混凝土工程95、质安技术措施106、保卫与消防措施117、文明施工措施121、工程概况盾构法隧道洞门功能重要为隧道出入口，与隧道管片相接。洞门为现浇钢筋砼构造，砼强度级别为C40，抗渗强度为S10。洞门呈圆筒形状，内直径5.4m，外直径6.62m，洞门构造大样详见附图一。从现场状况来看，隧道管片已经基本安装完毕，但洞门处管片有部份需要拆除或用砼切割法进行切割后，再按设计图纸规定浇筑洞门现浇砼，需浇筑砼的洞门长度约为500mm。根据设计规定，防水工程除构造自防水外，新旧砼接合处采用3010水膨胀型止水条，螺杆处采用水膨胀橡胶垫圈。本工程中需进行施工的洞门共有8个，其具体位置分布为赤岗站有2个洞门；客村站有4个洞门；鹭江站有2个洞门。为便于辨认，对各门洞具体编号详见表1-1。表1-1车站名称洞门所在位置洞门编号备注XX站左线号右线号XX站左线东端号右线东端号左线西端号右线西端号XX站左线号右线号2、施工筹划安排本工程中共有8个洞门要施工，据此，模具采用特制钢模板，模具加工数量为2套，那么，施工筹划的编排也是按照2套模具周转使用来统一考虑，综述如下： 工程动工日期：XXXX年X月X日；工程竣工日期：XXXX年X月X日；施工总工期：63天。其中，模具加工和钢筋加工均在场外进行，筹划工期为XXXX年X月X日至X月X日；筹划进场施工日期为XXXX年X月X日，进场后按筹划进行施工，每个洞门重要工序所需时间约为7天。具体施工筹划详见附图七施工进度筹划表。3、材料运送材料运送可运用盾建出土用的龙门吊作为垂直运送机械。混凝土则采用混凝土泵机输送。4、重要施工措施及工艺4.1 管片切割 工程概况在盾构隧道与车站交接处，从入口端向内0.5m宽的部位因构造构造的需要将其拆除。为满足此规定，采用机械切割的方式进行拆除。 施工措施和工艺流程 施工措施将上部分与下部分（如图示）采用排钻方式分割后，沿保存线的环向采用碟式切割机进行切割使其分离。然后上部分通过搭设的钢管顶架向外移出洞外，用手动葫芦将砼块分别吊离、外运。下部分则从上至下拆除环向连结螺栓后，用手动葫芦将砼块吊离外运解决。 钻石碟式切割机： 1台 液压冲击钻： 1台 施工脚手架搭设进行切割施工前，为便于施工，需搭设施工脚手架。根据现场的实际状况，脚手架下方必须保存可让机车通过的通道。施工脚手架由51钢管搭设而成，设上下两层竹搭而成，详见附图二。切割施工完毕后，脚手架暂不拆除，留作构造施工时使用。扣件式钢管支顶施工工艺： 作业规定本脚手架支撑在隧道构造的砼底板上，基本结实不需作任何解决。但为了保证立杆稳固可靠，应按构架设计的立杆间距进行放线定位，铺设垫板和安放立杆底座，并保证位置精确、铺放平稳，不得悬空。 搭设作业a. 搭设作业程序放置纵向扫地杆自角部起依次向两边竖立底（第1根）立杆，底端与纵向扫地杆扣接固定后、装设横向扫地杆并也与立杆固定（固定立杆底端前，应吊线保证立杆垂直），每边竖起34根立杆后，随后装设第一步纵向平杆（与立杆扣接固定）和横向平杆（小横杆，接近立杆并与纵向平杆扣接固定）、校正立杆垂直和平杆水平使其符合规定后，按4060N-m力矩拧紧扣件螺栓，形成构架的起始段按上述规定依次向前延伸搭设，直至第一步架交圈完毕。交圈后，再全面检查一遍构架质量和地基状况，严格保证设计规定和构架质量设立连墙件（或加抛撑）按第一步架的作业程序和规定搭设第二步、第三步随搭设进程及时装设连墙件和剪刀撑装设作业层间横杆（在构架横向平杆之间加设的、用于缩小铺板支承跨度的横杆）、铺设脚手板和装设作业层栏杆、挡脚板或围护，封闭措施。