Because theyre cute.(2)Where are they from?They are from China.3学生通过本节课的学习能更好地了解和爱护动物,热爱大自然。【学习重点】运用所学句型描述自己对动物的喜好和理由。【学习难点】用适当的形容词描述各种动物。【学习提示】1Greet Ss.2Review the key sentence patterns by asking some questions.Task 1【学习提示】Review the words,phrases,then students read together.【学法指导】kind of【用法】意为“有几分,有点儿”,相当于副词,其后多接形容词,口语中常用。【拓展】(1)kind作名词,意为“种类,类型,类别”。可构成以下词组:a kind of一种what kind of何种this kind of这种many different kinds of不同种all kinds of各种各样的(2)kind可作形容词,意为“和蔼的,亲切的”。(3)kind可用于句型:“Its very kind of sb.to do sth.”意为“某人做某事真是太好了”。(4)be kind to sb.意为“对某人友好”。Task 2【学习提示】1Turn to P27,then finish 3a,3b.2Read follow the tapes.Task 3【学法指导】1Recite the sentences in Grammar Focus.2Finish 3a,3b.Then check the answers.情景导入生成问题1Duty conversation about animals.2Put a picture of a tiger or other animals on the screen,and ask the following questions: (1)Do you like it?_ (2)Why?_ (3)Where is it from?_自学互研生成能力Task 1Lets read new words and phrases.1I can read.(我会读)朗读Grammar Focus中的句型,找出自己的疑惑点。2I can write.(我会写)见所赠光盘3I can summarize.(我会总结)(1) why引导的特殊疑问句:why意为“为什么”,用来询问原因、理由,一般由“Why一般疑问句”构成特殊疑问句。why还可以用来向别人提出建议,常用“Why dont you/Why not动词原形”表示“为什么不呢?”(2)where引导的特殊疑问句:where意为“哪里”,用来询问地点、方位,一般由“Where一般疑问句”构成特殊疑问句。(3)形容词的用法和位置 形容词表示人或事物的性质和特征,用来修饰名词或代词。在句子中可作定语、表语、宾语补足语、主语补足语。作定语时一般放在所修饰的名词前。如: He is a good boy.他是一个好男孩。 The pandas are cute.熊猫是可爱的。以ing结尾的是形容词通常用来修饰物,以ed结尾的形容词通常用来修饰人。常见的有interesting,interested,exciting,excited等。见所赠光盘Task 2Make conversations and interview.1I can practice.(我会练)Ask your classmates some questions using“Why do you like pandas?Where are they from?”and so on.For example:A:Why do you like lions?B:Because they are smart.A:Where do they come from?B:They come from South Africa.2I can make conversations.(我会编对话)你能结合3a,和同学一起完成3b那些句子吗?再结合这些内容编写对话吧!见所赠光盘见所赠光盘Task 3Recite Grammar Focus.可采用先背中文再结合3c的活动来背诵Grammar Focus的句子。【学法指导】why可构成句型:Why not动词原形?Why dont you/we动词原形?意为“为什么不干某事呢?”,用来提出建议。【备注】交流展示生成新知Preshow:Show in groups.(Time: six minutes)Task 1:First,the students read the words and phrases in groups.Then,read together and sum up the usage of the words in groups.Task 2:First,the group leaders ask members to discuss 3a and check the answers.Then,read conversations in 3b and set scenes to perform them.Task 3:Recite the sentences in Grammar Focus.(1)Students read Grammar Focus twice by themselves;(2)Ss try to recite Grammar Focus in groups.Promotion show: Class show.(Time:sixteen minutes)Task 1: 1.I can read.(1)Read together,pay attention to the pronunciation of “Smart” and “Africa”;(2)Consolidate the words learning by word games.2I can write.(1)Students translate the phrases into English by answering quickly;(2)Read together.3I can summarize.Task 2: 1.I can translate.(1)Ask a few Ss to translate the sentences in task;(2)Sum up the usage of “have” and “has”2I can practice.(1)Ask students to finish 3a,3b;(2)Check the answers in groups.3I can make conversations.(1)Students make dialogues according to the tasks;(2)Perform the dialogues.4I can summarize.Task 3: I can recite.(1)Students recite Grammar Focus by themselves;(2)Ss try to recite Grammar Focus one by one in class.当堂演练达成目标见所赠光盘课后反思查漏补缺收获:_存在困惑:_
