Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section A 1a1c各位评委,大家好!今天我说课的内容是新目标英语八年级上册Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section A 1a1c部分。(板书Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section A 1a1c)下面我就教材分析,教学目标,教学重难点,教法学法及教学辅助,教学程序和板书设计这六各方面做具体阐述。一、 说教材:本单元的核心语言项目是“What do you?”以及” How do you.?”,主要围绕有规律地安排活动及培养健康的饮食习惯等话题展开教学活动,通过本单元的学习,引出什么才是科学的膳食和每天花多少时间锻炼身体最科学这两个主题。它们都是日常生活中学生既熟悉又感兴趣的话题,有利于学生知识范围的延伸。本单元是本册教科书的第一单元,在内容和话题上都起着承上启下的作用。从时态角度分析,本单元还是学习一般现在时态,是七年级的一个补充和提升。本课时是本单元的第一课时,主要学习内容是1a,1b和1c.1a部分是语言知识的学习,1b的听力内容是关于活动安排及时间频度副词。1c部分是关于核心语言项目“What do you?”的询问及运用时间频度副词回答的内容。鉴于以上分析,我把本课时定为听说课。八年级学生已经学习并掌握了一些基本的活动名称,他们对于和自己生活和学习密切联系的话题非常感兴趣,而本单元的两个主题恰恰符合学生口味,相信学生们会学的比较愉快。二、 说教学目标:依据初中英语课程标准要求,教材自身体系和本课内容,结合学生已有的英语基础,本节课的教学目标确定如下:1、知识与技能目标:1)学生能掌握一些活动的名称,如:exercise,go skateboarding,shop,及能学会正确区分并使用表示不同程度的时间频度副词:usually,often,hardly ever,never,sometimes,always2)学生能流利地谈论生活起居及正确使用不同程度的时间频度副词表达做某事的频率2、方法与过程目标:1)学生能积极参与课堂听说活动,如pairwork,groupwork2)能借助教师提供的媒体来帮助理解学习本课内容3、情感与价值观目标:培养学生有规律地安排活动的能力,促使学生养成良好的生活习惯。三、 说教学重难点:以上目标是相辅相成,相互渗透的,因此我把关于活动安排的句型“What do you?”的问与答定为本节课的重点,把学会时间频度副词的特定意义和用法定为难点。四、 说教法学法及教学辅助:1. 说教材处理:由于本课内容安排是循序渐进,由简及难,因此我将按照教材安排来进行教学活动,并适当增添一些内容丰富和巩固本课的目标语言。2. 说教法:为了顺利完成以上教学目标,更好的突出重点,突破难点,按照学生的认知规律,我决定采用以下教学方法:情景教学法,合作法3. 说学法:合作学习,听前预测4. 说教学辅助:多媒体,录音机五、 说教学程序:Step 1:Warming upEnjoy a song.T:First,lets enjoy a song.of journey,(设计说明:暑假刚刚结束,因此先让学生欣赏一首关于假期的歌曲,能让学生快速地进入到学习英语的氛围中,有利于下面知识的学习。)Step 2:Pre-listening1.Free talk:T:The wonderful summer holiday was over.Were you happy in summer holiday?教师问全班学生,无论回答是Yes或No 都可以。T:Lily,did you have a wonderful holiday?S1:Yes.T:What did you do?S1:I did a lot of things.I read some books,learned to swim .T:Do you like reading?S1:YesT can ask some other students next.(设计说明:通过师生间的闲聊,可以拉近彼此的距离,同时也是有目的的复习一些表示活动的单词和短语,可以很自然地过渡到新知识的学习。)2.1)教师课件展示一些反映学生课余生活的图片,用英语介绍情境,如:T:We can do many activites on weekends/sfter class.What do you often do?同时在黑板上写出“activities”一词,让学生说出与该词有关的单词或短语。Read after T if necessary.(设计说明:该活动既复习巩固已学知识,又发散学生思维,同时很自然地引出了新单词和短语。)2).Let Ss look at the picture.Make a list of the different weekend activities .(P1)(把单词和短语马上落实到“写“上,是对知识的巩固,有利于下面活动的开展。”3).Talk:师生对话,教师展示一张自己看电视的图片,并说:I like watching TV on weekends. I often watch TV on weekends.But I hardly ever watch TV on weekdays.后问学生T:Do you like watching TV? S1:Yes, I do. T:Do you often watch TV? S1:Yes I do. T:Do you like going shopping? S2:Yes I do.T:Do you often go shopping? S2:No,I dont.T:What do you often do? S2:I often play computer games.T:Do you like reading? S3:Yes,I do.T:Do you read every day? S3:Yes,I do.边聊边引出重点句型及表示时间的频度副词。并板书(设计说明:通过师生间对话,自然引出句子和新知,为下面的听力训练扫清障碍)Step3:While-Listening1. Listen and write the letters from the picture above on the lines below.(P1)2. Check the answer.