B: Its/ Theyre. Step 5. Act Ask the Ss to take out their own presents to practice with good friends. Call out three or four groups to act their own dialogues by using their own objects.Step 6. What day is/ was? 自由对话也可围绕第六单元的内容进行。Step 2 Revision Talk about their birthday presents and Christmas presents. Then ask the Ss practice in pairs. A: Do you have any birthday presents? B: Yes, I do. B: Its mine. A: Can I have a look? B: Sure. Here you are. Etc. 在此对话的基础上,可进行一定的拓展延伸:由单数延伸至复数,对话内容不易复杂。Step 3 Presentation Show some of the objects in Part B. Ask the Ss what they are in English. The objects are from the Ss. T: Whose is this/ are they? Ss: Its/ Theyre yours. T: No, its/ theyre not mine. Its/ Theyre hers/ his/ theirs. Drill the new words.Step 4. Practice Show some other objects from the students. Practice the dialogue with the students first. Then ask them to practice with partners.Step 5. Act Practice with partners and then call out some groups to act out their dialogues. Dont forget to praise them.Step 6.
