111Module 5 The Great Sports Personality教学案例The second period Reading学情分析学生大部分来自农村，英语水平参差不齐。学习中习惯于被动的接受教学知识，对用英语进行思维的能力及综合运用英语的能力较差。大部分学生比较内向，缺乏合作，互助意识。另一方面，学生中不乏学习积极性较高及思维活跃者，可塑性较强。因此调动学生的学习兴趣，并引导学生进行扎实有效的联系是课堂的关键。教材分析本课是高二必修第五模块里的第二课时，属阅读课型。本课向我们介绍了我国著名体育明星李宁及他的成功事迹，让学生在领会文章的基础上，认真领悟文章的弦外之音，即：我们应该勇敢面对失败，不能气馁，要振作精神以取得更大成功。教学目标. 知识目标：学会如何介绍体育运动和体坛名人。. 能力目标：通过对本课的学习，提高学生的阅读能力；发展学生获取信息,处理信息,分析问题，解决问题的能力以及用英语进行思维与表达的能力；激起学生积极的情绪体验，培养学生健全的情感态度。. 情感目标：通过学习本文，让学生在领会文章基础上，领悟艰辛奋斗才能获得成功的道理，从而培养克服困难的坚强意志，发掘追求成功的源动力。教学重点和难点. 理解文章，找出段落和文章的从属关系。. 培养阅读时的联想、理解、前后联系的能力和逻辑分析能力。. 阅读的同时也培养学生运用所学的词汇进行语言交际的能力。教学策略采用多媒体的教学手段，力求是教学生动活泼，做到既能激发学生的学习兴趣，又能提高教学效果：通过任务型教学途径和体验，实践，合作交流的学习方式，发展学生的综合语言运用能力。Teachingprocedures教学过程StepPre-readingLeadinginA.
