Unit 2/Topic 3/Section B说课稿赣县古田中学 刘起亭一、说课题尊敬的各位评委,我要说的课题是Unit2/Topic3 Would you like to be a greener person?( SectionB),它是九年义务教育课程标准试验教科书北京市仁爱教育研究所编著的九年级上册第三单元第二话题B部分。我将主要利用投影展示教学内容。使用的设备主要有投影、计算机、录音机、磁带、简笔画等。应用这些教学设备可以将最先进的教学思想、教学方法运用于课堂教学,起到了传统教学不能发挥的作用,增强了课堂教学的趣味性、直观性,改变了传统教学的弊病,加快学生对新知识、新技能的掌握,使课堂教学水平提升到了一个新的高度,学生从语音、知识、兴趣、技能等方面得到了很大滋养,能极大的满足学生的视听感官的需求,充分调动学生的学习积极性 ,并为学生搭建一个良好的认知平台,让学生能够在多种教学媒体的情趣氛围中去明白“It is important to protect the environment and everyone should be a greener person. ”并能结合影像资料,联系实际思考问题,加深对对话和通知的理解,对今后的写作和口语表达能力的培养起到了促进作用。同时,也能够增加课堂容量,提高教学效果。二、说教学目标及新课程理念1、培养学生保护环境的知识和能力,提高学生的环保意识;2、培养学生能就环保问题表达简单的观点和意见;3、培养学生能就环保问题与他人沟通信息,合作完成任务;4、培养学生能够朗读或表演有关环保的对话或短文以上目标贯彻了如下新课程理念:1、课程要面向学生的生活世界和社会实践。2、提倡自主、合作、探究的学习方式。3、培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。三、说学生1、学生在运用语言来表达思维的时候缺少锻炼,所以用英语表达过程中容易出现用词枯燥乏味,词不达意等现象。2、当今世界科技迅速发展,但同时也带来严重的污染问题,如:大气污染、水污染、噪声污染、光污染、土壤污染、酸雨、沙尘暴等。通过第二单元第三话题B部分谈论环境保护的问题,使学生注重培养环保能力,提高环保意识。3、通过师生相互讨论如何保护环境和为班级拟定一份“清洁日”的通知,让学生进一步认识到环保的重要作用。四、说教材本单元的三个话题都紧紧围绕环境问题展开,第一部分Pollution causes too many problems. 由谈论美丽西山的环境变化引出污染这一话题,并融入功能项目“表达责备与抱怨”(Expressing blame),本话题将继续学习现在完成时。第二部分All these problems are every serious,这部分承接了第一部分的内容 ,介绍了污染给人们生活造成的危害。不定代词和不定副词的用法是这一部分的语法重点。第三部分Would you like to be a greener person? 本部分承接了一、二部分的内容,谈论环境保护的问题,并提出建议。本部分的语法项目是含有or , and, while, but的复合句以及表达建议的句子。而我选上的课是第三部分第二课时的内容,即Topic3 Section B 这节课在整个话题中具有承上启下作用,因为在Section A 中由Jane同记者谈论如何保护环境,引出环境保护问题,到为垃圾废弃物分类,是否愿意成为一名环保者融入到本节Section B 的功能项目,作为一个环保者应如何做,即引出表达建议的句型,而Section C还继续学习有关如何保护环境的一些发明,这节课起到了极为重要的铺垫作用。基于对教材的分析,同时为了更好地培养学生学习英语的兴趣,提高应用英语能力,推进探究合作和自主学习,对听说读写全面训练,以培养他们良好的环境意识和生活学习习惯。我将本节课的三维目标及重难点确定如下:1、知识与能力:1). Continue to learn compound sentences with conjunctions. 2).Learn to give advice with sentence pattern “ought to ”. 2、过程与方法:Speaking and Communication with the students while teaching the new contents. 3、情感态度与价值观:Teach the students to protect the environment and to be a greener person. 4、重点:Learn to give advice with sentence pattern “ought to, youd better, dont ”and so on. 5、难点:1)Use sentence pattern “ought to, youd better, dont ”and so on. 2) Grasp two proverbs “Easier said than done.” and “Actions speak louder than words.” 五、说教法、学法(即五指教学方案) 仁爱教材充分体现了新课标的指导思想,把任务型教学与交际教学灵活地运用于课堂。课题探究活动构成了每一单元的核心,旨在让学生综合运用所学的语言知识、语言技能,提高用英语获取信息、分析和解决问题的能力。这些活动的设计与安排周密、合理、富有弹性,能给教师提供灵感,有利于教师进行课堂教学设计,使教师施教更具主动性。鉴此,我采用了仁爱课堂的“五步教学法”与“洋思教学法”相结合的教学方法。