土豆切丝机的设计【蔬菜切丝机】
摘 要
近几年来,随着国内外土豆丝市场需求量的不断增加,我国一些地方也相继对土豆切丝机械化方面进行一些研究。目前,我国土豆丝的加工仍然采用半自动化或人工的方法。这种加工方法既浪费大量的人力、物力,而且在操作过程中也存在极大的安全隐患,并且劳动强度大,生产效率低,加工的土豆丝不均匀。
为此,本文研究一种成本低,结构简单,操作方便,省时、省力、安全、生产率高的土豆切丝机。
土豆是人体所必需的一种食品,而且食用方法多样。所以要把土豆加工成各种形状(如:条状、片状等等),单单靠人工来完成既费时、费力而且也不好加工。目前,多功能切菜机多为价格昂贵的大型设备,不适用于农民个体生产及小型工厂的食品加工;为克服这种缺点,我查阅了大量相关的文献资料,通过对各种小型切菜机性能的分析及比较,经过理论计算及校核,设计了一种小型多功能切菜机。该机主要由进料斗、下料斗、切削刀及刀片、及动力源――电动机组成,工作原理主要是利用土豆的自由落体实现进料,通过切削刀旋转将下料斗中的蔬菜进行切片、切丝,最后成品由出料口出料。该机将原有的多功能切菜机进行了优化设计,实现了能够连续进料和出料,片厚度、丝粗细调的功能,具有生产率高、功耗低、安全可靠、加工质量好等优点。
