2019-2020年六年级英语下册 Module 4 Unit 12(2)教案 广州版一、教学内容分析本模块的主要话题是Stories and Fables(故事与寓言),本课的内容包括了Story Time的故事和Did You Know部分。通过学习前两节新授课Waiting for Another Hare和The Lion and the Mouse,学生已经学习英语故事都有一定的基础,就是缺乏系统地总结阅读方法。本课时通过对Unit 12 Lets Go Further的学习与理解,懂得如何阅读英语故事的方法以及看图写简单的英语故事。二、教学目标(一)语言知识目标1.理解Story Time : The Lion and the Four Bulls的故事内容。2.能认读Story Time : The Lion and the Four Bulls中出现的新单词:once, quarrel, unity, strength.3.通过故事的阅读,掌握阅读的方法,并能利用图片用英语自编故事。(二)语言技能目标1.通过阅读,能理解故事的主要内容。2通过用英语自编小故事,巩固动词一般过去式。(三)学习策略目标1.通过语言交际性训练,提高语言表达能力和想象力。2.学会借助图片或理解故事和自编故事。3.提高学生听、说、读、写的能力。(四)情感态度目标通过学习培养学生听读故事的兴趣;激发学生大胆开口说英语,养成良好的学习习惯。(五)文化意识目标1.通过本课学习寓言和故事,悟出道理,理解中国的语言的同时也学习西方的故事2.通过学习故事,理解故事的寓意,懂得个人力量小,团结力量大。三、教学重点1理解本课所学的故事和寓言。2能通过阅读故事或寓言掌握故事的架构和故事常用语。3小组合作自编故事。四、教学难点1正确运用英语语言的综合能力。2.动词的正确时态写故事。五、教学策略1.借助讲故事、游戏、竞赛、图片、多媒体等呈现新知识。2.创设情景等让学生理解和操练语言点。六、教学过程(一)Leading in1) Chant “Five little monkeys jumping on the bed”.2) Free talkT: Do you like animals?Ps: Yes, I do.T: What animals do you like best?P1: I like best.P2: I like best.3) Play the voice of animals and get the children guess what animal it is?T: Listen! (教师装出很惊奇的样子)Who is singing?(放出小鸟唱歌的声音)Can you guess what animal it is?P1: Its a bird.4)继续播放动物的声音,如狗、猫、牛等叫声让学生猜是什么动物。最后播放狮子厮杀牛的声音和场景)(二)Pre-taskT:(教师装出很害怕的表情)Oh! Im sorry to watch that! What happened? Were going to learn Unit 12Lets go further, and learn how to write a simple story English.(三)While task1.利用图并使用不同的呈现方法帮助学生理解故事的内容和有一个初步的感知。(1)呈现一幅狮子在森林中觅食以及一些小动物在游玩的情景,可参考书上的第一幅插图。T: Whats in the picture? /What can you see in the picture?P1: The lion.P2: The small animals.P3: The trees.T: Where were they?P1: In the forest.T: Once there lived a lion. Every day he went about to look for food. The small animals in the forest were all afraid of him. (教师通过丰富的语言和表情动作表达这三句话的意思。)(2)在教师左手的四根手指头上画上牛的头饰,右手带上狮子的手偶并配上书中的第二幅插图帮助学生理解故事的内容。T: Not far from the forest there were four bulls They often went out together. (画上牛的头饰的四个手指同时展现给学生看)T: The lion tried many times to catch them. (手持狮子手偶像要咬四头“牛”)but could not do so. (四头“牛”同时避开)T: Why? Because they all together.(3)呈现故事的第三幅图。T: One day the bulls had a quarrel .After that each went his own way. When the lion saw this.T :( What did the lion feel? Was the lion happy?Ps: Yes.T: Of course! The lion thought: Ha ha! What a delicious meal! (教师手持狮子手偶,舔舔嘴巴,装出奸险的摸样)T: He caught one bull and ate him up. Then he caught another. One by one he caught all the four bulls and ate them up.T: What a pity story!2.围绕任务型的目标,让学生带着任务观看金太阳。(1)Answer four questions and pay attention for the “special words”A: Who was in this story?B: When did the story happen?C: Where were they?D: What happened?(2)Find out the new words in the story .3.教师通过回答上面的4个问题检查学生对短文的理解,并让学生主动提出新单词once, quarrel, unity, strength.老师帮助学生理解,当学生提到unity /strength时,老师拿出数根筷子,分别折断一根,两根,三根.等,帮助学生理解故事的寓意Unity is strength. 并让学生齐读。4.引导学生说阅读故事的四个要素是什么?Who /When/Where/What happen5. Read the fable Finish the exercise:1) Play the DVD of and put this fable in correct others. (教师将寓言的顺序打乱,让学生排序)2)Choose the correct words and fill in the bank. Long age, There were two high _(house, mountains) between Jizhou in the south and Heyang in the north. One was called Taihang Mountain and the other Wangwu Mountain. Both of the mountains were very_ (high, tall).At first, just to the north of the mountains lived an old man called Yu Gong who was about 90 years old.
