I like music that I can dance to 教学设计一、教材分析:本课围绕“谈论自己喜爱的音乐及原因”学习定语从句,介绍自己喜欢的音乐、电影、书籍等,学会用定语从句表达自己对某事物的好恶。二、设计理念:本课教学内容与学生实际生活密切相关,根据教材内容创设适于交流的环境,利用课件,激发学生的学习兴趣,促进学生语言表达能力,利用开展小组活动介绍自己的爱好和自己喜欢的音乐、书籍、电影或其他的东西,作出总结向全班同学介绍,练习语言表达能力。三、教学目标:1、掌握本课的重点词汇。2、that、who引导的定语从句的区别。3、which、 whose和whom引导的定语从句。4、where、when和why引导的定语从句。5、运用多媒体辅助教学。使教学内容生动、形象、激起学生兴趣,使学生在轻松、愉快的氛围中接受新知识。6、以学生为中心,采用两人合作和小组合作的方式发展听、说、读、写能力,在合作中体会到学中做,做中学。四、教学重点1、重点词汇:prefer,gentle,lyric,honest,display,musician,exhibition,entertainment,interest,exhibition,gallery,known,feature,suggest,show,remind of,sing along with,dance to,different kinds of music,write ones own music.2、重点句型:what kind of music do you like?I like music that I can sing along with.I prefer music that has great lyrics.I love musicians who write their own music.Beijing is the place where( in which ) I was born.This is the reason why( for which )he refused our help.His father died the year( that/when/in which)he was born.五、教学难点1、that和who引导的定语从句2、培养学生的理解力,运用知识的能力。六、教学过程:Step I Lead inThe teacher asks students:Do you like music?What kind of music do you like?Why?学生完成此任务的语言结构为:I love music that.I like it because.通过问题的交流,引入本课重点词汇、句型,活跃课堂。Step2 Group workAsk students to make conversations each other归纳含定语从句、又能表达自己观点的句子。who are famouswho have great lyricswho are creativeI prefer musicians who can write their own songswho play different kinds of musicwho play exciting music that is sweetthat I can dance tothat is quiet and gentlethat has great lyricsI like music that is loud and energeticthat I can sing along withthat reminds me of my child hoodthat is comfortable to hearthat can touch me deeplyStep 3 IaRead the instructions to the class. Ask students to work in pairs. Explain sentences in their own words.Ask students to tell what kind of music they enjoy.学习使用定语从句表达自己的爱好。Step 4 Listening practice(1) Ask students to listen to the tape and finish 1b.(2) Check their answers.(3) Show the listening contest of 2a with some blanks and ask students to listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.(4) Play the tape for three times and ask some students to write their answers on the blackboard.(5) Check the answers通过听力练习,培养学生听力,发展语言能力,认识听力的重要性,享受这种能力带来的乐趣,树立信心。Step 5. Reading practice(1) Ask students to do some true or false activities and fill in the blank of 2b according to the content of 2a.(2) Ask some students to show their answers and check.培养阅读能力,提高阅读技巧,获取大量的有效信息,巩固和加深词汇、短语、句型,训练思维能力。Step 6 Summary and evaluation(1) Phrases and sentences Good OK Bad(2) active and intelligent Good OK Bad(3) work with my group Good OK Bad(4) Give others useful help Good OK Bad(5) make progress Good OK Bad通过对以上几个方面的评价,学生反思学习方法与策略,激发学生去思考,体会智力角逐的乐趣。Step 7 Homework(1) Review the attributive clause.(2) write a cornposition about my favorites and use attributive clause to express ideas.七、教学反思师生交流彼此看法,讨论音乐激发学生的学习兴趣,层层深入把教学内容融入实践中,贴近生活,学以致用,运用多媒体创造轻松愉快的学习气氛,达到学生学好本课语言的目的。(该教学设计取材于人教版新目标九年级 Unit6)