根据巩固性原则和启发性原则应用练习法首先复习上一节课所学内容,并以默写的形式检查学生单词预习情况。利用练习法复习巩固法反复练习应用目标语言,以达到掌握重点的目的。我利用知识扩展法最终使学生能够应用“ought to ”“youd better” “dont”等短语写出一则通告,练习题中及时反馈两句俗语,轻松突破了难点。根据循序渐进的原则,每个环节的设置都从听说读再到写的过程,逐步从易到难使学生从认识到应用逐步的扩展延伸,最终达到灵活应用目标语言的目的。 三、说学法 仁爱教材每个模块由单元话题功能任务构成,编写思路清晰,符合学生认知发展规侓,单元按语言功能意念项目编排,话题按相关教学任务编排,每一话题四个小节(section),按听、说、读、写的语言技能编排。我所上的课是section B,以“读”“说”的语言技能为主同时练习“听”和“写”的语言技能。根据洋思教法中的“先学后导,当堂训练”的基本理念,小组合作探究,学生向学生学习并解决疑难问题。而我在整个学生学习过程中只起到引导参与小组合作探究的作用。根据有效教学中总结的经验,学生教别人学习学生对所教内容记住率高达95%,因此在理解2a时便采取组内理解,组长掌控的学习方法,让学生向学生学习。我想这要比我解释几遍的效果要好得多。根据语言的工具性,学生先听、再说、读、然后到写,从输入到输出便达到利用工具的目的。四、说程序根据巩固性原则,首先复习上一节课所学内容。导入新课后根据先易后难的原则各环节基本都遵循先听录音以达到正音的目的,后说、读再到写的过程。还是根据巩固性原则在每一环节中穿插练习加以巩固,并在各环节中加以扩展以达到最终利用语言的能力。最后利用提问方式进行小结以达到巩固新知的目的。五说课标本学科的教学理念是:(一)面向全体学生,注重素质教育;(二)整体设计目标,体现灵活开放;(三)突出学生主体,尊重个体差异;(四)采用活动途径,倡导体验参与;(五)注重过程评价,促进学生发展;(六)开发课程资源,拓展学用渠道。在新课程理念下学生的学习方式发生了很大变化,他们不再是死记硬背知识,而是在教师的引导下通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式使用英语。而教师也不再是单纯的讲授知识,而是创设各种合作学习的空间。在本节课的教学中,我采用练习朗读对话表演复述故事写作等多种活动途径来体现教学理念中的“采用活动途径,倡导体验参与”的基本理念。在学生完成练习以及汇报成果后及时的进行准确的评价,来体现“注重过程评价,促进学生发展”这一教学理念。 六、说教学过程本课重点活动是1a和2a。Step 1 Review 第一步 复习(时间:8分钟)检查作业,复习上节课的内容;同时,对学生进行环保教育,导入对Section B的学习。(分小组向全班同学汇报上节课的作业。然后教师准备一些废弃物,通过做动作,让学生判断教师的行为是否正确。复习上节课的内容并激发学生的学习兴趣,对他们进行环保教育。)T:(教师出示一塑料瓶。) Look at this plastic bottle. Its empty and useless. Lets throw it away. (扔在地上。)Ss:Mr./Miss, Youd better not throw it away.T:Why?Ss:Because it can be reused. T:(教师拿出一罐头瓶。) Here is a can. Its not useful. S1, please throw it out of the window. S1:Sorry. Mr./Miss, I cant do that. We must protect our environment and it can be collected and recycled. T:What a greener person! (教师指着灯,然后做关灯手势。) Oh, the light is still on. S2, would you please turn it off?S2:Sure.T:Its a good habit to turn off the lights when you are not using them. About protecting the environment, what are other good habits? Do you know?S3:We can reduce the waste we produce.S4:We should use both sides of paper.S5:Reuse plastic bags rather than throw them away.T:Well done. This lesson, lets go on talking about how to protect our environment.Step 2 Presentation 第二步 呈现(时间:12分钟)创设语境,教学新单词,并通过听录音回答问题、找出重难点等形式呈现1a。1. (继续谈论有关环保的知识,导出并学习生词及目标语言,为听力扫清障碍。)T:Boys and girls, we have talked about how to protect our environment. Would you like to be a greener person?Ss:Of course.T:OK. Let me tell you what we should do. We ought to save every drop of water. We had better walk or ride a bike while were traveling a short distance. Take a cloth bag or a basket instead of plastic bags when we go shopping.