An electric toothbrush senses how long and how well you brush, and it lets you track your performance on your phone. The Kolibree toothbrush was exhibited at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week. It senses how it is moved and can send the information to an Android phone or iPhone by a Bluetooth wireless connection. The toothbrush will be able to teach you to brush right (dont forget the insides of the teeth!) and make sure youre brushing long enough. “Its kind of like having a dentist actually watch your brushing on a day-to-day basis,” says Thomas Serval, the French inventor. The toothbrush will also be able to talk to other applications on your phone, so developers could, for example, create a game controlled by your toothbrush. You could score points for beating monsters among your teeth. “We try to make it smart but also fun,” Thomas Serval says. Thomas Serval says he was inspired by his experience as a father. He would e home from work and ask his kids if they had brushed their teeth. They said “yes,” but Serval would find their toothbrush heads dry. He decided he needed a brush that really told him how well his children brushed. The pany says the Kolibree will go on sale this summer, for $99 to $199, developing on features. The U.S. is the first target market. Serval says that one day, itll be possible to replace the brush on the handle with a brushing unit that also has a camera. The camera can even examine holes in your teeth while you brush.28. Which is one of the feature of the Kolibree toothbrush? A. It can sense how users brush their teeth. B. In reality, its the chair that does the important work. When a lion tamer holds a chair in front of the lions face, the lion tries to focus on all four legs of the chair at the same time. With its focus divided, the lion bees puzzled and is unsure about what to do next. When faced with so many options(choices), the lion chooses to freeze and wait instead of attacking the man holding the chair. How often do you find yourself in the same position as the lion? How often do you have something you want to achieve (e.g. lose weight, start a business, travel more)only to end up confused by all of the choices in front of you and never make progress? This upsets me because while all the experts are busy debating about which choice is best, the people who want to improve their lives are left unsure by all of the information. The result is that we feel like we cant focus or that were focused on the wrong things, and so we take less action, make less progress, and stay the same when we could be improving. It doesnt have to be that way. Anytime you find the world waving a chair in your face, remember this: All you need to do is focus on one thing,. You just need to get started. Starting before you feel ready is one of the habits of successful people. If you have somewhere you want to go, something you want to acplish, someone you want to beetake immediate action. If youre clear about where you want to go, the rest of the world will either help you get there or get out of the way.32. Why does the lion tamer use a chair? A. To trick the lion. B. To show off his skills. C. To get ready for a fight. D. To make the audience happy.33. In what sense are people similar to a lion facing a chair? A. They feel puzzled over choices. B. They hold on to the wrong things. C. They find it hard to make changes. D. They have to do something for show34. What is the authors attitude towards the expert mentioned in Paragraph3? A. Tolerant(宽容的,忍受的). B. Doubtful. C. Respectful. D. Supportive.35. When the world is “ waving a chair in your face”, youre advised to _ A. wait for a better chance B. break your old habits C. make a quick decision D. ask for clear guidance 第二节(共5小题;每小题2分,满分10分)根据短文内容,从短文后的选项中选出能填入空白处的最佳选项。选项中有两项为多余选项。Eyesight plays a very important role in our daily life.
