T: Lets sing a song. How is the weather. Game: Whats the weather like in spring/ summer/ autumn/ winter?课件里出现一个flash的小游戏,让学生猜一年中四个季节的不同天气。通过Free talk and motivation 这个环节,在导入 新课的同时,让学生复习所学知识,熟悉英语课的学习氛围,为本课新知识的学习热身。课前一首与课文主题相关的英语歌很快就把学生带入到了英语课堂上。在导入时通过设问“But ,whats the weather like today?”来引导学生学习新知识。通过影片进行导入,把学生很快就带到今天这节课的主题。通过课件出示太阳(sun),自然而然引入天气(sunny),并通过比较让学生明白名词sun和形容词sunny的区别。在教学的过程中,渗透自然科学的解释,多次用了When there is/arein the sky, then we say it istoday.(当天空中有时,我们就能说今天是),以此来培养学生的爱科学情操。同时也使学生多了种学习的途径。在教授了所有的天气类单词时,出现不同的情景让学生练习说不同的天气,并增加与天气有关的形容词:cold, hot, dry, wet等,以拓宽学生的知识面。在有了大量的练习之后,学生已经掌握了相关天气单词,这时让学生自己通过对比,发现表示天气类的名词和形容词的区别,并设计了一个练习来巩固。通过游戏的环节,并让学生对比一年中四个季节不同的天气,这是与自然学科相结合,大大拓宽了学生的知识面。Part 3.Practice:1. 课件出示 weather forecast (天气预报),学习 high temperature 及low temperature, 2. T: (出示一张表格)Now youre the weather reporters, ask and answer with your partners . S1: Whats the weather like in Beijing?S2: Its cloudy.S3: Whats the high temperature in Shanghai?S4: Its.degrees.3. T: Now look at the sheet and finish the sentences, fill in the blanks.4T:Listen to another weather report and answer the questions.当学生掌握了各种各样的天气之后,再渗透 temperature , below zero, above zero的教学,为学生后面自已进行说天气预报做准备。通过创设性的情景练习,出现国内几大城市的天气预报,让学生互相进行问答,从而达到进一步掌握句型及日常交际用语的目的。让学生根据讨论的内容完成短文填空,以此来检测学生的理解能力。课件播放另一段天气预报,让学生带着问题去听这段录音,以培养学生的听力。Part4.Consolidation:1.T: Now please look at the picture and make a weather report.2.Work in pairs , then look at the example and act it out.3. Each student write down two sentences. Then read out to your partners.这个环节,让学生把所学知识运用于实际中,活学活用,会自己用英语说天气预报。Part5.Homework:1.Copy the new words2. Make dialogues with your partners.3.