(设计说明:听力训练,教会学生听力技巧:听重点词。)Step 4:Post-listening1. Groupwork:let boys read part A,girls read B.2. B:She often goes to the movies.playing computer gamesshopping(go shopping)readingexercise-exercising skateboardingUnit 1 How often do you exercise?Section A 2a-4各位评委,大家好!今天我说课的内容是新目标英语八年级上册Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section A2a-4部分。(板书Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section A 2a-4)下面我就教材分析,教学目标,教学重难点,教法学法及教学辅助,教学程序和板书设计这六各方面做具体阐述。六、 说教材: 本单元的核心语言项目是“What do you?”以及” How do you.?”,主要围绕有规律地安排活动及培养健康的饮食习惯等话题展开教学活动,要求学生在学习一些体育运动词汇的基础上,掌握时间频度副词的用法,并进一步学会熟练使用“How often do you?”这个句型。学生在第一课时已经学习了一些时间频度副词的用法,本课时是本单元的第二课时,主要练习一些频度副词和次数的表达方法。其中2a,2b两个听力材料是主要内容,2a主要是关于句型“How often do you?”的用法及用次数表示回答的内容,2b是对“How often do you?”句型用次数表示回答。2c,4分别通过pairwork,groupwork活动练习本课句型及频度副词和次数的表达。3通过一篇关于学生活动调查的杂志文章练习次数的表达及辨析all,most,some,none,因此我把本课时定为听说课。七、 说教学目标:依据初中英语课程标准要求,教材自身体系和本课内容,结合学生已有的英语基础,本节课的教学目标确定如下:1、知识与技能目标1)熟练使用询问频率的句型,如:how often引导的特殊疑问句2)能流利地谈论生活起居,如:“How often do you?”2、方法与过程目标:1)通过2c,4的活动,发散学生思维,拓宽学生知识渠道2)通过合作学习,帮助学生了解并借鉴他人的有效学习方法,不断提高自己的学习效率3、情感与价值观目标:培养学生有规律的安排活动的能力,促使学生养成良好的生活习惯八、 说教学重难点:以上目标是相辅相成,相互渗透的,因此我把句型“How often do you?”的用法及熟练运用频度副词和次数的表达方法定为本节课的重点,把辨析all,most,some,none,定为难点。九、 说教法学法及教学辅助:1 说教材处理:由于本课的2a,2b,2c,3和4的内容比较衔接,层层递进,因此把这部分合起来上,最后的Grammar Focus由学生先总结教师后补充完成本课内容2 说教法:为了顺利完成以上教学目标,更好的突出重点,突破难点,按照学生的认知规律,我决定主要采用以下教学方法:交际教学法,3P教学法3 说学法:合作学习,自主学习44 说教学辅助:多媒体,录音机十、 说教学程序:Step1:Lead inLet Ss pay attention to the importance of brushing teeth:An experiment simulates the protection power of Fluride.Brainstorming:Task 1:How do you protect your teeth?.Eg :brush teeth,see a dentist for a preventive check-up.Task 2:How often do you brush your teeth?.Eg Seldom/Once a day/Twice a day/After each meal.Task 3:How long do you brush your teeth?Eg 30seconds/minutes/(设计说明:以刷牙,保护牙齿为话题,比较贴近学生实际,为下面的学习做了很好的铺垫。)Step 2:PresentationT:What do you like to do?S1:I like playing soccer.T:Do you often play soccer?S1:No,I dont.I play soccer only one time in a week.T:So you play soccer once a week.Present the new words on the Bb:twice,twice a week(设计说明:通过闲聊,自然引出新知)Step3:Practice1:ListeningGet Ss to read the phrases in Section A 2a.T:How often do you go to the movies?S1:I go to the movies twice a week.T:How often do you watch TV?S2:I Watch TV every day.T:You like watching TV.What about Cheng?Now listen to the tape .First number the activities you hear.Let Ss listen to the tape and finish Section A 2a.Then ask them to listen again and finish Section A 2B.(设计说明:这是一个听力训练,注意对学生听力技巧的指导。)2.pairwork:Help Ss to make their own conversations.S1:How often do you watch TV?S2:I watch TV every day.S1:Whats your favorite program?S2:The Animal,s World.H ow often do you watch TV?S1:Ecery night.Help Ss to talk ahout their parents.S1:How often does your mother go shopping?S2:She goes shopping once a week.。