Ought to 是唯一带有to的情态动词,其句型结构为: 肯定句:主语ought to动词原形; 否定句:主语ought not to动词原形; 疑问句:ought主语to+动词原形? ought主语not to动词原形? 或者oughtnt主语to动词原形? 区别1. should 强调主观看法,而 ought to 强调客观要求;2.表示“应该,应当”“可能”等时,两者可互换,只是ought to的语气稍重;3.在公告、须知或条例中,出于礼貌,常用should4.should一般表示“这是(你)应该做的事”,ought to比should语气略强,有时表示来自外界的规则或义务,但疑问句和否定句结构则多用should。Ex1:Joyce and Ben are talking about the news-paper.
