汽车变速箱箱体机械加工工艺及镗Φ80孔夹具设计
摘 要
本设计是围绕汽车变速器箱体加工工艺和专用夹具设计而进行的,变速器箱体主要加工是铣面、钻镗孔和攻螺纹。变速器箱体的左右端面和上下表面的粗糙度要求比较高,面的粗糙度相对孔的加工精度更容易达到要求。而孔的分布位置比较具有规律,基本在两条轴线内,需要保证的主要是孔的垂直度和圆跳动及内孔面的粗糙度。本设计的工艺规程遵循先面后孔的设计原则,并将面的粗、精加工与孔的粗、精加工明确分开,确保孔的尺寸精度和各种要求。粗基准和精基准选择的都是变速箱的下部底面。加工工序方面首先安排以变速器箱体的下部底面为定位基准对上表面进行加工,再以下部端面与箱体侧部表面对轴承孔加工,装夹方式则选用人工上紧的螺纹钉夹具,该夹具经过专门设计,能保证可靠的夹紧。
本设计是适用于中批量生产,要求在确保加工质量的条件下,尽可能降低生产工时,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,也是现今机加工产业的主要发展方向。因为本设计是面向实际生产,对变速箱体零件图纸进行分析,及对变速箱的结构及功用多方面考虑,确保能保证工艺过程符合生产需要,并能保证尺寸要求和技术要求,并对设计的箱体面、轴承孔加工的夹具进行精度和误差分析,确保夹具能应用于实际生产。

Abstract
This design is about the automobile gearbox which is design of processing technology and special fixture. The main processing direction of gear box includes milling surface, drilling hole and tapping thread. The roughness of the left and right end faces of the transmission case and the upper and lower surfaces require a high degree of roughness. The roughness of the surface is easier to meet the requirement of the machining accuracy of the hole. The distribution of holes has a regular pattern, distributed in two axes. The main guarantee is the verticality of the hole and the runout of the circle and the roughness of the inner hole surface. The design process of the actual practice, production and processing oriented, combining theoretical knowledge, Follow the design principle of the front face and the rear hole. The surface roughing and finishing are clearly separated from the roughing and finishing of the hole. Ensure dimensional accuracy and various requirements of the hole. Both the rough and the fine reference are chosen for the lower underside of the gearbox. In the processing process, the lower surface of the gear box is arranged as the positioning reference, and the upper surface is processed. The bearing hole is machined on the following end surface and the side surface of the box body. The clamping method uses the manual tightening screw thread clamp. The fixture has been specially designed. Reliable clamping is guaranteed.
This design is suitable for mass production requirements to ensure processing quality conditions, reduce production time as much as possible, improve production efficiency, reduce production as the main direction of development, but also present in machine processing industry. Because this design is for the actual production, the gearbox parts drawings are analyzed, and the transmission function and structure in many respects, that can guarantee the process to meet the production needs, and can guarantee the required size and technical requirements, and the design of the fixture box, bearing decent hole machining precision and error analysis. Ensure that the fixture can be used in practical production.
