立德树人,特色成长沙河口区星海小学2013年9月立德树人,特色成长指导思想 全面贯彻各级教育会议精神,深入贯彻十八大精神,坚持以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观为指导,全面落实教育规划纲要,全面贯彻教育方针,全面推进素质教育,把立德树人作为根本任务,把教师队伍建设作为重点内容,把转变作风作为重要保证,加快推进教育现代化,着力促进教育公平,着力提高教育质量,努力办好人民满意的教育,突显我校阳光教育的特点。二、主要目标1、巩固强区建设中我校的成果,全面推动教育优质发展态势。2、探索校本研修的有效途径,促进干部教师持续发展。3、遵循教育规律和学生身心发展规律,以科研为牵引,全面提升教育教学质量,突显阳光教育的特点4、深化信息化建设成果,有效利用信息化手段促进课堂教学的延伸5、重视2+1工程的构建,培养孩子积极健康的兴趣6、关注平安校园建设,强化安全和法制意识,落实安全岗位职责,让师生拥有平安的校园环境7、关注师生的健康,拥有阳光的心态三、主要措施(一)、通过各种载体提升教师校本研修的能力,促进教师可持续发展。1、热爱学生、关爱学生、做爱岗敬业的楷模以身作则,为人师表,做立德树人的表率。在教育教学工作中,教师要善于弯下腰来倾听孩子的心声,走近孩子触摸孩子的灵感;用真情、真心、真诚引领孩子发展兴趣及对知识的渴求,感受成长的快乐。在教育实践中诠释“为人师表”的真正含义 ,体验教育者的幸福。2、勤奋学习,提升素质,做终身学习的标兵师者,传道、授业、解惑也。要想真正的解除学生的疑惑,教师要有丰厚的文化底蕴。知识的存储要像泉眼一样源源不断。所以师者要不断地提升自我,做一个智者,就要不断地提升自己,养成终生学习的习惯。学校可以通过请进来走出去、校级联动、同伴互助等途径为教师的成长搭桥铺路。教师获得国家级信息技能中级培训达到50%;心理咨询培训达到64% ;市区及骨干教师达到40%;区级以上有影响力的名师达10%。3、恪守“严谨、笃学、求实、乐教”的教风教书育人是师者的本职。较强的业务能力、独特的教育风格来自教师在教学工作中严谨的治学态度、刻苦的钻研精神、因材施教的求实风格以及饱满的情感投入。这些都将铸就一个成功的教育,孕育出有特点的教育者和受教育者。以教科研为抓手,在教学研究中提升专业能力及团队的研究能力。(二)、以德育特色项目为牵引,探索德育实施的有效途径,力求达到养成性教育科学、制度、规范、有效。1、立德树人,把“爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”的社会主义价值观与我校的价值取向“不求最大但求最精,不求卓越但求自身的不断超越”和以“中国梦”为载体的理想信念教育融入德育教育的全过程。创建“健康、平安、文明、阳光”的校园环境。2、认真贯彻落实大连市中小学德育工作指导意见、大连市中小学德育规程,以我校德育特色项目讲文明礼仪作阳光少年为牵引,探求德育的有效途径,使其科学化、规范化、制度化、有效化3、重视艺术教育和科学教育,培养学生艺术兴趣和对科学的探索精神。通过星韵电台渗透相关理论和欣赏,提升艺术修养。通过各种艺术队和科技队的建设,给学生实践和提升的机会,通过各种展示活动给学生最大的表现自我的舞台,让孩子从小在心里埋下追求美的种子和探究的兴趣。4、有效利用德育资源形成教育合力,促进孩子成为“认真、勤奋、谦虚、善思”的合格小学生。只有善于思考了,孩子才能在思考中悟出道理。所以善思是明理的基础。我们可以通过校训通、学校网站、qq群、家长学校、关工委、社区、社会实践、基地建设等形式争取各方力量,形成合力,共同为孩子幸福成长托起一片蓝天。5、重视平安校园建设,通过讲座、演练、班会等形式提高自护能力,增强法制意识,形成健康第一的思想。同时要关注心理健康的教育,发挥心理咨询室和活动室的作用,采取有效手段跟踪孩子心理的轨迹,及时建档、及时校正、及时引导。6、培养孩子的各种习惯。尤其是读书习惯、学习习惯、卫生习惯、礼仪习惯、兴趣习惯等,为孩子将来成为有素养的人打好坚实的基础。7、探索德育评价机制。借助长大手册对学生进行全面的评价,促进孩子全面发展。(三)、以“情.知教学理论”为依托,通过小班化教育形式,全面提升课堂教学的实效,促进学生智力的发展和学习习惯的养成,从而达到教学质量的有效保障。1、规范办学行为:严格执行三级课程标准;严格执行作息时间;严格落实三公开表(作息时间、课程表、作业量)。做到四统一,即:年级备课组的进度计划、学业课程内容与标准、作业和检测考试统一。切实减轻学生过重的课业负担。2、加强教学管理,以有效教研活动为突破口,通过校级联动及教师的自我反思提升教师的课堂教学能力及驾驭能力,推动特色课堂的建设,使课堂成为师生灵动的场所、智慧传递的桥梁,成为师生向往的地方。3、继续稳定的实施我校对学生学业的全面评价,力求通过这种全程性、全面性、全角度性、全层面性的评价促进孩子的自我信心、自我管理、自我调整、自我崛起,从而达到自我成长的目的。4、提高教学管理的监控性、指导性能力。通过走入教研、课堂;通过学生的学业监控,分析教学中的优势与劣势,及时调整和找到应对的策略,促进教学良性发展。5、有效利用信息化的手段开展教育教学活动。加强信息化软件的开发与使用,不断充实资源库,达到教育资源的有效共享作用。信息化投入在3万元左右。6、重视体育课程建设,通过体育课、活动队和大课间操的途径,帮助学生掌握体育技能和一定的运动技巧、提升孩子的体质,使孩子拥有体育特长,为有健康的体魄打下基础。7、关注孩子的身心健康,尤其重视孩子的用眼习惯和疾病的控制。近视率控制在4%以下,并在评优评先中实施一票否定。(四)、总务后勤1、校园的硬件设施和局部改造已成格局,下一步是做好维护和使用,尤其是做好固定资产的管理,登记入册。2、严格落实收费制度,执行一费制。3、严格盒饭的管理程序,把好健康第一关。4、做好教师的工资福利,按时按规定发放。5、管理好临时工/保安、使其落实好岗位职责。
