Ask students if they have ever been to an adventure camp, ask them if they can remember any of the rules. Now have them look at the picture of the rules posted up on the tree. Read aloud, Have a SAFE time Red rock Lagoon Adventure Camp. Make sure students understand the meaning of safe.2. Have students silently read the list of rules and ask any vocabulary questions they might have. You may need to explain waterfall, tent, cabin, lifejacket, rock climbing, midnight, camp leader. Have them match the rules to the little illustrations around the tree.3.
