En sure that the equipme nt in stalled in place, and appropriately mark the identities if conditions permit。 check the liftingeyes or lugs to see if the devices meet the requirements of hoisting.2、起重吊装索的链接:主要包括:吊耳、电动卷扬机的拉力试验和方位上面的 调整,还有拖尾系统的设定等等工作。The linkage of hoisting cords includes: lifting eyes, orientation adjusting and tension test of the electric win dlass, as well as the work of traili ng system sett in gs, etc.3、起重吊装设备的就位,需要根据岗位以及待命的情况,来检查信号系统是否 正常,如果出现情况应该根据指挥员的指令来操作。as crane hoister is seated, check the sig nali ng system whether behav ing properly according to the stationing as well as the situation request on call, if there is abnormal case, the operation should be based on the commanders in structi ons.在起重吊装环节中,一定要安装如上步骤操作,否则在吊装过程中,非常容易出现各种各样的纰漏,最终将会影响损坏吊装设备和搬运设备, 严重的会影响吊装 服务人员的安全。一般在起重吊装过程中需要专业的人员来操作,避免出现操作失误导致的后果。Be sure to follow the procedure acco un ted duri ng the hoisti ng sessi on, otherwise it is prone to a variety of blunde rs or mischief that will eventually affect the safety of lifting equipment & handling devices, or even service staffs for the hoisti ng。 Gen erally it is required for specialized pers onnel to operate duri ng the hoisti ng to avoid the con seque nces caused by operati onal errors.七、吊装绑扎方法及钢丝绳的选择 The Choice Of Wire Rope And The Lash ing Methods设备吊装钢丝绳绑扎示意图schematic view of wire rope lashing for the object hoisting如上图所示设备吊装时采用钢丝绳绑扎,为保障在吊装时钢丝绳不把设备损 伤需在钢丝绳与设备支架加垫橡胶护角。The wire rope lashing / tying when lifting object as shown in the above, to en sure the hoisti ng wire rope does not damage the colossus, it n eeds to add rubber corner protectors betwee n the ste nts and the colossus .本工程设备吊装选用钢丝绳安全系数按 6倍考虑,最大构件重量为12吨(AH-7 除外,另做方案)。采用4根钢丝绳绑扎,绑扎后每根钢丝绳与水平线夹角为60。夹角,单根绳所受的最大拉力各为:since the maximum comp onent weight is 8.9 tons, con sider the safety factor six times the selected wire tension for this lifting project. Each of four wire ropes lash ing is 60 an gle to horiz on tal, the greatest tension suffered by each rope as follows:吊装12吨时:When lifti ng 12 tons:=12/2/(2*1.73/2)3.4 吨 tonsThe safety tension of the wire rope as calculated:按公式:per the formula:P 宀T = -*CKd2L5 = * 0.82=34KN&(满足吊装 worthy of lifting)T:容许拉力;T= permissible tension;P:钢丝绳断破拉力总和;(查表)P= total tension to break off the wire rope; ( lookup list)K:安全系数;K= safety coefficie nt;C:换算系数;(6X37+1钢丝绳为0.82)C= conv ersi on coefficie nt; (6X37 +1 wire rope is 0.82)卸扣的选择Choice of Shackles本工程设备重量最大为9吨,吊装选用额定荷载不小于10吨的卸扣,其余各 跨主体结构单个构件重量在安装时选用相应的吊装用卸口, 在使用前先对各个班组 做专门的交底,首先必须保证安全。The colossus weight of the in stallati on project is up to 9 tons, the lift ing shackles chose n shall not be less tha n the rated load of 10 tons 。 During the in stallati on of other objects upon the rest main structures, the corresp onding loading shackles for lifting should be selected to match thereof. Prior to operation , make a special interpretation for each team, the safety must be first en sured.国标卸扣性能参数:The performa nee parameters for n ati onal sta ndard of shackles:八、质量保证措施 Quality Assuranee Measures1. 施工人员配合业主、监理对到场设备按规格、型号、数量、外形尺寸、机组重 量、易损件等进行核对。The con structi on pers onnel should check the delivered equipme nts with the owner / supervisors presenee according to specs, type, quantity, size, group weight, weari ng parts, etc.2. 所有吊、索具进场前要进行鉴定检查,对倒链等工具要进行维修检查,发现缺 陷及时修理或更换,连接用的卡具要进行外观检查,如有变形或裂纹坚决不能 使用。The identification of all rigging & slings goes ahead before they entering the site, In spect the cha in block and other tools for maintenan ce, any defects discovered shall be promptly repaired or replaced; the lin kage fixture should also be visually in spected, those crack ing or warped should be out of use.3. 