水泥土搅拌桩施工方案一、 施工测量1 项目部测量人员及测量仪器的配置(1)人员配置 本标段的水泥土搅拌桩主要分布在通道两侧，本工程由于工期紧，施工任务重，测量乃施工前期工作，故项目部配备3名测量人员。所有测量人员均由技术精、业务好、责任心强的人员组成，其中工程师1名。(2)保证措施 测量人员均持证上岗，且有较丰富的施工经验、测量仪器需经过计量检测部门的检定，且在有效期限之内，检定合格证的复印件交监理单位一份，现场自存一份，在用仪器设立台帐。2 施工测量本工程交桩后，项目部测量技术组对所交桩位进行复测，并将复测成果上报上级主管部门，测量技术部已完成EK12+081.7EK12+141.7段的施工放样及桩位的布设，请监理单位验桩。3 测量质量保证措施a.加强测量业务的学习，熟练掌握测量仪器的使用与保养；b.加强责任心与敬业心，认真对待每一组数据实测准确度；c.做到内业与外业紧密结合，严格按测量工程标准测设桩位、高程。二、 主要测量仪器及其性能指标见附表3三、 水泥土搅拌桩施工1 水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺（详见水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺图）流程如下：测量放线 桩机就位、对中 报验桩位 制备水泥浆 搅拌喷浆下沉 喷浆、搅拌、提升 重复搅拌下沉 重复搅拌上升 成桩结束位移 地基处理效果检测2 施工方法及技术措施a、施工准备（1）水泥进场时必须有质量合格证书，出厂试验报告；在使用前按规范要求取样，检测结果合格报监理签字认可后方可使用。（2）依据工程地质勘察资料和室内配合比试验，结合设计要求，选择最佳水泥掺入比，水灰比0.5,确定搅拌工艺参数。（3）依据设计图纸，做好现场平面布置，安排好打桩施工流水。布置水泥浆制备系统和泵送系统。（4）清理施工现场的地下、地面及空中障碍，以利安全施工。（5）水泥现场堆放应注意防水防潮。（6）按设计要求，进行现场测量放线，定出桩位，并打入小木桩。b、劳动组织 每台班深层搅拌机械由7人（不含机修工电工）组成： 班长：1名，负责深层搅拌施工指挥，协调各工序间的操作联系； 机长：1名。按照班长发出的信号，正确操作搅拌机的下沉、提升、喷浆、停浆等；观察和检查搅拌机运转情况，做好维修保养工作； 司泵工：1名，负责指挥灰浆制备，泵送系统的正常运转，做好水泥浆制备设备保养，负责输浆管路的清洗； 记录：1名，依据设计要求，测定搅拌桩每延米的灌浆量；发现停浆时立即通知班长，采取补救措施；同时记录施工中的各种数据，复查桩位、水泥浆配比等。 拌浆工：2名，按设计配合比制备水泥浆，并按照司泵工的指挥，将水泥浆倒入集料斗； 供料工：1名，负责搬运水泥，并收集用完的水泥袋。 另外每套机械应配备一名机修工和一名电工，保证整套机械和现场施工的正常进行。3水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺（1）就位本工程水泥深层搅拌桩采用单轴型钻头桩机，移动桩架到达指定桩位，使钻头中心对准设计桩位。（2）制备水泥浆根据设计用灰量（每米50Kg）、桩长、水灰比拌制水泥浆，拌好后的水泥浆过筛后到入集料斗中。（3）搅拌喷浆下沉桩位定好后，启动电机，放松起重机钢丝绳，使搅拌机沿导向架边搅拌、边切土下沉喷浆，以防止出浆口在下沉过程中被土团所堵塞。下沉速度由电机监测表控制，工作电流不应大于70A。（4）喷浆、搅拌提升水泥深层搅拌桩机下沉到设计深度后，边旋转搅拌钻头边提升，提升时严格按照明设计确定的提升速度提升搅拌机并喷射余下的水泥浆。（5）重复搅拌下沉和提升为使软土和水泥浆搅拌均匀，可再次将搅拌机边旋转边沉入土中，至设计加固深度后再将搅拌机边旋转边提升出地面。（6）清洗向集料斗中注入适量的清水，开启灰浆泵，清洗全部管路中残余的水泥浆，直至基本干净。并将粘附在搅拌头上的软土清除干净。（7）移位将深层搅拌机移位，重复上述1-6步骤，进行以下根桩的施工。4水泥浆深层搅拌桩电子计量系统水泥土搅拌桩整个过程均采用PJ-1喷浆记录器,用其控制施工全过程监视、测量和记录装置。其功能主要有：（1）能测定深层搅拌桩的钻孔深度；（2）对喷浆过程中的每0.1米喷浆量计量和整桩累计喷浆量进行测量，显示和记录。（3）能对操作中的作弊行为，主要对喷浆次数和复搅深度具有防伪功能。因此能较准确的适时显示和记录、浆量与深度的关系，为操作人员提供适时操作的依据以达到设计的要求，保证成桩性能，减少材料浪费。