商务礼仪在商务活动中作为一种行为准则,约束着商务活动中的方方面面。商务礼仪是从道德方面对商务活动进行的规范,它充分体现了人与人之间的互相尊重、平等交流,增强了人与人之间的好感,拉近了彼此之间的距离,在商务活动之中散发着正能量,为贸易双方合作的实现做出重要的贡献。在当前法治社会和道德社会双重建设的大背景之下,将道德的作用彰显出来,不但能够促进人们对道德力量的深入了解,为其从事道德建设夯实基础,同时也会给贸易伙伴被尊重的感觉,促进商务活动的顺利进行。 2. 有关商务礼仪的研究及其主要论点1商务活动中的商务礼仪 商务礼仪是指企业商务人员在长期的商务活动中形成的、应当遵循的对交往对象表示尊敬、友好的行为准则。在商务活动中涉及的商务礼仪主要包括三个方面:(1)交谈礼仪,包括商务礼貌用语的使用;(2)仪表仪态礼仪;(3)对商务规矩和习俗的遵循。在商务活动中,交流氛围直接影响到一个企业的切身利益,交谈应时刻遵循真诚与尊重的原则,营造信任友善的氛围。同时,善于使用商务礼貌用语能够融洽交往双方的关系,从而促进商务活动的顺利开展。此外,仪态仪表是商务礼仪非常重要的一个方面。众所周知,商务活动场所是比较正式和严肃的,因此正确的着装和得体的仪态会给人重视该交流活动并尊重对方的感觉;反之,会让对方质疑其进行商务交流的诚意。除了要重视语言和着装之外,对商务活动各环节中约定俗成的习惯和不同地域不同企业的文化也应当有适当的了解,正所谓“入乡而随俗,出国而问禁”。做到了这一点,才能在贸易往来中不冒犯或者触碰到贸易伙伴的禁区,促进商务交往活动的顺利开展。可以说,商务礼仪与商务活动是呈正相关的,即交往双方遵守商务礼仪会促进商务活动的顺利开展;反之,贸易双方如不遵守相应的商务礼仪则会对商务活动的顺利开展造成不利影响。 2商务礼仪在商务活动中的正确应用可带来良好结果 2.1有助于构建良好的商务活动氛围,促进商务活动顺利开展 良好的商务活动氛围是商务活动顺利开展的外部因素之一。融洽、和睦的商务活动会使贸易双方舒缓心情,进而有意愿进行更深层次的交流。假如贸易双方在一个剑拔弩张的氛围中进行交际,双方都唯恐自己会在这场贸易交流活动中有所损失,一心只想着如何能让自己在这场交际中获得更多利益,那么这场商务交流活动开展的目的也就没有了实现的可能。反之,假如贸易活动双方都是彬彬有礼,能够传递给对方合作的诚意,注重维护活动的开展气氛,那么自然而然地就会拉近两个企业的距离,使两个企业之间的贸易活动顺利地开展。 2.2有助于提高企业形象,彰显企业信誉和员工素质 商务礼仪在展示企业文化、文明程度、道德水准、塑造企业形象等方面起到了至关重要的作用。企业的形象是企业的无形资产,能够为企业的商业活动加分。几年前在国际商业贸易往来中曾发生过一件有关商务礼仪的事情。上海某鞋厂和日本的某株式会社签订了一个有关布鞋的合同,但是由于日方的预测失误以及海运等原因,使得中方的布鞋在运到日方时已经过了布鞋销售的旺季,为此日方发给中方一封措辞激烈的退货函,这种行为在国际上是应该受到谴责的。但是中方企业从双方长期合作的目标出发,重视商务礼仪的使用,委婉地告诉日方退货是不合理的,但是可以以货易货,用其他的产品替代。中方企业的这一举动使得日方企业大为感动,双方长期的合作关系便维持了下去。中方企业得体的处理方式不但解决了货物纠纷问题,而且提高了中方企业的企业形象,彰显了其员工的素质,有利于自身的发展。 2.3.有助于增进不同区域、不同文化背景下商务活动双方的友谊 文化差异是造成不同区域企业交流中产生问题的一个重要的原因。生长在不同地域、不同环境中的人们,所接受到的文化、教育也是不同的,这些文化会对人们的行为举止产生重大的影响。例如,在我国的课堂中学生们的座位安排和坐姿是规定好的,而在美国则具有很大的随意性,这是因为我国一直崇尚的集体主义文化与美国人奉行的个人主义文化要求的不同。因此在我国和西方的一些国家进行商业活动的往来时,这种集体主义的观念和个人主义的意识就会发生碰撞,稍不注意便会使得两者之间产生矛盾。因此,善用商务礼仪,对其他国家的风俗习惯予以重视,才能增进贸易双方的友谊,促进贸易顺利开展。 2.4.有助于促进商务活动双向沟通,为长期合作打下基础 众所周知,利益是企业开展商务贸易活动的根本目的。在贸易活动中,贸易双方所做的任何事都是为了要尽最大能力争取自己的利益以及维护自己的利益。在正当获取利益和维护利益的时候不可避免地会产生一些摩擦和冲突。虽然这些冲突并不是针对某企业或某个人,但是有时候也会影响贸易双方之间的和谐关系,甚至最终闹得不可调和。而适时将商务礼仪应用在商务活动之中,时刻给对方被尊重的感觉,可以避免这种情况的发生,有利于贸易双方达成和解共识,找出适中的解决方案,圆满解决问题。 2.1 商务礼仪在商务活动中的应用 .1问候礼仪 送礼礼仪 餐桌礼仪 会议礼仪 着装礼仪 会议礼仪 仪表礼仪 说话礼仪3 结论 商务礼仪在商务活动中的重要性应该是没有人质疑的,但是目前的状况是,许多商务人员对基本商务礼仪知识的了解还远远不够,那么如何解决这样的问题呢,也就是如何开展商务礼仪的推广。就这一问题,我有几方面的想法供参考:首先可以在公司企业里定期开展商务礼仪讲座,请知名的礼仪专家传授商务礼仪知识。其次可以在公司企业里开展商务礼仪知识竞赛,掌握好理论知识后才能更好地将其运用于实践。再次可以派商务人员到国外考察,了解当地的习俗礼仪,这有利于与当地所在国客户打交道。另外还可以扩大宣传,号召激发广大商务人员学习商务礼仪知识的热情;在高校开展商务礼仪课程,让未来的商务人员对商务礼仪有个大概了解。 随着经济全球化以及信息技术的不断发展,各国人民之间的商务活动变得越来越频繁,同时企业间的交流活动也在不断地增加。然而各国之间的政治、经济、文化、习俗等各方面存在一定的差别,同时各企业的创办理念、价值观念、交流方式等方面也存在着差异,面对日益繁杂的经济合作和竞争环境,为了在商务活动中树立良好的企业形象,在竞争激烈的国际贸易活动中赢得合作机会,在复杂的环境下处理好公共关系,人们必须意识到商务礼仪在企业的商务活动和对外交流中的重要性。商务礼仪在商务活动中作为一种被普遍接受的行为准则,是从道德方面对商务活动所进行的一种规范,它充分体现了人与人之间的互相尊重、平等交流,在商务活动中占据着不可藐视的作用,为贸易双方合作的实现做出重要的贡献。因此各企业应当重视普及良好的商务礼仪知识以提高自身的竞争力,建立更好的合作洽谈关系。本文就商务礼仪在商务活动中的应用这一话题研究和探索了在商务活动中一些必要的礼节与礼仪。首先,本文将简要概述商务礼仪的一些基本概念,引起人们对于商务礼仪的重视,意识到商务礼仪的重要性以及它对达成交易磋商具有重大影响。 其次,本文将详细讲述商务礼仪的基础内容;问候礼仪,送礼礼仪,餐桌礼仪,会议礼仪和着装礼仪。本文从五个方面分别通过不同场合,地域,性别,身份,时间等来加以描述,以展现商务礼仪在具体商务活动中的正确处理行为。随后,本文将侧重描述商务活动中商务礼仪的作用以及在商务活动中应该如何正确运用商务礼仪。 最后,本文将做一总结,再次强调商务礼仪对商务活动的重要性,呼吁各企业要重视普及良好的商务礼仪知识以提高自身的竞争力。关键词:商务礼仪 商务活动 Abstract With the economic globalization and the development of information technology, nations as well as business activities among companies are closer to each other than ever before . More and more international issues are shared both among people from different countries, different religions, or different cultural backgrounds and among companies from different concepts of companies foundation , concepts of values and ways of exchanging views. In order to lay good companies impressions,gain the cooperative chances in fierce competitive business activities, deal with public relations well in complicate environments,people must be conscious to accept the importance of the business etiquette in business activities and foreign exchanges. Business etiquette is a kind of civilization accumulation of human being. It is also a kind of standard behavior observed by the businessmen in their communication,and people must realize the importance of business etiquette in the corporate business activities and foreign exchange.Therefore, the article uses the method of combining theory and practice, conducting in-depth