b. 搭设作业注意事项1) 严禁48和51钢管及其相应扣件混用。2) 底立杆应按立杆接长规定选择不同长度的钢管交错设立，至少应有两种适合的不同长度的钢管作立杆。3) 在设立第一排连墙件前，应约每隔6跨设一道抛撑，以保证架子稳定。4) 一定要采用先搭设起始段而后向前延伸的方式，当两组作业时，可分别从相对角开始搭设。5) 连墙件和剪刀撑应及时设立，不得滞后超过2步。6) 杆件端部伸出扣件之外的长度不得不不小于100mm。7) 在顶排连墙件之上的架高（以纵向平杆计）不得多于两步，否则应每隔6跨加设1道撑位措施。8) 对接平板脚手板时，对接处的两侧必须设立间横杆。9) 作业层的栏杆和挡脚板一般应设在立杆的内侧。栏杆接长亦应符合对接或搭接的相应规定。c. 扣件连接质量检查扣件紧固质量用扭力扳手检查，抽样按随机均布原则拟定。d. 拆卸作业拆卸作业按搭设作业的相反程序进行，并应特别注意如下几点：1）连墙件待其上部杆件拆除完毕（伸上来的立杆除外）后才干松开拆去；2）松开扣件的平杆件应随后撤下，不得松挂在架上；3）拆除长杆件时应两人协同作业，以避免单人作业时的闪失事故；4）拆下的杆配件应吊运至地面，不得向下抛掷。4.2 管片拆除从现场状况来看，隧道管片已经安装完毕，但洞门处的负环、反力架需要拆除，每环管片均由6件钢筋砼管片组合而成，反力架为钢构造组合。具体拆除措施如下： 负环管片(或反力架)拆除施工程序施工脚手架搭设 在中板和负环管片上钻吊装孔 在中板吊装孔上安装滑轮组 在管片吊装孔(或反力架)上穿钢丝绳 拆除管片(或反力架)连接螺栓 管片(或反力架)吊离隧道 施工脚手架拆除及清理场地 负环管片(或反力架)的拆除应遵循先上后下的原则。 管片连接螺栓应依次进行，一件管片连接螺栓拆除后，吊走该管片后才干拆除下一件待拆管片的连接螺栓。 位于临时铁轨下方的管片应待该段铁轨拆除后才干进行管片拆除施工。 滑轮组吊重能力为5t，选用18mm钢丝绳。拆除管片(或反力架)前在已钻吊装孔的中板上安装滑轮组，滑轮组应带吊钩。在待拆管片吊装孔上穿上钢丝绳后，把钢丝绳悬挂在滑轮组的吊钩上，拆除管片连接螺栓后，把管片小心吊离隧道，最后通过出土口用龙门吊把拆卸下来的管片吊上地面，然后用汽车运走。 车站构造剖面和负环管片吊装钻孔分布详见附图三。4.3 灌浆补漏施工管片拆除后，需要对隧道管壁进行灌浆补漏解决。灌浆解决前，先拆除洞门密封圈(橡胶圈)，拟定与否浮现流沙后，再选用相应的解决措施。 对于拆门洞止水带时未发现流沙的灌浆解决措施先用砌砖封注管片与原洞口砼的空隙口，砌砖不小于18cm厚，用高标号水泥砂浆（M25）砌筑，砂浆掺早强剂。砌砖时预埋注浆管和排气管，注浆管用1吋水管，间距23m，排气管一条，用1吋水管，排气管设在洞顶，注浆管可同步作为引流管。待洞门砼浇筑后（砼强度C10后）再注浆充填管片外侧空隙。注浆用净水泥浆，用425#普硅水泥，水灰比0.5:1，注浆压力0.Mpa，水灰比和注浆压力所用数据为初步拟定，最后应以现场施工状况再作实际调节。注浆由下部预埋管起注，待上部预埋管出浆时，则封堵注出浆口，当注浆压力达0.Mpa，且注浆量达到4L/min的持续时间不小于20min时终灌。 