A _ work in a_.教学过程:一)复习1问候2唱“AS I WAS GOING DOWN THE STREET”3.用问答操练的形式复习单词waitress, businesswoman, clerk和cashier.例如,教师举起词汇卡片提问:What is he/she? Is he/she a _or a_?4.作游戏“CHARADES”(变化形式) 让一些自告奋勇的学生分别模仿他们能用英语说出的职业(可以是任何职业)。让全班猜这种职业,并用英语说出。如果大家都猜不出,表演者自己给出答案(Im a_.)。二)学习新课1Mall, grocery store(1).打开图片讨论这些照片并问学生们是否能用英语说出图画上有些东西的名字(如:shop, man, woman, clerk, vegetables, fruit).边指照片边和学生一起读几遍单词mall和grocery store.(2)播放录音,让学生看书跟读。 Where does a _ work? Ask:“What month is it?”Tell the students that this lesson we will study the months of the year. 板书:Lesson14: Months of the Year.New Concepts (一)January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December. MONTHSShow the pictures of the seasons and ask the class guesses. “What is your favorite season? Why? And say the months of this season”(The student answers) The teacher puts this picture on the blackboard and write these months under it. The class read these words after the teacher. Use the same way to teach other months. STUDENT BOOK: L14 N1Play the tape and the class follows.Hold up the cards and read after the radio. DRILLPractice in pairs.