(设计说明:学生先谈论自己,再谈到父母,通过不同主语的呈现帮助学生熟练运用本单元的重点句型。)3:An activityAsk Ss to write five statements about how often they do different activities.For example,I play soccer three times a week,I visit the doctor twice a year.Then ask a student to come to the board and list the activities in one column and list the “how ofen”statements in random order in another column.Ask the student to read his statements.Get the other to make correct statements about the studentusing one item from each list.(设计说明:学生在口头交流的过程中对频率词有进一步的理解,同时也训练了他们的口语和听力。)4: Reading and writingGet Ss to read the magazine article in Section A 3 and then fill in the blanks with proper words.Ask them to read it together.(设计说明:这两个活动是阅读和写的落实,进一步巩固所学语言点,有利于下面活动的开展。)Step4:production: Survey and discussionDivide Ss in groups of four and make a survey about”Do you exercise every day?”Then discuss the results of the survey and report them to the class:”Who has the best lifestyle?”(设计说明:此步骤把对知识的运用从书本转移到学生自己身上,体现了英语交际的真实性。)Step5: summary:Grammar FocusAsk Ss to read the questions and answers in Grammar Focus.S1:What do you usually do in weekends?S2:I usually play siccer.Help Ss to talk about their activities.(设计说明:让学生先就所学知识提问,可由其他学生帮助解决,再让一个学生总结,教师最后补充,体现了以学生为主的教学理念。)Step6:HomeworkWrite something about your activities.(设计说明:这是把知识落实到写上,因此对于一些学生会有一定难度,教师可以在课后给与帮助)十一、 说板书设计:Unit 1 How often do you exercise? Section A 2a4Every day A:How often do you watch TV?Once a week B:I watch TV erery day.Twice a week A:How often do you read English books?Three times a week B:I read English books about Twice a week.Allmostsome-noUnit 1 How often do you exercise?Section B1a2c 各位评委,大家好!今天我说课的内容是新目标英语八年级上册Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section B1a2c部分。(板书Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section B1a2c)下面我就教材分析,教学目标,教学重难点,教法学法及教学辅助,教学程序和板书设计这六各方面做具体阐述。十二、 说教材:本单元的核心语言项目是“What do you?”以及” How do you.?”,围绕有规律地安排活动及培养健康的饮食习惯等话题展开教学活动,通过本单元的学习,引出什么才是科学的膳食和每天花多少时间锻炼身体最科学这两个主题。它们都是日常生活中学生既熟悉又感兴趣的话题,有利于学生知识范围的延伸,并有助于他们养成良好的生活习惯。学生在SectionA中已经学习了“What do you?”和“How often do you?”等句型的基本运用。本课时是本单元的第三课时,从谈论活动到谈论饮食,话题的转换增加了知识的趣味性,同时通过多角度带来复习所学知识点。本课以2a,2b两个听力材料为主,谈论Bill和Katrina的生活起居及饮食习惯,1a部分是一些食物和生活起居单词的学习,1b部分通过pairwork谈论和了解他人的生活起居和饮食习惯,2c部分通过role play进一步复习和巩固目标语言知识。因此我把本课时定为听说课。二.说教学目标:依据初中英语课程标准要求,教材自身体系和本课内容,结合学生已有的英语基础,本节课的教学目标确定如下:1、知识与技能目标:1) 学生能掌握以下单词记短语:milk, junk food, health, unhealthy,2) 学生能够正确区分并使用标示不同程度的时间频度副词。2、方法与过程目标:通过小组讨论“1)Do you have a healthy lifestyle?2)Why?”发散学生思维,把在课堂中学到的知识运用到自己的生活中,现学现用2)听力技巧训练:听关键词3、情感与价值观目标:通过Role play活动,引导学生了解什么样的起居方式和饮食习惯才能保持健康的体质,帮助学生养成良好的起居和饮食习惯三 说教学重难点:以上目标是相辅相成,相互渗透的,因此我把如何养成健康的生活和饮食习惯定为本节课的重点,把准确理解并运用频度副词定为难点。四.