对于拆门洞止水带时浮现流沙的灌浆解决措施对于拆门洞止水带时浮现流沙，则应先注浆再拆止水带，注浆时同样要设排气孔和注浆孔，注浆孔在管片上钻孔预埋，注浆措施用双液注浆，水泥浆的参数同上，水玻璃的注入量为水泥量的8%，注浆压力为0.Mpa。4.4 防水施工根据设计规定，新浇砼与管片以及内衬之间采用水膨胀止水条止水，水膨胀止水条规格3010。与管片连接的螺栓采用水膨胀橡胶垫圈止水。详见下图。为保证防水工程质量，施工时应注意如下要点： 构造砼所用的水泥不低于425号，水泥品种应选用一般硅酸盐水泥。所用石子的最大粒径不不小于40mm，吸水率不不小于1.5%。 混凝土每立方米水泥用量不少于320kg，含砂率为35%40%；灰砂比为1：21：2.5；水灰比不不小于0.6。 固定模板用的铁丝和螺栓不能直接穿过洞壁。 与管片连接的螺栓应套上水膨胀橡胶垫圈。 砼浇筑前，应先将施工缝处的混凝土表面凿毛，清除浮粒和杂物，用水冲洗干净，保持湿润。再铺上一层厚2025mm的水泥砂浆，水泥砂浆所用的材料的灰砂比应与混凝土材料的灰砂比相似。 将止水条置于已浇筑好的施工缝中部。 浇筑砼时，应持续施工，一次浇筑完毕。 砼凝结后，应立即进行养护，并充足保持湿润。4.5 模板工程4.5.1 特制钢模板加工为保证洞门的施工质量和满足工期规定，模具采用特制钢模板，加工数量为2套。钢模板重要由面板、加劲板和连接板等几部份构成，面板用3mm厚钢板制成，加劲板和连接板用6mm厚钢板制成。每套钢模板由16个组合单元组合而成，组合单元之间采用M12螺栓连接。每套模板加工完毕后，应对钢模板进行试拼装，严格复核其拼装后的尺寸，经验收后方能投入使用。钢模板构造详见附图四、附图五。4.5.2 施工脚手架模板安装可运用切割施工时搭设的施工脚手架。详见附图二。4.5.3 模板体系模板体系重要由特制钢模板、组合钢模板和弧形钢管支架三个部份构成。特制钢模板构造详见“4.4.1特制钢模板加工”，组合钢模板应选用300mm宽型号，特制钢模板与组合钢模板之间通过M12螺栓连接。为加强整个模板体系的稳定性，在洞门内还需用弧形钢管支架进行加固，弧形钢管用51钢管弯曲制作而成，每个支架均由4条弧形钢管杆件构成，每条弧形钢管杆件搭接长度为800mm，杆件搭接处采用扣件锁牢。详见附图六。4.5.4 模板安装特制钢模板在场外加工后用汽车运到施工现场，准备进行模板安装。特制钢模板与组合钢模板配合使用，安装模板时，先安装特制钢模板，使用螺栓把特制钢模板安装固定在内衬墙上，然后安装组合钢模板，再安装弧形钢管支架，一边安装弧形钢管支架，一边调节各模板位置，直至把模板安装完毕。为保证弧形钢管支架的稳定性，用铁丝把弧形钢管支架和组合钢模板捆在一起，让弧形钢管支架与组合钢模板形成受力整体。4.6 钢筋工程4.6.1 钢筋加工钢筋拟安排在场外加工，断料重要采用断料机进行。钢筋加工前应除锈、调直，I级圆盘钢运用卷扬机冷拉调直、除锈；直条钢筋用铁丝刷、砂盘等除锈，用简易锤击调直机进行调直。 钢筋应有质保书或实验报告单。 钢筋进场时应分批抽样做物理力学实验，使用中发生异常(如脆断、焊接性能不良或机械性能明显不正常时)，尚应补充化学成分分析实验。 钢筋必须顺直，调直后表面伤痕及侵蚀不应使钢筋截面积减少。 对进口钢筋要加强管理，应按国别、级别、规格分别堆放。要严格遵守“先实验后使用”的原则，对含碳量较高的脆性钢筋不得使用碰焊、点焊。 