We are pleased to see that it s a responsible government with political stability and great capability. On one such occasion, the leaders of China are sober-minded and dealing with concrete matters relating to work.I really appreciate Premier Wen and his visit to America . Needless to say , it was a great success. He had had a frank exchange of views with Bush , which brought the whole world a lot of important achievements. His extraordinary ability made him the life of this visit , even the world.Some days ago , he paid a visit to persons suffering from AIDS This gave the whole country a shock. These persons have been looked down upon in our country , but what our premier has done sets an inspiring example to the whole society .We strongly feel that our leaders really care for the people. I m sure many people will follow his example by learning from him.The new Chinese government has given the whole world a memorable effect. They re growing rapidly , filled with confidence, courage and determination. They re considered as successful leaders, so people support them inevitably.Through the radical social changes, the Chinese people give more credence to our leaders. They re loved and respected by us.We re valiant and industrious Chinese people. We have almost all merits that humans have. Sometimes I even think that how pleasant for the leaders to have such excellent people and how pleasant for the people to have such excellent leaders .To a certain extent , our leaders and people are applicable panions who are considerate toward each other. We can t achieve so stable a situation today but for the two sides.And what is the vehicle of such a relationship? It s the media. Have you noticed that our media is creeping into some new changes? The media of China is in a state of excitement. The most news journalists have stronger feeling of mission. They re stepping outside themselves though with difficulty. Continuity of sinsere effort can be shown to us and they re letting inefficient thought patterns go from the past. They care much more about Chinese people; they broadcast all kinds of matters before stating their views; they report problems people keep an eye on so as to attract the government s attention. We can say, our media is being mordern, which certainly makes great contributions to China s development.A famous person once said ,“There were only two events of positive and profound significance in the 20th century. One was the Wall of Berlin s toppling down and the other was Chinas rising. ”This has bee matters of mon agreement in Western countries. In their opinions , China is no longer the old , dirty , dark and poor country. Now she is young but mature, more and more beautiful , alive and important .No one can take her place .I have the same feeling. The People s Republic of China, which has successful leaders and people, is sure to have a bright future.
