It is important to remember that the body needs proper care in order to be healthy. There are three things that a person can do to help stay in good shape: One should eat right foods, get enough sleep, and exercise regularly (定期地). Proper nutrition (营养) is important for good health. If you do, your body will feel strong and refreshed, and your mind will be sharp. Finally, get plenty of exercise.
