英 语 英 标 和 读 音 规 则 语 音 英 语 语 音 名 词 解 释 音 节 以 元 音 为 主 体 构 成 的 发 音 单 位 ， 一 般 说 来 元音 发 音 响 亮 ， 可 以 构 成 音 节 ， 辅 音 发 音 不 响 亮 ，不 能 单 独 构 成 音 节 （ m n l例 外 ） 。 从 单 词拼 写 形 式 上 看 ， 有 几 个 元 字 组 就 有 几 个 音 节 。 语 音 音 节 的 划 分 在 两 个 音 节 的 相 邻 处 有 两 个 辅 字 组 时 ， 一 个 辅 字 组 属 于 前面 的 音 节 ， 一 个 属 于 后 面 的 音 节 。 例 如 ： let-ter mem-ber chil-dren daugh-ter 在 两 个 音 节 的 相 邻 处 只 有 一 个 辅 字 组 时 ， 如 果 前 面 音 节 里的 元 音 是 长 音 则 辅 字 组 属 于 后 面 一 个 音 节 ， 如 果 前 面 一 个音 节 里 的 元 音 是 短 音 ， 则 辅 字 组 属 于 前 面 一 个 音 节 。 例 如 ： 长 音 pa-per stu-dent fa-ther ze-ro mo-tor far-ther短 音 sev-en stud-y moth-er ver-y mod-le weath-er 语 音 重 读 音 节 单 词 中 读 音 特 别 响 亮 的 音 节 。 用 音 标 标记 双 音 节 、 多 音 节 词 的 读 音 时 ， 应 使 用 重 读 符 号 。单 音 节 词 多 数 是 重 读 音 节 ， 标 记 读 音 时 不 需 要 使用 重 读 符 号 。 语 音 开 音 节 绝 对 开 音 节 ： 单 个 元 音 字 母 后 面 没 有 辅 字 组 的重 读 音 节 。 例 如 ： no blue ba-by stu-dent se-cret. 相 对 开 音 节 ： 单 个 元 音 字 母 后 面 加 单 个 辅 音 字母 ， 再 加 一 个 不 发 音 字 母 e构 成 的 重 读 音 节 。 例如 ： name these bike home ex-cuse. 闭 音 节 单 个 元 音 字 母 后 面 有 辅 字 组 （ r w y 除 外 ） 且 以 辅字 组 结 尾 的 重 读 音 节 。 例 如 ： bag egg fish not cup 语 音 双 音 节 词 重 读 规 则 双 音 节 词 的 第 一 个 音 节 通 常 是重 读 音 节 。 例 如 ： stu-dent Chi-na sec-ond au-tumn in-deed 含 有 a- be- de- re- in- ex- 等 前 缀 的 双 音 节 词 往往 是 在 第 二 个 音 节 上 重 读 。 双 音 节 词 的 重 读 位 置不 会 因 增 加 前 缀 或 后 缀 而 发 生 改 变 。 例 如 ： about before excuse repair for-get-ful in-ven-tor 语 音多 音 节 词 重 读 规 则 多 音 节 词 通 常 在 倒 数 第 三 个 音 节 重 读 。例 如 ： el-e-phant con-grat-u-la-tion词 尾 有 -ic或 -tion,-sion的 词 ， 在 -ic或 -sion,-tion前 的一 个 音 节 上 重 读 。 例 如 ： scientific impression nation 不 符 合 规 则 的 词 every 从 拼 写 形 式 上 看 有 三 个 元 字 组 ， 但 从 读 音 上看 只 有 两 个 元 音 ， 故 这 个 词 只 有 两 个 音 节 。 中 间一 个 字 母 e不 发 音 ， 该 词 的 音 节 划 分 方 式 为 eve-ry。 elebrate(cel-e-brate) 划 分 音 节 时 不 能 把 字 组 拆 分 到 两 个 音 节 中 去 （ chil-dren)； br pr bl pl等 辅 音 连 缀 有 时 要 当 作 字 组 来对 待 ， 即 具 有 不 可 分 割 性 ； 有 时 又 要 考 虑 到 词 的来 源 或 其 他 原 因 而 不 被 当 作 字 组 来 对 待 （ ward-room、 Feb-ru-ar-y)。 字 母 、 字 组 和 字 群 字 母 指 的 是 二 十 六 个 字 母 。 字 母 是 构 成 英 文 书 写的 最 小 单 位 ， 英 语 单 词 中 的 字 母 和 单 词 读 音 中 的各 个 音 素 并 不 存 在 对 应 关 系 。 字 组 指 的 是 一 个 或 几 个 字 母 在 起 ， 发 一 个 共 同 的音 素 。 字 组 是 英 语 单 词 发 音 的 基 本 单 位 ， 通 常 一个 字 组 对 应 该 一 个 音 素 。 字 组 分 为 元 字 组 和 辅 字组 两 种 。 字 群 是 指 几 个 字 组 在 同 一 个 音 节 里 发 两 个 以 上 的音 素 。 （ 如 ： -tion -sion -sten -stle -ought) The Closing Diphthongs:合 口 双 元 音/ eI/ aI / I/ au / u /Centring Diphthongs:集 中 双 元 音 /I / /U / /e / / eI / is usually read in the following letters or letter groups :a ai ay eigh ey ea paid sail rain say day play grey they hey cake late hate great break steak eight neightbour weight May Day ;the lady on the planeLabor Day; April rain 1.
