北京市高职院校论文:北京市高职院校 课外体育活动 现状 对策研究【中文摘要】当今世界,科技进步日新月异,人才之间的竞争越来越激烈。任何一个国家要想在竞争中取得胜利,要依靠人才的竞争,民族创新力的竞争。胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中指出,要“优先发展教育,建设人力资源强国”,努力实现“现代国民教育体系更加完善,终身教育体系基本形成,全民受教育程度和创新人才培养水平明显提高”的目标。2011年是我国“十二五”规划的起步阶段,对正处于全面建设小康社会,加快推进现代化建设的关键时期,社会和经济的发展正面临着许多重大而艰巨的任务。我国必须要走新型工业化道路,推进产业结构化升级,转变经济增长方式以及建设创新型国家,都需要培养一大批能够解决技术难题的高技能人才,对人力资源结构和素质提出了新的更高的要求,这就需要我们国家大力发展高职教育,培养高质量的高技能人才。中华人民共和国教育部所颁发关于制订高职高专教育专业教学计划的原则意见的文件中,其培养目标指出,高职高专教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,培养拥护党的基本路线,适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的,德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的高等技术应用性专门人才。2011年教育部在其工作要点中明确提出:加快推进建设现代职业教育体系。在学生所接受的一系列职业教育中也包括高等体育教育。高等体育教育是学生接受体育教育的最后阶段,对学生今后走入社会,能否养成终身体育锻炼的习惯,起着关键性作用,其地位至关重要。学校体育是体育的基石,而课外体育活动是学校体育的一个重要领域,是学校体育的重要组成部分,也是校园文化建设的重要内容。它是学生利用课余时间进行体育锻炼以及进行的一切体育活动。对身体正处于生长发育阶段的高职学生来说,身体健康自然是要摆放在第一位置的。要想让学生拥有一个良好的身体素质,需要了解和掌握目前高校学生的身体健康的现状,才能在此基础上进一步的提出建议和对策。本文通过采用综合研究方法对北京市8所高职院校(院校名单通过网络排名)学生的课外体育活动的情况进行了研究和比较,并根据8所高职院校中大部分学校所存在的共有问题,提出了相关的建议。本文首先阐明了课外体育活动的概念,课外体育活动在学校体育中的重要位置及其特殊性的同时,通过对北京市8所高职院校学生进行的抽样调查,初步了解了目前学生参加课外体育活动的现状。结论如下:1调查结果表明,北京市高职院校学生课外体育活动的现状不是很理想。有60.42%的学生认为缺乏课外体育活动所需的场地和设施;55.52%的学生因社会对高职学生的“认可但不认同”的压力,以至于学习压力大而没时间进行体育锻炼;48.85%的学生认为课外体育活动没有统一的组织管理和缺乏相关教师的辅导等。这些因素直接或间接的影响了学生参加课外体育活动的积极性。2调查结果进一步的显示,北京市高职院校学生对通过课外体育活动增强体质健康方面所持的都是积极的态度,主观上也是很重视课外体育活动,并且希望能够积极的参与到其中。可以看出,加强对高职院校学生实施课外体育活动是可行的,学生喜欢主观上也是很乐于接受的,但是在现实生活中由于社会就业压力大、学习压力过大、校外实践时间长和缺乏必要的锻炼知识和方法,影响了学生参加课外体育活动。【英文摘要】Today, rapid technological progress and competition become more fiercer and fiercer in every country. In the seventeenth report President hu pointed out,“we must give priority to development of education and manpower resources in the country, efforts to achieve a modern national education system more perfect, the system of life-long education basically universal education, and a level of one country.”2011 is Chinas“Second Five Year Plan”initial stage , in building a moderately prosperous society and accelerating the modernization of the critical period ,social and economic development are faced with many difficult and important tasks. China must pass through a new road to industrialization upgrading of industrial structure, changing the mode of economic growth, building an innovative country, we need to solve technical problems in training a large number of highly skilled personnel structure and quality of human resources put forward a new and higher Requirements ,which requires our country to development vocational education ,training high quality skilled personnel.By the ministry of education issued“the drafting professorship education teaching plan of the principles of the opinion of the document”, its training objectives that professorship education is an important part of our higher education and training support the partys basic line, to production, construction and management and service in the field of aesthetics for the all-round development of high technology application specialists. Ministry of Education in 2011, clearly stated its main points: accelerating the construction of a modern vocational education system.Accepted by the students of vocational education also include a serious of higher physical education. High sports education is a student take physical education at the end of the future, the students went into the world, can acquire a lifelong habit of sports exercises and play a key role, its status is essential. the school athletic sport is the footstone, and outside school sports activities is an important sector, is an important part of the school sports and cultural development is an important part of the campus。It is the students used their spare time to physical exercise and of all sports. the body is in the growth phase of the professorship students, health is the first place. since the importance of health, the first to be sure they are to engage in extracurricular sports activities of the status quo.In the comprehensive research methods to beijing, eight are universities, colleges professorship ( online rankings ) list of students after the sports activities carried out research and, according to the eight higher educational institutions in most schools, there were problems of the relevant proposal.The first of all the extracurricular sports activities and sports activities in school after an important position and particularity of the same time, 8 to bei jing by the professorship students, schools Sampling Investigation preliminary understanding of the present situation of extracurricular sports activities. the conclusion follows :1 The results indicate that bei jing the professorship students outside institutions sports activities of the status quo is not very ideal. There are 60.42% of the students think of the site facilities ; 55.52% of students to study under great pressure, and they havent got time to physical exercise ; 48.85% of students believe that after the reunification of the sports no organization and management and lack of the teachers advice. These factors directly affect the students take part in extracurricular sports initiative.2 Survey results further showed that the professorship students to colleges through extra-curricular sports build up a health is an active attitude of great importance to extracurricular sports and they also wish to actively participate in.