research on the intercultural business etiquette. The purpose of the paper lies in helping people get a good understanding of business etiquette and the underlying cultural difference which will benefit for both sides of business people.In this paper, I will mainly describe how to apply Business Etiquette in Business Activities. At first, I will introduce some basic concepts of business etiquette,to make people get a good understanding of the importance of business etiquette.The second, I will describe some basic business etiquette: business negotiation etiquette, business letter etiquette, greeting etiquette, gift etiquette, conference etiquette, telephone etiquette, banquet etiquette and so on. Where there are differences between economies,politics as well as cultural, where there are difficulties for us to deal with international issues both among people from different countries, different religions, or different cultural backgrounds and among companies from different concepts of companies foundation , concepts of values and ways of exchanging views.Therefore Business Etiquette plays an important role in business activities, and all of us need to know how to apply these business etiquette to actual business activities.Business etiquette is a kind of civilization accumulation of human being. It is also a kind of standard behavior observed by the businessmen in their communication. Etiquette is the distance businessmen narrow bridge and link the two sides, but also the right business etiquette, to a certain extent, reflects a country, a region, a corporate level of civilization and culture, social qualities and personal accomplishment, thus affecting the whole atmosphere of the business activities. However, different geographic regions of the world, economic and cultural development and customs are different; people have a business negotiation between the processes of adapting to each other. Etiquette negotiations are the success of the negotiations with great impact.2. Business Etiquette: Basic ConceptsDefinition of Business Etiquette Etiquette is not only the way to maintain and develop interpersonal relationships but also it is the symbol of human civilization and social progress. Etiquette asks for good manners, which means to make other people feel comfortable by the way we behave.To some extent, etiquette is a social standard which has been formed for long terms and accepted by most people. Its more or less thinking of others and how others perceive us. Proper business etiquette and Good manners are not only indispensable in society, but also they have a very practical value in the business world. In a word, etiquette is an important symbol of human civilization and social progress, which is not only the key part of communication, but also is the external manifestation of morality and culture.As we all know, in the economic market, business environment is becoming increasingly more global,so business etiquette plays an more and more important role in business activities. Business etiquette is a kind of standard behavior observed by the businessmen in their communication and followed in the world of business and corporate culture. It consists of certain universally applicable and acceptable rules. Business etiquette is the way you handle yourself in a business and social environment, and it can help both sides to acquire respect, friendship and sincerity.he content of business etiquette The basics of business etiquette include dressing etiquette, meeting etiquette, conversation etiquette, gift- giving etiquette, dining etiquette and so on. In general, business etiquette is the social guidelines and manners to follow in business situations when dealing with others. It is essential to a businessman to understand.The scope of business etiquette The first scope of business etiquette At first, we are eager to take notice of its management of an enterprise level.We can examine it by the general look at three aspects: First, the sound volume that we speak is proper, which means sound volume that we speak can both make others understand well and feel comfortable instead