说教法学法及教学辅助:1说教材处理:本课内容从学习食物的名称,练习询问他人饮食习惯,再到有关生活习惯和饮食习惯的综合运用,层层递进,有简及难,因此我将按照教材所示内容的先后顺序进行教学。2说教法:为了顺利完成以上教学目标,更好的突出重点,突破难点,按照学生的认知规律,我决定采用以下教学方法:直观法,交际教学法,3P教学法 3说学法:听力技巧法:根据听力材料讨论相应问题;合作法,角色扮演 4说教学辅助:录音机,多媒体五.说教学程序:Step1:Warming up 教师利用课件,快速展示一些关于活动的图片,如sleep,watch TV,shop等,让学生两两合作,就图片内容抢答编对话,同时板书:How often do you?sleep,watch,sleepd等内容。教师可先与一位学生示范,如:T:I hardly ever watch TV on weekdays.Do you watch TV on weekdays?S1:Yes,I do.(大部分学生都会这样回答,则教师就可趁热打铁,继续问)T:How often do you watch TV on weekdays?S1:I watch TV every day.(设计说明:采用这种方式复习旧知,相信会使学生快速进入英语学习的氛围中,又为下文的学习做好铺垫。)Step2:PresentationT:Do you have breakfast every day?S2:Yes.T:What do you have for breakfast/lunch/supper?S2:I have some milk and bread./T:Do you drink milk every morning?S2:No,I hardly drink milk.Help Ss use always,usually,often,sometimes,hardly ever,never.同时学习关于饮食的新单词或短语,教师板书出示重点词或短语。Step3:Practice1.T:Ask your friends these questions and make a report about your friends.1) How often do you drink milk?2) Do you like milk?Why/Why not?Help Ss to make conversations like Section B 1b.T: One apple a day can keep a doctor away. 2.: Golden ideas about health.(金点子)Let Ss discuss in pairs T: Maybe you can write one or two golden ideas about how to keep healthy and tell them to your partner. T: Can you show me your idea? S1:Yeah. Never smoke. T: Does your father like smoking? T: How often does he smoke? (设计说明: 利用学生的资源,再一次训练本文语言重点,同时给学生一个对话的样本,让学生相互间对话,在一问一答中习得语言。)3. 1).T:Last Sunday ,a reporter from CCTV interviewed my friends,Billand Katrina .What did they say?Lets listen to the tape and finish 2b. 听力第一遍可以让学生独立听完整,而在听第二遍的时候可以由老师控制听力的速度,完成2b和解释文本中内容。比如:Bill cant stand milk. ( tapescript) So T can ask: What does he think of milk? (拓展听力材料的价值)Try to answer these two questions. A: Who has a healthy lifestyle? (换一种方式完成2a部分,老师可以根据学情对问句方式做具体调整。)B: What can we get if we keep a healthy lifestyle ?(设计说明:讨论题有点难度,是听基础上的拓展,)2).Role playS1 is the interviewer,S2 is Katrina.Then change roles.(2c) Step 4:Production健康积分活动说明: 老师设计一份表格,有正分和负分之分,让学生对照自己的habits给自己算算自己的健康分,看看谁是the healthiest. 1.健 康 表Get up early every day. +1Go to bed by 10. +1Eat vegetables every day. +1 Exercise 3-5 times every week. +1A bottle of milk a day. +1Like eating fruit a lot. +1Only play computer games on weekends. +1Never or hardly eat junk food. +1Smile every day. +1Take a shower every day. +Get up late every day. -1Go to bed after 10. -1Eat vegetables 1-2 times a week. -1Never exercise. -1A bottle of coffee a day. -1Dislike eating any fruit. -1Play computer games every day. -1Eat junk food 4-6 times a week. -1Always be angry . -1Take a shower once a month. -12.Report: I think my lifestyle is _( healthy/ unhealthy). Because (设计说明:通过积分的方式,提高学生report的兴趣,同时参考课文把语言真正运用到生活中去,既有趣味性又有实际意义。)