Free talk设计意图在交谈中询问学生如何处理废旧物,通过交流,激活学生语言储备,为阅读做准备。While reading1. Prediction(1) What do you want to know? (2) What is the passage about?设计意图引导学生观察图片并提出问题,激活学生阅读文本的兴趣,同时结合标题预测文本大意,对文本有整体了解。2. Skimming How many parts can we divide the passage into? Share your ideas.设计意图引导学生分析段落大意,关注文本结构。3.ScanningWhat are they?Who made them?What materials did they use?(1)Read Part 1 and find whats the writers opinion?(2)Read Part 2 and fill in the chart.Amy built the house out of rubbish.(3)Read Part 2 again and fill in the chart.What achievements or plans did they make?核对答案后追加问题:(1)What does Jessica want to do by writing a book? (2)Why does Wang Tao want to set up a “metal art”theme park?设计意图以表格形式呈现人物信息。借助图片和短语的形式呈现Amy的创新思维,激发学生的创新性思维。核对答案时通过逐步追加问题,启发学生思考。4. Retelling: Retell the three facts.设计意图借助图片和短语,复述重点信息。5. Thinking: (1) Which one do you like best? Why?(2)What do you think of the makers? Do they have something in common? What are the differences?设计意图引导学生思考创意作品的意义和制作者具有的品质。通过对比三位人物在环保再生方面做法的异同,体会作者的写作思路“环保对个人生活”的影响“环保的理念传递给他人”“让环保成为生活必不可少的一部分”“全民环保”应运而生。 After reading1. What can we learn from the passage? 设计意图引发学生对作者的写作意图进行深入思考,发散思维。2. Group work : think and share your creative works.Requirements(要求):1) Each student shares your works in your group.2) Choose the most creative works3) Choose one student to share in class. 设计意图通过本活动,渗透情感教育,引导学生形成环保的意识,培养学生的创新思维和实践能力。运用所学尝试描述自己的创意作品,在分享中体会创意作品带来的乐趣。【Homework】1. Write introductions of your creative works.(necessary) 2. Search more information online about recycling.(optional)设计意图第一项作业是必做作业,让学生用书面作业的形式巩固课上所学。第二项作业是选做作业,查找回收利用的相关信息,从而获得新的启发,将回收利用运用到实际生活中,为环保贡献自己的一份力量。