noisy; Second, the dress is standard, that is to say ,the way you dress not only can show your respect to others but also will not make others feel embarrassed;Thirdly,Interpersonal distance is a degree, as we all know, that distance between two people is not very far in China can show your friendliness and make others feel closed, but maybe it does not go for other countries specially distance between men and women.The second scope of business etiquette And official dealings business etiquette is very important. Official business etiquette consists of two parts:first, contacts should draw a line to keep the proper distance, and classmates and friends is also called General Lee, Wang, etc., to indicate interest; secondly, to maintain corporate image. Individual represents the company, in the following situations he may pay attention to business etiquette: celebrations, ceremonies, business meetings, and business events and so on.The third scope of business etiquette Both sides need to pay attention to business etiquette in the circumstances of foreign exchanges ,Such as shaking handsn the business, we should shake hands with the right hand only; As for gifts, chrysanthemums cannot be given to the people of European and American. In a word, we should respect the customs of the object contacts. The scope of business etiquette, is engaged in various business activities of commodity circulation and participated in commercial activities.Restrictive Interpersonal distance is a degree, as we all know, that distance between two people is not very far in China can show your friendliness and make others feel closed, but maybe it does not go for other countries specially distance between men and women.Interpersonal relationships in a variety of different situations to pay attention to the social distance, that is, to be good at communicating feelings dimension grasp. Cultural From the ceremonial nature of the instrument, business etiquette is a kind of culture. While business activity is an economic activity, it reflects a business etiquette and culture. Organizations display their image, business people reflect polite, elegant style of conversation, manners and generous style, you must establish a good corporate culture, and constantly improve the quality of an individuals culture, establish a corporate image of the organization of civilization, in business activities exhibit civilized and elegant, polite there are sections of accomplishment. .Puntuality Its important to be punctual and be trustworthy in business activities. For example, American businessmen like to express his informal, amiable attitude, and they always have a sense of humor, which means somebody often say a few words of the joke, tending to accept each other. American businessmen often negotiate at the time of breakfast and lunch. When you promise to the other party, you must arrive on time for dinner. If you have special situation which can not make you keep the appointments, you must call master, and explain the reason, tell the host the time you can go. For dinner, when women enter the sitting room, the man should stand up until you find the ladies sit down. 2.The Functions of Intercultural Business Etiquette It is said that far-sight, wise mind, clever conversation are the most important sharp weapons in business world. But as far as I am concerned,Business etiquette is the bridge of various activities which links businessmen form different backgrounds,different countries,different cultures as well as different values.Business etiquette can be regarded as an essential tool in intercultural communication and business activities.To some extent, it will determine the success or failure of business activities and is the key to business activities. And business etiquette can be some what called as the fourth weapon and even sometimes it plays a more important role than other three weapons. Improving Businessmans Personal Quality Learning how to behave well in various business activities and always present yourself in an educated graceful way may help you shape your personality and improve your businessmans personal quality.
