Its thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.进行对话交流。2、能力目标:能用英语来表达如何点餐及询问价钱。3、情感目标:激发学生的学习热情,了解中西方的饮食文化异同,并进行文明礼仪教育。2学情分析 本班有16人。在学生已掌握食品名称的基础上,进一步学习有关食品的句型,并会进行简单的购买食品对话。3重点难点 1、重点:句型what do you want ? Its thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.2、难点:是掌握和熟练运用所学语言知识4教学过程Step 1课前展示,热身导入1、GreetingsGood morning Ms Li!Good morning boys and girls!2、 Game: 食物接龙游戏,看哪组说得食物多,且不重复哪组就获胜。如:A: rice, B: noodles. C: bread.等。(设计意图:通过紧张刺激的游戏营造轻松的英语学习氛围,活跃课堂气氛。且能复习已学过的食物单词。为学习新知做好铺垫)Step 2呈现新知1. Learn the sentences: What do you want? I want a hot dog.T: There are so many delicious food(图片). I want some hamburgers. (做出流口水的样子) I want a hot dog. What do you want?S: I want Then do this practice in pairs.A: What do you want? B: I want (边说边交换图片)2. Learn the sentences: How much is it? Its thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents。(学生可能会用元、角做货币单位,美元该怎么说呢,然后学习单词dollar ,cent ) Explain “dollar and cent”. “1 dollar is 100 cents.” 重点讲解单词dollar, cent。Then do this practicing pairs(设计意图:师生运用谈话的方式自然的学习单词和句型,即学习了新单词又培养了学生的交际能力.使学生学了就会用, 体现了词不离句教学原则。)3. Learn the text(1) Lead in:你们去过肯德基、麦当劳或德克士吗?今天我们就要跟随Daming and Simons dad一起去纯正的美国快餐店看看。学完课文后我们还要进行模拟快餐店点餐情景短剧的表演,现在,他们正在一家快餐店里点餐,我们先来听听吧。(2) Listen ,say and answer(学生带着问题听录音并寻找答案)。a. What does Daming want to?b. What does Simon want to?c. What does Simons dad want?d. How much is it?录音播放完毕后,允许学生相互讨论问题的答案,然后再请个别学生进行口头表述,教师进行订正。(设计意图:直观呈现课文内容,理解后回答以下问题,培养学生分析问题,解决问题的能力。)(4) Listen and repeat.播放录音,每个句子后停顿后,要求学生进行指读和跟读。(设计意图:运用多种形式让学生进行充分的听说练习,使学生具有良好的语音语调)Step 3课堂活动,操练新知Group work课件呈现Listen and say 部分的对话,学生看图跟读。小组内练习,分组表演。A: What do you want?B: I want a hot dog, please.A: How much is it?B: its thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.(设计意图:通过小组对话练习,让更多的学生参与学习活动,激发学生的学习积极性,提高学习效率。)Step 4拓展训练,巩固提高Make a fast food restaurant把讲台布置成快餐店的柜台,并请程度较好的学生来扮演顾客,教师扮演服务员,进行一个简单的表演。最后鼓励学生进行以小组为单位的情景短剧的表演。(设计意图:通过Make a fast food restaurant情景练习活动促使学生在实践中运用所学英语,增强对所学英语的体验,培养学生的合作精神。)Step 5 反馈展示,提升能力Group show我是小小翻译官。(可以用小组讨论,最后教师问学生答的形式,也可以用男生问女生答的形式)1、你想要些什么?2、我要一个汉堡3、我能帮你吗?4、请给我一个热狗(设计意图:师生共同回顾总结,加深对所学知识的印象。)Step 6总结点评,激励进步What do you want?
