But how to keep healthy？ Different people have different answers . In my opinion，it is essential to do the following.Human health is including physical health and mental health. Every morning many people get up early and take much exercise. Some practice shadowboxing and swordplay while others run， jog， walk or dance to music. Through sports and exercise， people become healthier and stronger.Medical researchers have proved that what people eat affects their health. They advise people to eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat such as beef and pork because meat contains more fat than poultry and fish. Fat can build up in the arteries， block the flow of blood， and cause a heart attack or stroke. To keep mental health, we should always be positive and optimistic. In china，we call it weibo.优点：As for me, many factors contribute to the widespread of weibo. First, it is very convenient for people to express their instant feelings at any time.Second, it provides a chance for people to release their inner stress. By revealing their heartfelt emotions on the weibo, their friends may also know about their conditions and can offer in-time comfort. We can enjoy or upload photos, videos and music easily.缺点：However, weibo can also be potentially dangerous . It may give away peoples privacy and other significant information. And people can report sham news and curse on weibo. These behaviors may cause bad effects on the society or others.总结：All in all, weibo provides us comfort and also inevitably some concerns. We should be careful while using it. People should not spend too much time on weibo. However, used wisely credit cards can improve the quality of peoples lives. They can give people access to money to meet sudden unplanned expenses. Properly handled, they can let people control their expenditure and the monthly statements provide a record of where their money has gone.
