解语音在语言学习中的意义； 了解英语语音包括发音、重音、连读、语调、节奏等内容； 在日常生活会话中做到语音、语调基本正确、自然、流畅； 根据重音和语调的变化理解和表达不同的意图和态度； 根据读音拼写单词和短语。2、 词 汇 了解英语词汇包括单词、短语、习惯用语和固定搭配等形式； 理解和领悟词语的基本含义以及在特定语境中的意义； 运用词汇描述事物、行为和特征，说明概念等； 学会使用15001600个的单词（详见教科书词汇表的黑体词）和200300个习惯用语或固定搭配。3、语 法 了解常用语言形式的基本结构和常用表意功能； 在实际运用中体会和领悟语言形式的表意功能； 理解和掌握描述人和物的表达方式； 理解和掌握描述具体事件和具体行为的发生、发展过程的表达方式； 初步掌握描述时间、地点、方位的表达方式； 理解、掌握比较人、物体及事物的表达方式。4、 功 能 在日常生活中恰当理解和表达问候、告别、感谢、介绍等交际功能； 在日常人际交往中有效地进行表达。5、话 题 熟悉与学生个人、家庭和学校生活密切相关的话题； 熟悉有关日常生活、兴趣爱好、风俗习惯、科学文化等方面的话题。（二）语言技能1、听 要求考生能听懂所熟悉话题的简短对话和独白。考生应能： 根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图； 听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话，并能从中提取信息和观点； 借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意； 听懂接近正常语速的故事和记叙文，理解故事的因果关系； 在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应； 能针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。2、读 要求考生能读懂常见体裁的阅读材料。考生应能： 理解文中的具体信息； 根据上下文和构词法推断、理解生词的含义； 理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系； 找出文章中的主题，理解故事的情节，预测故事情节的发展和可能的结局；3、 写 要求考生根据提示进行书面表达，如：简单描述人物或事件等。考生应能：（1）使用常见的连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系，清楚、连贯地传递信息，表达意思；（2）根据所给图示或表格写出简单的段落或操作说明；（3）有效运用所学语言知识。（三）情感态度1、能在英语交流中注意并理解他人的情感；2、对祖国文化能有更深刻的了解；3、乐于接触并了解异国文化。（四）学习策略1、在交际中，把注意力集中在意思的表达上；2、在交际中注意到中外交际习俗的差异；3、善于利用图画等非语言信息理解主题；4、必要时，有效地借助母语知识理解英语。（五）文化意识1、了解英语交际中常用的体态语，如手势、表情等；2、恰当使用英语中不同的称谓语、问候语和告别语；3、了解、区别英语中不同性别常用的名字和亲昵的称呼；4、了解英语国家中家庭成员之间的称呼习俗；5、了解英语国家正式和非正式场合服饰和穿戴习俗；6、了解英语国家的饮食习俗；7、对别人的赞扬、请求等做出恰当的反应；8、用恰当的方式表达赞扬、请求等意义；9、初步了解英语国家的地理位置、气候特点、历史等；10、了解常见动植物在英语国家中的文化涵义；11、了解自然现象在英语中可能具有的文化涵义；12、了解英语国家中传统的文娱和体育活动；13、了解英语国家中重要的节假日及主要庆祝方式；14、通过对英语的学习，加深对中国文化的理解。四、考试形式及试卷结构（一）考试形式1、学业水平考试采用书面作答、闭卷考试的方式（含听力测试）。暂不进行口语测试。有条件的县市区可自行组织口语测试。2、考试时间为120分钟，满分100分。（二）试卷结构1、试题由第卷和第卷两部分组成。第卷为选择题（共65分），考生要在答题卡上作答；第卷为非选择题（共35分），直接在试卷上答题。2、试题按易、中、难的分布结构。易、中、难的比例分别为7：2：1。3、具体题型、题量、分值及参考时间见下表：内 容题量计分参考时间（分钟）第I卷（65分）第一部分听力听力选择151515第二部分语言知识运用单项填空101010完形填空101015第三部分阅读理解阅读理解203035第II卷（35分）第四部分写听力表达555单词拼写与运用8810动词运用7710书面表达11520五、样题及参考答案、评分标准试卷类型 A济宁市二零一零年初中学生学业水平考试英语试题样题注意事项：1、本试题分为第卷和第卷两部分。第卷8页为选择题，65分；第卷4页为非选择题，35分；共100分。考试时间为120分钟（含听力20分钟）。2、答第I卷前务必将自己的姓名、考号、考试科目涂写在答题卡上。考试结束时，试卷和答题卡一并收回。3、第卷每题选出答案后，都必须用2 B铅笔把答题卡上对应题目的答案标号（A、B、C或D）涂黑。如需改动，必须先用橡皮擦干净，再改涂其它答案。4、用蓝（黑）色钢笔或圆珠笔直接将第II卷的答案写在试卷上。第卷(选择题共65分)一、听力选择(共15小题，计15分)（一）听下面五个句子。从每小题所给的A、B、C三个选项中，选出能应答每个句子的最佳答案。（每个句子仅读一遍）1.