(板书并让学生猜其意思,适当讲解并要求掌握ought to;理解distance和cloth。)T:Everyone should do it like this every day, but easier said than done.(板书并让学生猜测这个句子的意思。)T:Would you do as what you said?Ss:Yes./Sure.T:Good. But actions speak louder than words.(板书并让学生猜测其意思,掌握action。) T:OK. Jane and Michael are talking about how to be a greener person. Lets listen to 1a and answer the following questions.2. (1)(教师将已设计好的听力问题呈现在黑板上,听1a录音并核对答案。)How many pieces of advice does Jane give in the dialog?Do you think its easy to be a greener person?(2)(让学生再听1a录音,并说出简的建议。)T: Listen to the tape again, and tell Janes advice. S2: Youd better not cut down the trees. S3: 3. (让学生仔细阅读1a内容并找出重难点和同桌讨论,教师巡视,了解共性问题并讲解。可简单复习不定式的用法。)T:Now, lets read 1a carefully, and find out the difficulties. Then discuss them with your deskmate. (1)(让学生根据板书的重点,将对话改写成一篇报告。)T: According to the main sentences, please change the dialog into a short report. (2)(要求学生复述对话。)T:Who can retell 1a? OK, S1, please!S1: Michael would like to be a greener person. Jane gives him three pieces of advice. She tells him that he ought to turn off the lights when he leaves a room. When he wants to travel a short distance, hed better walk or ride a bike, not take a bus or a taxi2. S8:(4)(让学生根据1a,运用1b中的内容重新组织一个对话,提高其综合运用语言的能力,并且进一步增强学生的环保意识。)T: Make a new dialog like 1a according to the sentences in 1b, and practise it with your partner. Then Ill ask the volunteers to act it out. Example:S9: Hi, S10. Would you like to be a greener person?S10: Of course, Id love to. But what should I do?S9: First, reduce waste. Dont buy bottles or boxes which people can use only once. S10: Oh, thats easy. Whats next?S9: Second, recycle boxes and plastic bottles.S10: Thats right. S9: Step 4 Practice 第四步 练习(时间:10分钟)创设语境,教学生词,采用多种阅读形式,呈现并完成2a。1. (创设语境,呈现2a中的生词。)T:Boys and girls, tomorrow is Beach Clean-up Day. Would you like to do something?Ss:Sure./Of course.T:Our class will take part in the activity. Please prepare some big bags so that we can sort the garbage.(教师出示一些废弃的电池、饮料瓶、塑料袋等实物,并引出生词battery。)(板书并要求学生理解。)T:Pay attention, please. Anyone else?S2: Step 5 Project 第五步 综合探究活动(时间:5分钟)让学生通过对日用物品的科学分类,增强环保意识,争做绿色环保使者。1. (和同桌讨论可以减少使用、再使用或回收再利用的各种东西,以此来完成2c。同时尽可能多地呈现一些可以减少使用、再使用和回收再利用的日用物品。)T: Look at the objects in 2c. Which can be recycled, reused or reduced? Now, please work in pairs and try to sort them.2.
