电动机安全拆运作业程序工序1修前图纸资料准备Sworkingprocedure1drawingspreparationbeforerepairing准备好设备检修所需的图纸和资料。-readytoequipmentoverhaultherequireddrawingsanddata.工序2安全措施Sworkingprocedure2securitymeasures办理工作票，确认工作票所载安全措施已正确执行。-dealwithworkingticket,confirmationworkingticketcontainedinthesafetymeasureshavebeenimplementedcorrectly.进入现场穿工作服戴好安全帽，高空作业系好安全带。-enterthesitetowearworkclotheswearahelmet,theworkhighabovethefastenyourseatbelt.开工前，工作负责人要向工作班成员详细交待安全措施及注意事项，明确工作范围，并装设围栏。-beforeconstruction,theworkisdetailedexplaintomembersoftheworkingclass,headofthesecuritymeasuresandthemattersneedingattention,clearscopeofwork,andinstalledthefence.工序3电动机拆运至检修现场Sworkingprocedure3motoraparttorepairsite核对电动机编号并抄录铭牌，将待拆动的部件做好相应的标记。-checkthemotornumberandtranscribingnameplate,willstayopenpartsofthecorrespondingtag.联系热工拆开测温元件电动机侧的连接线，并做记录。/contactthethermalapartoftemperaturemeasuringelementmotorsideconnectingline,andmakerecords.拆开电动机电源电缆接线和加热器电源接线，并做记录，检查电源电缆接头无过热变色，接触面平整，将其三相短路接地，并做好电缆防护措施。-disassemblethemotorpowercableconnectionandheaterpowersupply,andmakerecords,checkthepowercablejointwithoutoverheatingbecomesangry,contactsurfaceleveloff,thethreephaseshortcircuitgrounding,andmakecableprotectivemeasures.通知相关机械班组拆开靠背轮和地脚螺丝，并做好回装记号，以及拆开电动机平台阻碍搬运的护拦。/notifytherelatedmechanicalteamapartbackrestwheelandanchorbolt,andbacktosign,anddisassemblethemotorplatformblockhandlingbarrier.清理干净检修现场后，联系起重人员起吊电动机，搬运至检修现场。-cleanafterrepairsite,contactcraneliftingmotor,totherepairsite.工序4电动机解体Sworkingprocedure4motordisassembly工作负责人向工作人员交待现场安措及特殊注意事项。-worktostaffconfessed,headofsitesecuritymeasuresandspecialconsiderations.电动机解体前测量绝缘电阻，并做记录。Measuringinsulationresistancebefore-disintegrationofmotor,andmakerecords.采用火焊加热法拆卸电动机侧靠背轮，要求加热均匀至靠背轮可轻易撬出来，撬靠背轮时注意不要伤及轴颈，并检查键和键槽，及时收集好键，在靠背轮和轴颈冷却时应采取隔离措施防止人靠近。-usingHuoHanheatsealedmotorsidebackrestwheel,uniformheatingtothebackrestwheelrequirementscanpryitouteasily,pryreliesonabackwheel,carefulnottohurtneckandshaft,andcheckthekeyandkeyway,collectgoodkeysandthebackrestwheelandshaftneckisolationmeasuresshouldbetakentopreventpeopleclosetothecooling.拆卸电动机风冷却器，吊至合适场所（吊时注意清除干净粘到风冷却器的密封垫），拆开风冷却器进风口部分，用3Kg以上压力的清洁水从两端冲洗干净铝管内壁，用5Kg以上压力的压缩空气吹扫干净风冷却器内部，并除锈和防锈处理风冷却器进风口部分，更换密封垫。-removethemotorwindcooler,hungtotherightplace(cleanwhenyouhangingbyadheringtothewindofthecoolergasket),openaircoolerinletsection,withmorethan3kgpressurecleanwaterrinsecleanfrombothendsofaluminumtubeinnersurface,withmorethan5kgpressureofcompressedairpurgecleaninsidethecooler,thewindandthederustingandrustpreventiontreatmentwindcoolerairinletpart,replacethegasket.检查电动机内部的清洁情况，若内部灰尘过多，说明密封情况不好，应考虑加以编织袋水性油墨改进，若轴承漏油到内部，检查内油盖与轴颈的间隙，采取措施减少其过大间隙。