Step 5: HomeworkWrite a short passage about your parents habits. (设计说明:课堂讨论的内容可以通过这个环节融合到学生的生活中去,用学生的视角来评定周围人的生活方式,同时也培养学生书面表达的能力。)六.说板书设计Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section B1a2cHow often do you .?exercise, shop, read, go to the moviesmilk, junk food, fruit, vegetablealways, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever, neveronce, twice, three times a week, every dayhealthy, unhealthy, habitUnit 1 How often do you exercise?Section B 3a-4 各位评委,大家好!今天我说课的内容是新目标英语八年级上册Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section B 3a-4部分。(板书Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section B 3a-4)下面我就教材分析,教学目标,教学重难点,教法学法及教学辅助,教学程序和板书设计这六各方面做具体阐述。十三、 说教材:本单元的核心语言项目是“What do you?”以及” How do you.?”,主要围绕有规律地安排活动及培养健康的饮食习惯等话题展开教学活动,要求学生在学习一些体育运动词汇的基础上,掌握时间频度副词的用法,并进一步学会熟练使用“How often do you?”这个句型。学生在前面几课中已经学习的本单元的核心语言项目是“What do you?”以及” How do you.?”运用时间频度副词和使用“How often do you?”这个句型。本课时是本单元的第四课时,是知识的巩固,扩展和综合运用.其中3a3b是延续2b中的话题,对此进行读写方面的巩固,3c是谈论学生自己的生活方式,因此我把本课时定为读写课。十四、 说教学目标:依据初中英语课程标准要求,教材自身体系和本课内容,结合学生已有的英语基础,本节课的教学目标确定如下:1、知识与技能目标:学生能够综合运用本单元的语言知识2、方法与过程目标:通过活动,学生能够发散的思维,拓宽知识渠道3、情感与价值观目标:1)通过开展周末活动调查问卷,学生能够正确处理好学习和娱乐之间的关系。2)学生能够了解不同背景,不同文化的国家对健康饮食的不同观念,开拓视野,加强对不同文化的包容性。十五、 说教学重难点:以上目标是相辅相成,相互渗透的,因此我把综合熟练运用本单元的语言点定为本节课的重点,把如何正确处理好学习和娱乐之间的关系,养成良好的饮食和生活起居习惯定为难点。十六、 说教法学法及教学辅助:1. 说教材处理:根据教材分析,我打算详讲3a,3b部分,不讲4部分,而是添加一些话题使课堂内容更加丰富。2. 说教法:为了顺利完成以上教学目标,更好的突出重点,突破难点,按照学生的认知规律,我决定采用以下教学方法:3P教学法,情景教学法, 3. 说学法:探究合作法,调查法4. 说教学辅助:多媒体,录音机十七、 说教学程序:Step1:Warming upShow the slide.People(names in class) Activities How oftenLi Ming drink milk three times a dayXiao Hong run every day . .T:Please choose one from each column to make sentence.S1;Li Ming drinks milk three times a day.I think it is unhealthy.S2:Xiao Hong runs every day.I think she is healthy.(设计说明:就他人饮食生活习惯进行评价,不仅复习了旧知,又发散学生思维,一举两得.)Step 2:Reading and practingLet Ss read part of Katrinas letter to a pen pal and then answer the questions.(Section B 3a)同时板书文中出现的重点短语。After that let Ss fill in the blanks in Bills letter. (Section B 3b).Ask Ss to disscuss in groups:Who has a healthy lifestyle,Katrina or Bill?Why/(从阅读到短文填空,再到小组讨论,这一系列活动既帮助学生进一步掌握本单元重点句型,又能使他们明确什么是健康的生活方式.)Step3:A surveyAsk Ss to add 5 questions to the survey on Page 81.Then let Ss make a survey in groups of four,and take notes if necessary.Find out who is the heathiest students in each group.Ask each proup to give a report.(设计说明:通过小组合作完成,体现了英语学习的交际性。)Step4:DiscussionGet Ss to discuss in groups about this topic:How can we have heathy lifestyles?(设计说明:让学生讨论并评价自己的生活方式,把语言点真正地渗透到实际运用中,学会用英语来交流,思考.Step5:HomeworkRevise the whole unit.(设计说明:复习整个单元的语言点,查漏补缺.)十八、 说板书设计Unit 1 How often do you exercise?Section B 3a4Usefull expressions;Eating habitsTry toOf courseLook afterHealthy lifestyleGet good grades(设计说明:出示重点短语,使学生一目了然,有利于对文章的理解。)
