So if we want to keep healthy, we should develop a good habit of life style. It is much easier to fall into bad habits than to form some good ones. Once you have had some habits , it will not be easy for you to get rid if them, for example, smoking. Almost all of us know it is not good for our health to smoke, even those heavy smokers, but there are still millions of new smokers each year and they wont give it up.