钢筋的类别和直径如需调换、替代时，必须征得设计单位的批准，并得到监理工程师承认。4.6.2 钢筋安装钢筋安装由下至上进行，侧、顶部钢筋安装后，可先通过木枋支撑在脚手架上临时固定其位置，安装模板时再把木枋拆除。钢筋安装位置要精确，牢固，搭接长度及绑扎应符合设计和规范规定。受力钢筋接头的位置应互相错开，当采用搭接接头时，在任一搭接长度的区段内，有接头的受力钢筋截面面积占受力钢筋总截面面积的百分率，在受拉区不得超过25%，在受压区不得超过50%，当采用焊接接头时，在焊接接头处的35d且不不不小于500mm区段内，有接头的受力钢筋截面面积占受力钢筋总截面面积的百分率，在受压区不限制，在受拉区不得超过50%。4.7 混凝土工程 混凝土的输送本工程拟采用加缓凝剂的商品混凝土，砼强度为C40，抗渗强度S10，缓凝时间为4小时，塌落度为160 mm180mm。混凝土水平及垂直运送采用一台砼泵机。混凝土输送管由地面引至施工地点，输送管的布置可运用位于9轴附近的临时出土口穿过车站主体构造，沿车站侧墙和底板布管，引至施工地点后沿支顶架向上至需要灌注砼的部位。铺设混凝土输送管时, 要尽量避免弯曲。转弯要缓, 接头要严, 管道向下倾斜时, 要避免混凝土因自重流动使输送管内混凝土中段混入空气产生阻塞。输送管在使用前应先用水湿润, 然后投入水泥砂浆, 最后才泵送混凝土。如间歇超过45分钟, 则清管后重新输送。泵送时应每三个小时换一次水洗槽, 并对泵缸进行检查。 混凝土浇筑混凝土浇筑应由下而上进行，灌注底部砼时，要临时封闭铁道。在浇筑过程中，可把已安装好的特制钢模板拆除一部份，以作为灌注砼的入口和振捣砼的操作窗口，当砼灌满时，应立即把拆除出来的特制钢模板安上，睭拆除下一件特制钢模板作为下一段砼灌注的窗口，如此循环，直至把整个洞门砼浇筑完毕为止。进行混凝土浇筑前应清除一切杂物, 模板要用水淋透。混凝土浇筑间歇时间最长不应超过4小时, 浇注混凝土时其浇注范畴内不能积水, 砼搅拌好后，在浇筑前要取样测定坍落度，符合规定后，随后用砼输送泵持续泵送灌溉砼。砼在泵送灌溉的同步用高频振捣棒加强各部位振捣，避免漏振。每一振点的振捣延续时间，应使表面呈现浮浆和不再浮落；插入式振动器的移动间距不适宜不小于其作用半径的1.5倍，振捣器与模板的距离，不应不小于其作用半径的0.5倍，并应尽量避免碰撞钢筋、模板，且要注意“快插慢拔，不漏点”，上下层振捣搭接不少于50mm，平板振动器移动间距应保证振动器的平板能覆盖已振实部分的边沿。 混凝土养护砼应在浇筑前完毕后的12h以内对其进行覆盖和浇水养护，浇水养护时间不少于7d。5、质安技术措施 注意做好主轴线控制座标及留设主轴线的控制点和观测点。轴线尺寸和标高必须通过质安员复核后才干施工。 对机械及施工用电要注意检查, 避免机械伤人或触电事故发生。所有特种机械的控制人员必须持证上岗。 凡进入施工现场的人员应配戴安全帽, 高空作业要戴安全带, 塌落度不符合规定不得使用。 施工过程中, 质检人员按国家有关原则规定进行检查验收, 并及时做好现场签证及资料收集整顿工作。 搞好工地现场文明施工, 材料堆放要有条理, 保持道路畅通。6、保卫与消防措施 成立由项目经理、技术人员、施工人员、专业人员构成的保卫和消防机构, 并逐级设立防火负责人, 把防火工作贯彻到班组和个人。 工地应设立若干名专职消防人员, 日夜巡视和监督防火工作。
