正反观点,A debate on the “Advantages and disadvantages of students attending academic competitions” was carried out last Thursday in our school. Some people say yes, who think that the Internet helps make friends on line so that students can express their feelings and opinions more freely and its helpful to their foreign language studies. Others， however, dont think so. They say making friends on line is a waste of time, which should be spent on study; besides, they may get cheated online. Some agree that we should carry out the project because it can solve some traffic problems and make our life convenient and comfortable.,Besides, it helps promote the economy and improve peoples living environment as well as the image of Huizhou as a modern tourist city in the northeast of Guangdong province.
