Yes,he isNo, he isnt.Guide Three 10现在进行时的用法。构成：主语+be动词（am /is /are）+动词+ing形式这里的-ing形式叫做现在分词肯定句：be（am /is /are）+动词ing。否定句：be（am /is /are）+not+动词ing。一般疑问句：Be+主语+动词ing。特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词+一般疑问句肯定回答：Yes，主语+be动词（am /is/are）。否定回答：No，主语+be动词（am /is/are）+not。注：is not可以缩写成isnt，are not可以缩写成arent，但是am not在现代英语中不可以缩写古英语及诗歌中am not缩写成aint。变化规则情况变化原形-ing形式一般动词加-ingwashwashingreadreading以不发音字母e结尾的动词去掉e，再加-ingmakemakingwritewriting以重读闭音节结尾的动词且末尾只有一个辅音字母双写最后的辅音字母，再加-ingrunrunningswimswimming注：die的-ing形式为dying， lie的-ing形式为lying， picnic的-ing形式为picnicking（1）现在进行时主要表示说话人的说话时刻正在进行的动作。Be quiet! The baby is sleeping. 安静，孩子在睡觉。 He is teaching in a middleschool. 他在一所中学教书。(目前阶段在进行的动作) （2）当句子中有now时，经常表示动作正在进行，这时要用 现在进行时。如：They are playing basketballnow. 现在他们正在打篮球。 （3）以look，listen开头的句子，提示我们动作正进行，这时要用现在进行时。 （4）表示当前一段时间或现阶段正在进行的动作，且此时有 this week，these days等时间状语，这时常用现 在进行 时。如： We are making building these days. 这些天我们在做飞机模型。 （5）描述图片中的人物的动作，也为了表达更生动。此时也 常用现在进行时。 Look at the picture.
