Cut sth off/ cut off sth 切下，割下，砍下Mind you dont cut your fingers off/ cut off your fingers. 小心别切断了手指头。Cut sb/sth off (常用于被动语态)： 停止向某人供应某物，使某人或某事物与外界隔绝。If you dont pay your gas bill soon you may be cut off. 你若不立即付清煤气费，就要停止向你供气。The children were cut off by the incoming tide. 涨潮把孩子们困住了。5.
