Many people think (that only meat and chicken have protein.)10. But other foods like fish, nuts, eggs, beans and tofu are full of protein, too. 11.In China and in other East Asian countries, people often eat fofu, soy milk and other bean products. They are all protein foods. such as12. Protein helps your body grow and stay strong. 13.Tofu and soy milk are all made from soybeans. 14. Calcium is one of your bodys needs. It makes your bones and teeth strong. 15. Milk, cheese, butter and yogurt contain calcium. But did you know ( that green vegetables also have a lot of calcium )? 16.
