Come to “THINK AOBUT IT”.Show some pictures of accidents to the class. Let them talk about the pictures in groups. If they dont know the accidents well, show the main points to them. Then let them talk in English about the accidents. Talk about the subjects in class. Step2.Listen to the tape and guess what happens in the text. Tell true or false.1. Danny is cleaning the classroom.2. Danny is hurt badly.3. Brain calls an ambulance.Step3.Let some students retell their ideas.Ask the following questions:What are Danny, Jenny and Brian doing?Whats the matter with Danny?Does Mr. Jones come here?Where do they send Brian? Read the text and check the answers in Step2. Retell the story but not word by word. They must use their own language.Step4. DiscussLets talk about the questions: what do we do when we see an accident? What is the useful and correct ways to save the victims?Divide the class into several groups and talk about the questions.