5施工中质量重点控制要点：（1）定位偏差：偏差5cm；（2）桩身垂直度：垂直度1%；（3）喷浆搅拌速度：V0.5m/min；（4）桩身地表下5m范围内必须再重复搅拌一次，使水泥和地基土均匀拌和；（5）施工中电流表变化以不超过70A为宜；6其它原则 （1）搅拌桩要穿透软土层到达强度相对较高的持力层，持力层深度除根据地质资料外，还应根据下钻时电流表的读数值来确定，当下钻时电流表的读数明显上升，说明已进入硬土层，当电流表上升到一个较大数值且进入硬土层深度达0.5m以上时则说明已进入持力层。（2）搅拌桩的施工必须连续，若成桩过程中遇有故障而停止喷浆时其喷粉重叠长度不得小于1.0m。（3）水厂管线处施工搅拌桩，应注意距离已有管线不小于2.0m，并注意保护管线。（4）凡施工桩长与设计桩长不符，必须如实记录并经驻地监理签订后报指挥部认可。如出现大量桩长不符，应报指挥部确定是否进行设计变更。（5）复搅深度原则上应贯通全桩长，施工中发现不能全桩长复搅，报监理，经监理同意后可根据实际情况确定复搅长度或根据电流值变化情况确定复搅长度。（6）若发生“空洞”情况的，应立即用素土回填“空洞”，重新下钻喷浆进行接桩处理，重叠长度不小于1.0m，直至成桩为止。（7）施工完必须养生一个月达到设计强度后才能填筑路基或施工构造物，以免影响软土地基处理效果。7水泥土搅拌桩安全措施（1）在不平整场地上或较软场地上施工时，应保持机械的稳定和垂直度，如倾斜度大于1%，应校正机架后方可施工，严禁在倾斜很大的情况下进行下沉施工。 （2）当发现搅拌机的入土切削和提升搅拌负荷太大及电机工作电流超过额定值时，应减慢升降速度或补给清水；发生卡转、停转现象时，应切断电源，并将搅拌机强制提升出地面，然后重新启动电机。 （3）当电压低于350V时，应暂停施工，以保护电机。 （4）泵送水泥浆前，管路应保持湿润，以利输浆。 （5）水泥浆内不得夹有硬结块，一般在集料斗上部装设细网进行过筛，以免吸入泵内损坏缸体。 （6）输浆管路应保持干净，严防水泥浆结块，每日用完后应彻底清洗一次。喷浆搅拌施工过程中，如果发生事故而停机半小时以上，应先拆除管路，排除水泥结石，然后进行清洗。 （7）应定期拆卸清洗灰浆泵，注意保持齿轮减速箱内润滑油的清洁。8对部分超深桩采取的措施 （1）根据设计有效桩长、桩底标高调整桩架高度保证满足施工需要。 （2）根据地质资料，了解打桩段土层情况，根据以往施工经验，更换电机，增大功率，使深层搅拌桩机能顺利切入土中，并达到桩底设计标高。 （3）对桩深超过18米的部位，在喷浆过程中密切观察流量变化情况，保证喷浆量和喷浆的部位符合要求。附表1 水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺图验成桩深喷浆搅拌提升重复搅拌下沉重复搅拌提升完 毕验喷浆总量PJ-1喷浆记录器控制场 地 平 整测 量 放 线验 线桩 机 就 位验桩机对中喷浆搅拌下沉制备水泥浆附表2 水泥土搅拌桩主要施工机械表机械名称规格型号额定功率（KW）或容量（m3）或吨位（t）数 量（台）备 注深层搅拌桩机DJB-5003716灰浆泵HB6-3416灰浆搅拌机200232附表3 测量仪器一览表序号仪器名称规格型号数量生产厂家备注1全站仪21TOPCON2水准仪1苏州一光3卷尺50m2宁波长城精工卷尺厂4卷尺5m4宁波长城精工卷尺厂g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.You may need to make a claim to an employment tribunal if: you dont agree with the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you your employer dismisses you and you think that you have been dismissed unfairly.For more information about dismissal and unfair dismissal, seeDismissal.You can make a claim to an employment tribunal, even if you haventappealedagainst the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you.
