目 录1编制依据12适用范围13工程概况14塔吊选型布置15塔吊基础设计26塔吊安装27安装程序38塔机拆卸510安全技术措施611维修及保养812塔吊基础的计算书9塔吊安装、拆除专项施工方案1编制依据(1)塔式起重机使用说明书(2)岩土工程勘察报告(3)建筑地基基础设计规范(GB50007-2002)(4)建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范(GB50202-2002)(5)混凝土结构设计规范(GB50010-2002)(6)混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范(GB50204-92)(7)钢结构设计规范(GB50017-2003)(8)钢结构工程施工及验收规范(GB50205-95)2适用范围适用于XXX集团有限公司XXX客专XXXTJI标桥梁高墩(H30m)施工。3工程概况XXX客专XXXTJI标范围内共有桥梁9座。其中XXX大桥设计为(40m+64m+40m)连续梁,XXX大桥8#11#设计为(48m+80m+48m)连续梁,高墩(H30m)主要集中在XXX大桥、XXX大桥、XXX大桥、XXX大桥和XXX大桥,全部为空心墩,最大墩高为XXX31#墩,高度为61m。4塔吊选型布置根据实际情况,连续梁塔吊需满足边墩施工、简支梁塔吊需满足3个墩的施工要求,故除XXX大桥连续梁主墩设置TC6012型塔吊外,其他所有桥梁均设置TC5613型塔吊。连续梁塔吊安装在对应主墩位置,简支梁塔吊(满足3个墩施工)安装在对应中间墩位置,塔吊中心距离桥墩最小距离为3.1m。5塔吊基础设计根据厂家提供数据,塔吊基础地基承载力200kPa,基础尺寸为5.6m5.6m1.55m,混凝土强度不低于C30。需设计塔吊的桥墩所处地质均满足基础地基承载力200kPa的要求,在施工承台时,一并进行塔吊基础的开挖,承台施工完成后,立即进行塔吊基础施工和地脚螺栓的预埋。6塔吊安装塔吊在安装与拆卸过程中,必须按产品说明书中规定程序和塔吊有关技术规程执行。 6.1基础与底架应严格按照图纸施工并计算基础应力、底座螺栓强度并对螺栓应力校核及砼墩压力稳定系数。塔身、塔架、塔帽、塔臂与拉杆,平衡臂与拉索、安全装置、避雷设施,安装人员必须经培训合格后,持证上岗,了解塔机及上述配件部位、构造、性能和适用范围。 6.2塔吊机安装顺序:用起重设备为30吨汽机车起重机,严格按顺序安装,安装顺序共有12条,必须参照执行。 6.3塔吊安装精度,底架装在基础上,四个主弦杆处的高差与其间距之比必须小于1/500。塔身的安装偏斜量与其相应的高度之比必须小于1/1000,机身安装好后,总的偏斜量与相应高度之比必须小于1/500,安装过程应在5级风以下进行,顶升过程风速不能超过4级,塔身使用高度超过28m时,必须在规定范围内进行附着。 6.4现场安装人员安全施工要求: 安装塔吊属于垂直作业,安装工人进入施工现场和指挥人员必须戴安全帽系好下颌带佩戴安全带,上架人员不得向下扔物件。 6.5验收使用规定:参照说明书与有关资料进行安装完成后,必须进行调试运行,经验收合格后方可允许使用。7安装程序7.1在基础上安装基础节、下固定节后,将已连接好的三个标准节一次吊装在下固定节上(三个标准节在地面连好)。(注意各标准节爬升爪应在同一侧,并保证其位置使顶升加节方便可行)。 7.2装上斜撑杆,将斜撑杆支座焊在地锚上。注:为无底架结构,当有底架时,安装程序第一条应按如下顺序进行: (1)底架安装:用60450销轴连接长短梁,用60230销轴把底架与底座连接,用水平仪校正,使底架保持水平,并安装上水平长短拉杆,然后用地脚螺栓固定整个底架。 (2)在底架上安上一节标准节,再安装下固定节,其余安装程序相同。 