受力索具不能直接与机身和机件接触。To preve nt the riggi ng sli ngs un der stress from being directly in con tact with the object body and the mecha ni cal parts.4. 垂直水平运输时对各锚点、机械设备、钢丝绳等运输工具进行自检、互检,无 误后方可操作。Carry out self-test & mutual in spect ion on vertical or horiz on tal tran sport regardi ng each mecha ni cal equipme nt, wire rope, an chor point and other means, maki ng sure thereof before operati on.5. 施工人员在吊装前均应做详细的运输吊装交底,对本次吊装有关事项、所承担 的工作范围、技术要求等进行培训,明确施工方案、施工难点、具体施工措施 等,以保证整个吊装工作在严格的技术指导和控制下进行。The workers should know well the detailed tran sport & hoisti ng clarificati on, and undergo a training matters on the scope of work, technical requirements, con struct ion pla n, engin eeri ng focus, specific measures to en sure that the en tire hoist ing process un der the strict tech ni cal guida nee and con trol proceed ing.九、安全保证措施 Security Assuranee Measures1. 吊装作业前的注意事项。Precautions before lifting operations;1)检查各安全保护装置和指示仪表应齐全。Check each safety protecti on device & in dicati ng in strume nt whether complete or not.2)燃油、润滑油、液压油及冷却水应添加充足。fuel oil, lubricat ing oil, hydraulic oil and cooli ng water should be added sufficie nt.3)开动油泵前,先使发动机低速运转一段时间。before actuati ng the oil pump, make the engine running at low speed duri ng the previous time.4)检查钢丝绳及连接部位应符合规定。Check that the wire rope and connection porti on shall comply with the releva nt provisi ons.5)检查液压是否正常。Check the hydraulic pressure whether it is no rmal.6)检查轮胎气压及各连接件应无松动。Check that the tire pressure and all fittings should not be loosened.7)调节支腿,务必按规定顺序打好守全伸出的支腿,使起重呈水平状态,调整机体使回转支承面的倾斜度在无载荷时不大于1/1000 (水准泡居中)。be sure to observe the adjustable outriggers fully exte nded in seque nee as provisi ons, so that the hoister jack keeps horiz on tal, adjust ing the body so that the minimum inclination of the rotary bearing surface during no load be within 1/1000 (ce nteri ng the level bubble)8)充分检查工作地点的地面条件。fully in spect the ground con diti on of the workplace9)工作地点地面必须具备能将吊车呈水平状态,并能充分承受作用于支腿的力矩条件。The work ground must possess the con diti ons where on the crane will be stati oning horiz on tally, and can fully withsta nd the mome nt acting on any outrigger.10)注意地基是否松软,如较松软,必须给支腿垫好能承载的木板或土块。Pay attention whether the ground base be soft, if so, boards or clods to bear shall be put ben eath the outrigger padals.11)支腿不应靠近地基安放地段。outriggers should not be placed on the lot close to any foun dati on base.12)应预先进进行调查地下埋设物,在埋设物附近放置安全标牌,以引起注意。To inv estigate in adva nee into un dergro und con diti ons and buried objects whereby plac ing safety sig nage to draw atte nti on thereto n ear the buried objects13)确认所吊重物的重量和重心位置,以防超载。Confirm the lifted weight and center of gravity in case of overloading.14)根据起重作业曲线,确定工作台半径和额定总起重量即调整臂杆长度和臂杆 的角度,使之安全作业。According to the lifting operation curve, determine the radius of the rotation and total rated lifting capacity, namely adjust the angle of boom and the booms length, so that it is in the safe operation 。15)应确认提升高度。根据吊车的机型,能把吊钩提升的高度都有具体规定。confirm the lifting height. There are specific provisions in accordance with each crane model & reached height apiece of han ger 。16)应预先估计绑绳套用钢丝绳的高度和起吊货物的高度所需的余量,否则不 能把货物提升到所需的高度。应留出臂杆底面与叫货之间的空隙。Margin should be estimably spared in adva nce for the desired height in cludi ng tying ropes and lift ing height of the goods, or they can not be uplifted to the desired height 。 Therefore, leave out void between the boom bottom and the hanging cargo.2. 