The machine quantities given are applicable for one blast furnace. The equipment is designed for life time of one campaign of Blast Furnace under normal operation and maintenance. 本文件为 3200m3 高炉开铁口机 及其液压阀台的技术规范,同时也是配套水压和 电力设备的基本工程要求。给出的机器数量适用于一座高炉。设备的寿命指在正 常操作和养护条件下。 In order to make the best use of the Blast Furnace operation, the equipment shall be adopted as follows: 为了使高炉的运行达到最好的使用效果,设备应按以下要求操作: 1) To open the four tapholes at full furnace pressure, four (4) hydraulic Taphole Drills are required (two left hand and two right hand ) . SPECIFICATION OF EQUIPMENT 设备规格 2.1 HYDRAULIC TMT TAPHOLE DRILLS TMT 液压开口机 2.1.1 General Description of Taphole Drills 开口机总体描述 a) Basic Requirements: The Taphole Drills will be the full-hydraulic once- through heavy ones with one motion slewing drive, feeding, drilling, Hammering, blowing and some other functions. The hydraulic driving mode is applied to the mechanisms in charge of one motion, feeding, drilling and hammer driving.
