client 1 is able to ping 10.1.1.2 but not 10.1.1.1 ,initial troublesshooting shows that R1 does not have any OSPF neighbors or any OSPF routes.1. ip ospf authentication:一般是R1和R2上的s0/0接口上的认证不匹配造成的，所以直接用show run看一下R1和R2上的接口HSRP has been configurationured between DSW1 and DSW2. DSW1 is configurationured to be active router but is never becomes active even though the communication between DSW1 and DSW2 is working.2. HSRP ：Dsw1没有成为活动者，这个可以在dsw1上看他的hsrp的配置，在本实例中是由于路由跟踪错误。Client 1 is able to ping 209.65.200.226 but not the Web Server at 209.65.200.241 ,Initial troubleshooting shows and R1 does not have any BGP routes.R1 also does not show any active BGP neighbor.3. BGP neighbor这个主要是R1上的BGP的邻居指定有错误，所以，直接到R1上看关于BGP的邻居的地址以及AS号是否正确。Client 1 and Client 2 are not able to reach the WebServer at 209.65.200.241, Initial troubleshooting shows that DSW1 ,DSW2 and all the routers are able to reach the WebServer.4. NAT ACL客户端不能PING通WEB server,但DSW1和DSW2以及其它的路由器都能PING通，这说明错误就在DSW1上，show run一下发觉是NAT的access-list的地范围弄错了。Client 1 is not able to reach the WebServer at 209.65.200.241 ,Initail troubleshooting shows that R1 is also not able to reach the WebServer ,R1 also does not have any active BGP neighbor.5. R1 ACL客户机不能PING通 web server R1也不能Ping 通，可以检查R1发觉是access-list 拒绝了内部的地址也拒绝了R1上的s0/0/1上的地址，所以我们应该添加一条允许R1上的s0/0/1上的地址，因为这个地址是用来转换内部地址到该地址的。Client 1 is getting an ip address from the DHCP server but is not able to ping DSW1 or the FTP Server.6. VLAN-filter客户机能够从DHCP获得地址但ping不通DSW1和FTP server这说明一定在DSW1上过滤掉了客户机的IP地址，因为能够获得地址则说明过滤列表没有拒绝255.255.255.255这个客户机请求DHCP服务器的广播地址以及DHCP服务器的地址。利用show run 看一下DWS1的配置即可。Client 1 is getting a 169.x.x.x IP address and is not able to ping Client 2 or DSW1 ,Initial troubleshooting shows that port Fa1/0/1 on ASW1 is in errdisable state.7. Switchport security客户机得到一个地址169.x.x.x的地址但不能ping能DWS1和client2我们可以先从asw1着手，先检查client1所连接的端口，发觉应用了switchport security并且设定了静态MAC地址，这是因为系统默认一个接口最多只能有一个mac地址（switchport security开启的情况下）于是我们去掉这个手动指定的静态MAC地址，然后再ping 一下即可。Client 1 and Client 2 are getting a 169.x.x.x IP address and are not able to ping DSW1 or the FTP Server.They are able to ping each other.8. Switchport vlan 10Client1和client2都获得了169.x.x.x的地址，能相互ping通，但不能ping 通dsw1和FTP server和上题类似也是先从asw1的接口着手，我们可以发觉他们的所属于vlan 1这明显有错误，所以我们应该改成VLAN 10.然后再ping 一下dsw1的FTP server即可。Client 1 and Client 2 are getting a 169.x.x.x IP address and are not able to ping DSW1 or the FTP Server.They are able to ping each other.9. Switch trunk 还是和上面题类似，我们可以发觉asw1上的接口连接的二个client是属于vlan10的但port-channel接口上的只允许vlan1-9这并没有允许VLAN10通过，所以我们应该在asw1上改一下允许VLAN10通过。Client 1 is not able to reach the WebServer ,Initial troubleshooting shows that DSW1 can ping the Fa0/1 interface of R4 but not the s0/0/0.34 interface.10. Eigrp as号首先我要说 一下题库中说能PING通R4的fa0/1，这是不对的，因为如果能ping通的话，那么说明eigrp在R4上配置没有错，纠正一下，应该是不能PING通R4的fa0/1， 题干说client1不能ping 通WEB server服务器，那么我们就从DSW1开始ping起走，当我们ping到R4的时候不能ping通R4的s0/0/0.34，但不能ping通R4的fa0/1，那么我们就会想到是不是路由的问题，先用show ip eigrp nei 查看一下邻居，发现没有发现任何邻居然后show run一下看一下eigrp 在R4上的配置，我们发现eigrp的AS号和DSW1以及DSW2都不同，这就是问题所在，那么我们就更改成和DSW1以及DSW2一样的EIGRP的AS号一样就可以了。Client 1 is not able to reach the WebServer ,Initial troubleshooting shows that DSW1 cna ping the Fa0/1 interface of R4 but not the s0/0/0.34 interface.11. Redistribute 这个题和10描述是一下的，这个描述就对了，首先show ip eigrp neighbor看到R4为自己邻居。可以说明在R4上的EIGRP没有错，那我们看一下DSW1以及DSW2上的路由表可以发觉只有EIGRP区域内的路由但没有其它网段上的路由，很有可能是R4 上的二种路由发布有问题所以我们看一下R4上的redistriubte我们发觉是路由发布出了问题，将route-map的名字改成一样就行了。DSW1 and R4 cannot ping R2s loopback or R2s s0/0/0.12 IPV6 address ,Initial troubleshooting shows and R2 is not an OSPFv3 neighbor on R3.12. IPV6OSPFv3题干说DSW1和R4不能ping通R2的loopback接口和R2上的s0/0/0.12，那我们先用DSW1和R4 ping R3如果能ping通，那么问题可以肯定是有R2上先看一下R3和R2的邻居（show ip os nei）如果没有则说明是ospfv3的通告有问题，那么我们到R3和R2上去看一下他们的OSPFv3的配置，可以发现是R2的s0/0/0.23的接口没有通进OSPFv3中，那么我们将它通告进即可。