7.3在地面上将上固定节用40120的销轴与外套架连接,同时将加接横梁及小车,用螺栓固定在上固定在上固定节上,并把液压系统的各零部件,完整的安装在外架上,然后将此一套部件吊起套在标准节外,并M363350的螺栓连接上固定节和标准节(注意:外套架安装油缸的一侧应和标准节带爬爪的一面处在同一侧)。 7.4在地面上、下转台和回转支撑,以及回转机构安装好,将此一套部件一次吊起,用M363350的螺栓连接下转台和上固定节。 7.5安装塔帽,将平衡臂拉杆的第一节上端和起重臂拉杆、(装第一、二节连接在一起,装第一节)的上端分别固定在塔帽的顶部拉板上用销轴连接,并用铁丝绑扎在塔帽上,然后将塔帽吊起,用55132的销轴与上转台固定。 7.6在地面拼装好平衡臂,将平衡臂拉杆第二节末端与平衡臂吊点相连,再用铁丝绑扎在平衡臂上,将起升机构和配电箱装在平衡臂上,将安装好的平衡臂吊起用55220的销轴与上转台连接,然后将平衡臂另端抬高一点解开平衡臂及塔帽上绑扎的平衡臂拉杆,用40112的销轴连接并固定,参见图。 7.7起重臂的安装将起重臂各节拼装好,同时装上变幅小车,并将变幅小车用铁丝绑扎固定在臂根、装上变幅机构,穿过小车吊车引线,再将起重臂拉杆及拉板装在臂架吊点上,并用铁丝绑扎好,将此一套部件一次吊起,将臂架根部铰点用55-22号的销轴与上转台连接,然后再将起重臂稍稍抬高一点,起重臂吊上在起重臂拉杆和塔帽上的拉杆解开并用45127的销轴起吊,放下起重臂使其处于水平。 7.8配重的安装:将配重分别吊起放到相应的配重固定槽内。 7.9三个限位器的安装:分别将高度限位器、变幅限位器和回转限位器安装在起升机构,变幅机构和上转台的固定座上。 7.10在地面上将驾驶室内的一切电器设备安装齐全,将驾驶室吊起悬挂在转台的托架上。7.11连接各机构的线路,备紧各连接螺栓和开口销,塔身标准节连接螺栓的予紧力应达到150kg.m。 7.12安装完后要检查各方面,各方向上的水平,垂直度及稳固程度,起重机安装后,无风状态下,塔身轴心对支撑面侧向垂直度为4/1000,检查各紧固件有无松动遗漏,各拉杆是否牢固可靠,电缆线是否完整,绝缘电阻是否符合要求,经检查无误后,方可接电试起重。8塔机拆卸8.1塔机的拆卸与安装相同,只是工作程序与安装相反,即后安装的先拆卸,先安装的后拆卸,在拆卸过程中以及吊运,装卸、运输过程中,落地就位要轻稳,尽量避免碰撞,以免造成变形损坏,对电气操纵及运转传动机构要注意保护,同安装过程一样,在拆卸过程中同样要加强组织领导,做好准备工作,不可马虎大意,否则,容易发生人身安全事故和机械事故。 8.2三根附着杆应保持在一个水平面上,如发现倾斜现象应立即进行调整。8.3附着装置与塔身紧固连接,在工作过程中应随时检查各节点有无松动现象,如发现异常现象,应立即停止操作。9塔机拆卸程序9.1塔吊担负工程材料、设备等物件垂直运输,等待桥墩或连续梁施工完成后,不需要吊运物件,进行塔吊拆除工作。 9.2平整场地,拆除障碍物,垫平沟坑,碾压地面准备汽车吊进入施工部位现场。 9.3拆除工作要避开雨天和六级以上风天(事先听天气预报)。 9.4塔吊拆除时选用的汽车吊起重为135T,臂长66M,小臂其重量5T,主机重量为3.5T。按本汽车吊使用说明规定操作施工。 9.5拆卸塔吊时,按下列流程进行:(1)拆卸塔吊逢身附件部分;(2)拆卸塔吊前臂;(3)拆除第一块配重; (4)拆卸第二节吊臂;(5)拆卸第二节配重;(6)拆卸最后一节吊臂(根部吊臂)(7)拆卸最后一块配重;(8)拆卸塔吊传动装置;(9)拆卸标准节;(10)拆除塔吊基础零件;(11)从地下室吊出塔吊零件。10安全技术措施10.1塔机操作人员必须经过严格培训,了解塔机的构造、性能、使用范围,熟悉塔机的保养和使用过程。还必须严格执行本机的操作规程。10.2严禁超载在作业,司机必须按照本塔机技术性能表和起重特性曲线图的规定作业。10.3塔机不得拉吊钩到最大幅度以外去吊重物,即在最大幅度内吊钩也不得斜拉吊重,必须是吊钩垂直起吊。