吊装作业安全注意事项Security Considerations for Hoisting Operation1)安全保证措施,防止起重机倾翻措施Safety assura nce measures as well as measures to preve nt the crane from tippi ng; 吊装现场道路必须平整坚实,回填土、松软土层要进行处理。如土质 松软,应单独铺设道路。起重机不得停置在斜坡上工作,也不允许起重机两 个边一高一低。The site road coming down to hoisting must be flat and solid; backfill or soft soil to be properly processed; or eve n the way should be paved moreover. Cranes can not park working on a ramped area, nor will the crane sides stay with in some height differe nces. 严禁超载吊装。Do not overload to the lift ing 禁止斜吊:斜吊会造成超负荷及钢丝绳出槽,甚至造成拉断绳索和翻 车事故。斜吊还会使重物在脱离地面后发生快速摆动,可能碰伤人或其他物 体。Prohibit abno rmally oblique hanging:the oblique hanging would causesomewhere overload ing or the wire rope out of slot, or pull off ropes and eve n cause a rollover accident 。Deflected lifting of weights might happen sudden swinging off the ground, thus might give rise to bruising human or other bodies as well. 绑扎构件的吊索须经过计算,所有起重工具,应定期进行检查,对损坏者作出鉴定,绑扎方法应正确牢固,以防吊装中吊索破断或从构件上滑脱,使起重机失重而倾翻。The s lings lashing obld be calculated。All the rigging tools should be regular checked on the extent of damage to expertise 。The sling lashing should be properly faste ned to avoid break ing or slipp ing off the lifted cargo, so much so that the crane tipp ing by the weight loss. 不吊重量不明的重大构件设备。Do not hang the unknown weight of some major comp onents of equipme nt. 禁止在六级风的情况下进行吊装作业。hoisti ng operati on is prohibited in the case of wind ( level 6) 指挥人员应使用统一指挥信号,信号要鲜明、准确。起重机驾驶人员 应听从指挥。Comma nding staff should use the un ified comma nd sig nals which should be clear and accurate. The crane driver should obey the comma nding.2)防止高空坠落措施the measures to preve nt falli ng from a height ; 操作人员在进行高空作业时,必须正确使用安全带。安全带一般应高挂 低用,即将安全带绳端的钩环挂于高处,而人在低处操作。He who performs altitude operati on must properly bear safety belts. The safety belt should be hung at a high positi on in gen eral, the term inal shackle of belt cord hangs at higher, and the worker operates below thereabout. 在高空使用撬扛时,人要立稳,如附近有脚手架或已装好构件,应一手 扶住,一手操作。撬扛插进深度要适宜,如果撬动距离较大,则应逐步撬动,不宜急于求成。When using a crowbar at high altitude, he has to stand firm, if any scaffold ing or comp onents have bee n in stalled n earby, he should hold on to it with one hand, and the other one operating. The insert depth of pry bar should be appropriate; the large dista nt leveri ng should be divided into gradual leverages, but not being an xiously Impatie nt for success. 登高用的梯子必须牢固。使用时必须用绳子与已固定的构件绑牢。梯子与地面的夹角一般为6570度为宜。Ladder for staff asce nding must be securely used. the ladder must be fixed fastening with rope to structural component when in use. The ladder stands at an an gle of 65 to 70 degrees appropriate to the ground gen erally. 安装有预留孔洞的楼板或屋面板时,应及时用木板盖严。While in stalli ng floor or roof members with holes reserved in, should be promptly closed or covered with woode n pla nks. 操作人员穿戴PPE全套安全防护用具方可上高空作业。The operators must wear fully set of PPE prior to the altitude operati ons.3. 吊车起吊作业注意事项Precautions for crane lifting operations1)起升或下降Lifting or falling; 严格按载荷表的规定,禁止超载,禁止超过额定力矩。在吊车作业中绝 不能断开全自超重防止装置(ACS系统),禁止从臂杆前方或侧面拖曳载荷, 禁止从驾驶室前方吊货。Be strictly in accorda nee with the provisi ons of the load table; ban overload or beyond rated torque 。 During the crane operation, prohibit disco nnecting the automatic overweight con trol(ACS system), and n eithertowing load that is at front or side of the boom, nor hanging goods in front of the cab. 操纵中不准猛力推拉操纵杆,开始起升前,检查离合器杆必须处于断开位置上。Violent manipulating is not allowed on the joystick, before starting lift, check that clutch lever must be in the off positi on. 自由降落作业只能在下降吊钩时或所吊载荷小于许用荷的30%时使用,禁止在自由下落中紧急制动。Freefall drop oper