-checkthecleaningconditionofmotorinternal,iftheinternaldusttoomuch,explainsealingconditionisbad,shouldconsidertobeimproved,ifthebearingoilleaktotheinterior,theclearancebetweenthejournalandcheckoilinsidethecover,takemeasurestoreduceitstoobiggap.拆卸电动机风罩，用专用工具拆卸风扇，并除锈和防锈处理，刷中灰漆，按“定置管理”放置好。-removethemotorcoverwind,usespecialtoolstoremovethefan,andrustandantirustprocessing,graypaintbrush,accordingtoarrangetheinplace.拆卸电动机轴承外油盖上的测温探头、加卸油管路，收集好并清洗干净。-removethemotorbearingcoveroiltemperaturemeasuringprobe,anddischargepipeline,collectingwellandclean.顺序拆卸电动机前、后端的外挡油盖、锁母（或止油盖）、端盖、导风筒，检查和处理缺陷，清洗干净后按“定置管理”放置好。-ordersealedmotorfrontandbackendcoveroilbaffle,lockthemother(orcheckoilcover),theendcover,airduct,checkanddealwiththedefect,aftercleanedbyhousekeepingmanagementinplace.清洗干净电动机轴承，检查轴承内、外滚道、保持架和滚动体完好，无磨损、锈斑、麻点、划伤、退火、变色、珠痕、卡死等现象，测量轴承间隙符合质检要求，验收合格者应及时添加膨润土防水毯油脂，或采取其他防止轴承生锈措施，验收不合格者则用火焊加热拆卸，并按“定置管理”清洗和放置好内挡油盖。-cleanmotorbearings,checkthebearinginnerandouterraceway,cageandrollingbodyingoodcondition,nowear,rustyspot,pitting,scratches,annealing,discoloration,beadthephenomenonsuchasmark,stuck,measuringthebearingclearanceconformtotherequirementsofthequalitysupervision,inspection,acceptanceeligibleshouldbetimelytoaddoil,ortakeothermeasurestopreventrustbearing,acceptanceisnoteligiblewithHuoHanheatremoval,andaccordingtoarrangetheincleaningandoilbaffleinsidecoverinplace.工序5抽转子5sprocesspumprotor套合适假轴于电动机轴上,注意套轴部位用橡皮或棉布保护好电动机轴颈。-setofappropriatefalseshaftonthemotorshaft,setsofshaftpartswithrubberorcottonclothtoprotectmotorshaftneck.使用合格的起重工具抽转子，并用手拉葫芦调整转子平衡，注意酱油吊转子钢丝夹角不得大于60度，且吊之前应检查选用起重工具是否合适。-usequalifiedpumprotorliftingtool,andadjusttherotorbalancechain,payattentiontotheliftingrotorsteelwireshallnotbegreaterthan60degreesAngle,andmournbeforecheckshouldchooseliftingtoolsareappropriate.轻轻起吊转子，用透光法检查转子，使其不与铁芯接触，保持转子水平，慢慢将其移出转子。-gentlyliftingrotor,checktherotorwiththepervioustolightmethod,sothattheydontcontactwiththecore,keeptherotorlevel,slowlytomoveitoutoftherotor.转子移出后放在合适干净的枕木上，两边插入锲子确保转子不会滚动，并及时覆盖好帆布，以免异物落入转子中。-rotorremovedafterputonappropriatecleansleepers,insertthischildtoensurethattherotorwillnotscroll,onbothsidesandcovercanvasintime,inordertoavoidforeignbodiesfallintotherotor.工序6定子、转子检查与故障处理6sprocessofstator,rotorinspectionandfaulthandling检查定子绕组表面干净无油污、灰尘，若有则用5Kg以上压力的压缩空气加电气清洗剂清洗干净定子绕组和铁芯等部位，并放入烘房烘烤绝缘至1000M及以上。-checkthestatorwindingsurfaceclean,nooil,dirt,ifusemorethan5kgpressureofcompressedairandelectricalcleanercleanareassuchasthestatorwindingandironcore,andintothedryerbakinginsulatingandabove1000m.