10.4在有正反转的机构中,要反向时必须使电机停止,惯性力消失后才能开动反向开关运转。严禁突然开动正反转开关。10.5严格操作顺序,如有快慢档位机构必须是从慢到快,停止时应由快到慢依次进行,每过度到下个档位时间约2-4秒。10.6司机在进行正式作业之前,必须对各项安全装置的可靠性进行检查,停止不允许在安全装置不可靠或失灵状态下勉强作业。10.7塔机上的所有安全保护装置,必须经常检查保养,不得任意搬动和拆卸。机械设备逐级保护,做到一机一闸一保护10.8司机应对塔机的电流、电压进行检查,在不满足电流、电压的情况下严禁作业。10.9对塔机的各运转部件要经常检查,如螺栓有无松动,卷筒排绳的好坏,钢丝绳头的压紧情况,各润滑部位是否缺油等,若有问题应得到相应的处理后才进行作业。10.10塔机应设专门人员与司机联系或指挥吊装工作。10.11夜间作业,现场必须备有充分的照明设施。10.12塔机应避开高压电线安装。吊臂、吊钩与一般动力线或照明线有干涉时应采取安全措施后才作业。10.13塔机应避开高压电线安装。吊臂、吊钩与一般动力线或照明线有干涉时应采取安全措施后才作业。10.14司机下班前,吊钩必须升起并超过周围建筑物的高度或者吊钩避开这个幅度,最后切断地面总电源。10.15如得知天气预报超过10级大风时,塔机用风缆绳加固。10.16如遇雷雨、大暴雨、浓雾或5级以上的风力时,停止作业。10.17塔机出现临时故障需要修理或保养,都必须切断地面总电源,不许带电检修。10.18防雷接地体采用4*40mm镀锌扁铁与底座主筋焊接,接地电阻不得大于4欧姆; 10.19以塔身为避雷引下体,避雷针采用直径20镀锌钢管,焊于塔吊顶端,针尖采用直径16镀锌圆钢磨尖,安装长度高于塔帽1米。10.20防雷接地做法:用L404角钢埋于基础旁边间距500mm,用L404镀锌扁铁与塔基基础节连接。11维修及保养11.1各减速机的油量在工作时要经常补充损耗,工作600小时后应全部更换一次,并清洗内部,所用油和油量,都按使用说明书的规定,每工作2400小时对所有减速机大修一次,更换油封和轴承。11.2液力偶合器内的工作油不宜灌注太满,一般保持油量为80%-90%,用油标号及用油量按使用说明书规定。11.3钢丝绳断股超过5%或名义上直径磨损超过5%,均应更换新的钢丝绳。11.4顶升机构采用液压系统顶升,而油缸与活塞杆的支承销上有黄油嘴,应常注入黄油。11.5塔帽上的起升滑轮,吊臂上的变幅滑轮,变幅小车滑轮及车轮,吊钩组的滑轮等都应每月注油一次。11.6有的是封闭滚动轴承,没有黄滑嘴,如变幅卷筒轴承、吊钩平面球轴承、各电动机轴承等,应在每个工程结束后注油一次。11.7起升机色制动器等使用中有磨损,应随时调整,当磨损后不满足性能时要更换。11.8起升钢丝绳和变幅钢丝绳使用后被拉长,所以起升钢丝绳应调整高度限位器,变幅钢丝绳应重新收紧。11.9所有电气开关或触点应经常检查,是否有接触不良,开关失灵等现象,若有问题应及时修复或更换,特别是限位开关决不允许有失灵情况发生。11.10当塔机使用两周以后,必须对各零部件联接螺栓、钢丝绳的压板或绳夹等螺栓或螺母紧固一次。11.11塔机在使用过程中应经常对受力较大的铰点支耳,进行检查是否出现裂纹等现象。如吊臂根部、平衡臂根部损臂拉杆及平衡臂拉杆的铰点,滑轮座等处如有裂纹出现,应停止工作进行修复。11.12凡是运转件,由于长期使用或保养不当而磨损超差者都应重新更换零件。11.13各用电或输电设备的绝缘性能必须可靠,不得漏电。11.14塔机在转移现场后应严格检查是否在搬运中有碰伤、碰裂、碰弯等现象,若有未修复者不得使用。11.15塔机使用一个工程后各零部件应除锈油漆一次。11.16塔机的现场保养应有专门人员负责。