职位说明书/Job Description职位/Position： CAE 技术支持工程师/ CAE Technical support 编号/JD No.： Engin eer部门/Department:技术支持部/Technical Department主管/Supervisor:技术经理/Technical Manager下属/Subordinate: N/A地点/Loca tion: vCity Name主要任务/Missio n:就CAE软件为客户提供售前/售后技术支持，为客户解决在了解和使用软 件的过程中出现的问题。岗位职 责/Resp on sibility:1、在主管的指导下定期完成CAE技术支持工作，并能独立处理和解决所负 责的任务；To fulfill the qua ntified CAE tech ni cal support task periodically un der the superiors directio n, to han dle and sett le the tasks for which he/she is resp on sible in depe nden tly;2、负责Simulation产品的售前支持、方案编写、产品演示；To be in charge of the before-sales support, schemes preparati on and Simulatio n products prese ntati ons;3、组织/参与培训用户，提供现场指导等售后技术支持工作；To organize/ participate in training the users and to provide such after-sales tech ni cal supports as offer ing on-the-spot in structi ons;4、配合销售做好产品市场推广；To assist the sales staff in the products marketi ng;5、技术应用的推广、培训。To con duct the market ing and tra inings con cer ning the tech nical applicati ons.任职要求/Requireme nts:1、硕士学位，力学（固体、流体）机械工程专业、航空航天、汽车工程等; 或者力学（固体、流体）学士Master, major in mecha nics or mecha ni cal engin eeri ng;2、1年以上CAD/CAE系统应用，技术支持经验和分析项目的经验；At least 1 years experienee in CAD/CAE system application and tech ni cal support, or project an alyze;3、 熟悉一种以上的通用CAE软件如ABAQUS、ANSYS，Nastran， MSC/Marc，Adi na，ADAMS，CFX，Flue nt 等；Be familiar with one of the CAE software, e.g. ABAQUS、ANSYS, Nastra n, MSC/Marc, Adina, ADAMS, CFX, Flue nt;4、良好的英文读写能力，CET -6；With English reading and writing skill, CET-6;5、良好的表达能力与沟通能力强的事业心及团队精神；With good expressi on and com muni cati on ability, and team spirit;6、能适应经常出差。To adapt for freque nt biz- trip.考核指 标/Performa nee:1、2、3、
