In such an aggressive society, willingness to listen enables us to gain trust and friendship, which are the basic rules of interpersonal communication. A talkative person without the patience to listen to others is doomed to be alienated. Furthermore, listening can really benefit us. There is no denying that we ourselves are the people to make choices in our own life. However, a variety of ideas from others will definitely enrich our minds and present some enlightenment to our future actions.According to what is said above, listening truly outweighs talking on many occasions. As modern people, we need to master some communication skills. In order to compensate the disgusting emotion towards him，the boss admits to paying the flag-down fare in cash，and doubles the pension. As a consequence，the fax illustrates the day，a magnificent festival for the fertilizer manufacturing company which longs for expanding the overseas market.As an old saying goes, “listening is more important than talking”. I couldnt agree with the idea better, because on no occasions can we be good listeners instead of being good talkers.In one aspect, its of vital importance that listening carefully when your teachers or classmates showing their opinions in class can make others feel delighted, and maybe you can harvest a large sum of methods of handling the same questions as soon as possible. In another aspect, during the listening period, you can find the highlights and the errors easily. What you find can make you have a good command of the knowledge that you have learned recently. Furthermore, the more carefully you listen, the better you can talk. The reason why you can talk better than before is that you can pick up diversities of common sense and normal descriptions while listening. From where I stand, only when we listen more carefully than talking whether in classes or in conferences, can we be respected by all the people surrounding you at the present time.