检查定子绕组绝缘无破损、烧焦、起泡、龟裂等现象；端部绑扎及垫块无松动，无断裂、磨擦等，槽楔无脱掉、松动、凸起、变焦、断裂、磨擦等，若有作相应处理。-checkthestatorwindinginsulationwithoutdamage,burning,blister,crack;Endofbandingandblocknolooseness,nofracture,friction,etc.,slotwedgeoff,loose,bump,zoom,fracture,friction,etc,ifyouhavemakecorrespondingprocessing.检查定、转子铁芯，应干净，无锈蚀、磨损、过热变色和松动，若有作相应处理。-check,therotorironcore,shouldbeclean,norust,loosewear,overheatingbecomesangryand,ifyouhavemakecorrespondingprocessing.检查转子干净无油污、灰尘，用5Kg以上压力的压缩空气加电气清洗剂清洗干净转子，并加碘钨灯烘干，若转子外表脱漆过多，喷一层薄的红色喷漆处理。-checktherotorclean,nooil,dirt,withmorethan5kgpressureofcompressedairandelectricalcleanercleantherotor,andiodinetungstenlampdrying,iftherotorlookstoomuchtotakeoffthepaint,sprayathinlayerofredspraypaintprocessing.检查转子鼠笼条及短路环，应无开焊、熔铝、变形、松动，转子风叶固定牢固、无变形、裂纹，焊接或铆钉完好，转子泰山奇石平衡块固定牢固，转子上所有螺丝紧固。若有脱焊处需重新焊接处理，应注意采取隔热措施，并在处理后转动转子，检查无异物遗留在转子内。-checkthearticleturnsthemousecageandshortcircuitring,shouldbenoopenwelding,moltenaluminum,deformationandlooseness,rotorbladesfixedfirmly,nodeformation,crack,orrivetweldingingoodcondition,therotorbalanceblockisfixedfirmly,allscrewfasteningontherotor.Ifadesolderingneedtoweldingprocess,theheatinsulationmeasuresshouldbepaidattentionto,andtherotatingrotorafterprocessing,checknoforeignbodiesleftintherotor.检查转子轴颈表面无伤痕、裂纹、锈蚀；靠背轮无裂纹、损伤；电动机外壳、端盖、油盖及各结合面止口无损伤、裂纹、锈垢；轴承室无损伤、裂纹及走外圈现象。-checkthattherotorshaftnecksurfacefreeofbruises,crack,rust;Backrestwheelhasnocrack,damage;Motorshell,shellcover,oilcapandthejointseamallowancewithoutdamage,crack,rustscale;Bearinghousingnodamage,cracksandouterphenomenon.检查风罩滤网完好、若破损则更换为不锈钢滤网，检查风扇与轴颈的配合符合要求；检查冷却器管无松动、断裂，风路隔板无开焊、变形。-checktheenclosureswindscreeningoodcondition,ifdamagedthenchangeforthestainlesssteelmesh,checkthefanandshaftneckcooperatetomeettherequirements;Checkthecoolertubewithoutlooseness,breakage,andthewindroadbarrierwithoutwelding,deformation.检查支柱瓷瓶绝缘良好、无损伤、无油垢、无灰尘，更换老化橡胶垫圈；检查引出线接头完好、接触面平整、无过热开焊、无滑丝松动，相序标志明显。-checkthepillarporcelaininsulationgood,nodamage,nogrease,nodust,replacetheagingrubbergasket;Checkleadjointisingoodcondition,openweldingcontactsurfaceleveloff,withoutoverheating,nolooseslipperysilk,phasesequencelogoclearly.检查测温和加热元件绝缘及直阻良好，并作记录。-checkthetemperaturetestandheatingelementdcresistanceandgoodinsulationandrecord.检查加油泄油管道畅通；检查各部件紧固良好，无螺丝松动、滑丝和断头等。-checktheoildrainpipeflow.Checkpartsfasteningandnoscrewloose,slipperysilkandbeheaded.更换定子本体与冷却器之间的密封条，要求密封条厚度为5mm，宽度为40mm，各接口严密，注意后端密封条为整条密封条，不得驳接。-replacethestatorbetweenontologyandcoolersealingstrip,sealingstripthicknessfor5mm,widthof40mm,eachinterfaceclosely,payattentiontotheback-endsealingstripforwholesealingstrip,tolinkisnotallowed.第
