Z3之间侧连接梁。4、技术要求：A、在吊装钢架、顶板梁、汽包时，130t汽车吊均站在两台锅炉中间位置、吊装钢架回转半径控制在13M以内，吊装顶板梁回转半径控制在16M之内，吊装汽包回转半径控制在10M以内。B、吊车支腿要用道木或钢板垫平、垫实。C、汽包和顶板梁正式起吊前，先倒放到130t汽车吊起吊回转半径之内。正式起吊时要设置溜绳，并在地面找平、找正方位、否则到顶后不宜旋转。D、钢架起吊前，在每榀钢架的钢柱上部，有横梁的地方，栓4根3分钢丝绳、预备找正。并焊上爬上爬梯。E、钢架、顶板梁、汽包在正式起吊前均应经过试吊，即构件吊离地面20cm 过热器安装应满足下表要求：序号项目名称允许偏差（mm）1蛇形管间距52蛇形管自由端长度103管排平整度204边缘管与炉墙间隙符合设计要求5管子对接偏折度16组件宽度57边缘管不垂直度58组件边管对角线109顶棚管排平整度510管子对接错口管壁厚的10%减温器在安装前应检查制造厂提供的组装封闭签证，并进行外部检查，各接管应畅通，焊接应正确。对安装后出现缺陷不能处理的受热面管子，在组装前应做一次单根水压试验或无损探伤，实验压力为工作压力的1.5倍，试验后，应将管内积水吹扫干净。E锅炉本体管道安装：锅炉本体管道中所安装的阀门在安装前进行强度和严密性试验，试验时用清水做为试验介质，强度试验压力为阀门的公称压力的1.5倍，严密性试验压力为阀门的公称压力。锅炉本体管道中法兰连接处的垫片采用石墨缠绕垫片。锅炉本体管道的材质为20，锅炉本体管道焊接时，当管道壁厚5mm时采用手工钨极氩弧焊，当管道壁厚5mm时采用氩电联焊，焊丝采用TIG-J50，焊条采用E4303。锅炉本体管道安装应符合下表要求：序号项目名称允许偏差（mm）1管子对接错口管壁厚10%，且0.52管子对接偏折度13管子安装标高及座标54管端长度5F空气预热器安装空气预热器在安装前应检查管箱外形尺寸，清除管子内外的尘土，锈片杂物，检查管子和管板的焊接质量，必要时进行渗油试验检查其严密性。空气预热器安装允许偏差序号检查项目允许偏差1支承框架上部水平度32支承框架标高103管箱垂直度54管箱中心线构架立柱中心线间的间距55相邻管箱的中间管板标高56整个空气预热器的顶部标高57管箱上部对角线差15空气预热器安装结束后，与冷、热风道同时进行风压试验，应无泄漏，在锅炉机组启动前还应进行一次全面检查，管内不得有杂物，尘土堵塞。G烟、风管道预制与安装用于烟、风管预制的材料均应符合设计要求，质量证明资料齐全。如市场无设计规格需代用时，应向监理工程师及设计单位提出，由设计单位出具设计变更，经监理工程师审批后方可代用。烟、风管预制应满足下列规定。序号检