12塔吊基础的计算书(以XXX大桥主墩塔吊为例)12.1参数信息塔吊型号:TC6012,自重(包括压重)F1=450.80kN,最大起重荷载F2=60.00kN,塔吊倾覆力距M=630.00kN.m,塔吊起重高度=70.00m, 塔身宽度B=2.31m,混凝土强度等级:C30,基础顶面与承台顶面等高程,故埋深为承台埋深D=0.5m,基础最小厚度h=1.55m,基础最小宽度Bc=5.60m。12.2基础最小尺寸计算基础的最小厚度取:H=1.55m基础的最小宽度取:Bc=5.60m12.3塔吊基础承载力计算依据建筑地基基础设计规范(GB50007-2002)第5.2条承载力计算。计算简图:当不考虑附着时的基础设计值计算公式: 当考虑附着时的基础设计值计算公式: 当考虑偏心距较大时的基础设计值计算公式: 式中 F塔吊作用于基础的竖向力,它包括塔吊自重,压重和最大起重荷载,F=1.2510.8=612.96kN; G基础自重与基础上面的土的自重,G=1.2(25.0BcBcHc+20.0BcBcD) =1834.6kN; Bc基础底面的宽度,取Bc=5.60m; W基础底面的抵抗矩,W=BcBcBc/6=29.3m3; M倾覆力矩,包括风荷载产生的力距和最大起重力距,M=1.4630.00=882.00kN.m; A合力作用点至基础底面最大压力边缘距离(m),按下式计算: a=5.00/2-882.00/(612.96+4012.50)=2.31m。经过计算得到:无附着的最大压力设计值 Pmax=(612.96+1834.6)/5.602+882.00/29.3=108.15kPa无附着的最小压力设计值 Pmin=(612.96+1834.6)/5.602-882.00/29.3=47.95kPa有附着的压力设计值 P=(612.96+1834.6)/5.602=78.05kPa偏心距较大时压力设计值 Pkmax=2(612.96+1834.6)/(35.602.31)=119.42kPa12.4地基基础承载力验算地基承载力设计值为:fa=200.00kPa地基承载力特征值fa大于最大压力设计值Pmax=108.15kPa,满足要求!地基承载力特征值1.2fa大于偏心距较大时的压力设计值Pkmax=119.42kPa,满足要求!12.5塔吊稳定性验算塔吊有荷载时稳定性验算塔吊有荷载时,计算简图: 塔吊有荷载时,稳定安全系数可按下式验算: 式中K1塔吊有荷载时稳定安全系数,允许稳定安全系数最小取1.15; W1作用在起重机上的风力,W1=2.00(kN); W2作用在荷载上的风力,W2=2.00(kN); P1自W1作用线至倾覆点的垂直距离,P1=8.00(m); P2自W2作用线至倾覆点的垂直距离,P2=2.50(m); H吊杆端部至支承平面的垂直距离,h=65.00(m); N起重机的旋转速度,n=1.0(r/min); H吊杆端部到重物最低位置时的重心距离,H63.00(m); 起重机的倾斜角,=0.00(度)。经过计算得到K1=2.033由于K1=1.15,所以当塔吊有荷载时,稳定安全系数满足要求!12.6承台配筋计算依据建筑地基基础设计规范GB 50007-2002第8.2.7条。1、抗弯计算,计算公式如下: 式中 a1截面I-I至基底边缘的距离,取 a1=1.75m; P截面I-I处的基底反力: P=119.42(32.31-1.75)/(32.31)=89.26kPa; a截面I-I在基底的投影长度,取 a=2.31m。经过计算得 M=1.752(25.60+2.31)(119.42+89.26-21834.6/5.602)+(119.42-89.26)5.60/12 =557.47kN.m。2、配筋面积计算,公式如下: 依据建筑地基基础设计规范GB 50007-2002第7.2条。 式中 1系数,当混凝土强度不超过C50时,1取为1.0,当混凝土强度等级为C80时, 1取为0.94,期间按线性内插法确定;
